✿ Allah Ta'ala ke Qarze yana Huqooq ( Faraiz v Waajibaat ) reh gaye ho ,

Maslan-- Namazo ,Rozo ka Fidya ,Zakaat ,Hajj ,Sadqatul fitr ,Nazar ya Kaffara vagera esa reh gaya tha Jo Mayyat ne ada nahi kiya tha, to inka Hukm ye he k Agar Bando ke tamaam Qarze ada karne ke baad Tarka me kuchh maal baqi rahe aur Mayyat ne Allah ke in Huqooq ko ada karne ki Vasiyat bhi ki ho to is bache hue maal ke ek tihaai ( 1/3 ) me se in Huqooq ko Ada kiya jaye ,

⇛ Agar ek tihaai me Wo poore ada na ho sake to Jitne ada ho sake ada kar de ,Tihaai se zyada maal kharch karke unko. Ada karna Vaariso per laazim nahi ,kyuki baqi do tihaai ( 2/3 ) maal Vaariso ka he ,Lihaza Aaqil Baalig vaariso ko akhtyar he k Chahe to apne apne hisse aur maal me se kharch karke un baqi huqooq ko bhi Ada kare aur Mayyat ko Akhirat ke muwakhze se bachaye ,aur khud bhi sawab kamaye ,

✿ 1- Har Roz ki Namaze Vitr samet 6 lagayi jayegi aur har Namaz ka Fidya ek Ser 12.5 chhataak Gandum ya iski Qeemat hogi ,ahahtyaat isme he k poore 2 ser gandum ya iski Qeemat ada ki jaye ,isi tarah ek din Ki Namaz ka fidya poore 12 ser gandum ya iski Qeemat hogi,

⇛ 2- Har Roze ka Fidya ek Namaz ke fidya ke barabar he ,( Jo ouper guzra ) Ramzan ke Rozo ke alawa agar koi nazar ( mannat ) ke Roze maane ho to uska bhi fidya dena hoga ,

✿ 3- Zakaat Jitne saal ki ho aur Jine miqdaar maal ki rahi he ,uska hisaab karke ada karna hoga ,

⇛4- Hajj Farz agar Mayyat ada nahi kar saka to Basti se kisi ko Hajje Badal ke liye bheja jayega aur uska poora Kiraya Aane Jaana aur Qayaam v Ta'am ( Rukna v Khana ) ke tamaam zaroori Kharch ada karne honge ,Agar Tarke ke ek tihaai me itni gunjaish na ho to Jis Basti se Kharch kam aata ho waha se bhej diya jaye ,

✿ 5- Jitne Sadqatul fitr rahe ho har ek ke ek ser saade barah ( 12.5 ) chhatak ( ahatyatan poore Do ser gandum) ya iski Qeemat ada ki jaye ,

⇛Qurbani koi reh gayi ho to us saal me ek Bakre ki Qeemat ya ek Gaay ki Qeemat ke saatve hisse ka andaza karke Qeemat ka Sadqa kiya jaye ,

✿ 7- Sajda e Tilawat reh gaye ho to ahatyaat isme he k har sajde ke badle ek Namaz ke Fidya ke barabar Sadqa kiya jaye ,

✿ 8- Agar Faut Shuda Namazo ya Rozo vagera ki sahi tadaad maloom na ho to talhmine se hisaab kiya jaye ,

✿ Baaz jagah ye dastoor he k Beva agar Doosra Nikaah kar le to use Marhoom Shohar ki Miraas se mehroom kar dete he'n, isliye Wo bechari apna hissa e miraas mehfooz rakhne ke liye Doosra Nikaah nahi karti ,aur Umr bhar Bevagi ke masaib bardasht karne ke saath  Marhoom Shohar ke  azeezo aqraba ke Zulmo sitam bardasht karti rehti he, Yaad rakhiye ye bhi sarasar Zulm aur Haraam he ,Nikaahe Saani karne ke bavjood Shar'an Beva ba dastoor apne hissa e Miraas ki Maalik rehti he ,

☞ Beva ko Doosre Qabile se Hone ki bina per Mehroom karna ,

✿ Sindh me ye rivaaz he k Jo Aurat Shohar ke Qabile se na ho use Shohar ke maal se hissa e Miraas nahi dete ,Ye bhi bahut bada Zulm aur Jahalat he ,Beva ka hissa Qurane Kareem ne bahar haal Farz kiya he Chahe Wo Shohar ke Khandan se ho ya kisi Doosre Khandan se,

☞ Beva ka Na-haq Tamaam Tarke per Qabza karna ,

✿ Baaz Aurte'n Marhoom ke inteqal ke baad apne apne ko Tamaam manqool maal ka Maalik samajhti he ,Ye bhi Zulm he ,Jo cheez Shohar ne usko apni Zindgi me Marzul Maut se pehle Hiba karke Qabze me de di Wo beshak uski he ,baqi sab Tarka mushtarak he ,Shar'an Qaayde ke mutabiq sab Vaariso per Taqseem karna waajib he ,

☞ Dulhan Mayke Ya Sasuraal me mar Jaye to uske Jahez ka Hukm ,

✿ Ek kotahi ye he k agar Dulhan apne Maayke me mar jaye to uska Tamaam saazo samaan aur Jahez vagera per Wo log Qabza kar lete he'n, aur agar Sasural me mar jaye to Shohar aur uske ghar wale Qabza kar lete he'n, Ye bhi sarasar na-jaa'iz he, Akhirat me ek ek paayi ka hisaab dena hoga ,

⇨ Bahar haal Dulhan ke Jahez aur Tamaam Tarke me Dulhan ke tamaam Vaariso ka hissa he ,Jinme Shohar bhi dakhil he aur Dulhan ke Walden vagera bhi ,agarche Dulhan ka inteqal kahi bhi ho ,

⇛Agar kisi Vajah se haqdaaro se maaf karana mumkin nahi raha maslan Wo log mar chuke to unke liye hamesha magfirat ki Dua karte rahe aur isaale sawab bhi kare ,Ajab nahi k Allah Ta'ala Qayamat me unko raazi karke maaf karwa de ,

✿ iske bar aqs yahi sab baate doosro ki taraf se hamare saath bhi pesh aati he ,isliye sharafate nafs isi me he aur Aqal ka taqaza aur Shariyat ka mutalba yahi he k unko maaf kar dena chahiye, isse apne nafs ko itminaan hota he aur Doosre Shakhs ko Akhirat ki pakad Se BACHANE ka zariya bhi he aur ye baat Allah Ta'ala ko bahut Mehboob he ,
