┱ Halanki islami Shariyat ke ahkaam ka jayza liya jaye to nazar aayega k ibadaat se Mutalliq Jo ahkaam hai'n WO sirf Ek Chothaai ( 1/4 ) hai'n aur Teen Chothaai ( 3/4 ) Ahkaam Mamlaat aur Mashrat se Mutalliq hai'n,

┱ Allah Ta'ala ne in Mamlaat ka ye muqaam rakha hai k agar insaan Rupiya paisa ke Mamlaat mai Halaal v Haraam ka aur jaa'iz Na-jaa'iz ka imtiyaz na rakhe to ibadaat per bhi iska asar ye hota hai k chahe WO ibadaat ada ho jaye lekin iska Ajro Sawab aur inki qubuliyat moqoof ho jati hai ,Duae'n qubool nahi hoti hai ,

┱ Doosri Jitni ibadaat hai'n, agar unme kotahi ho jaye to unki talafi asaan hai , Jese Namaze Chhoot gayi to ab tauba kar lo aur apni zindgi mai qaza Namaze ada kar lo aur agar zindgi mai ada na kar sake to to wasiyat kar jao k agar mai mar jau'n to mere maal mai iska fidiya ada kar diya jaye , Allah Ta'ala ke Yaha'n talafi ho jayegi ,

┱Lekin agar Kisi doosre ka maal Na-jaa'iz tareeqe se khaa liya to uski talafi us waqt tak nahi hogi jab tak Sahibe Haq maaf na kar de , Chahe hum hazaar Tauba karte rahe ,Hazaar nifle padhte rahe ,

┱ isliye Mamlaat ka Baab bahut ahmiyat rakhta hai ,isi vajah se Hazrat Hakeemul ummat Maulaba Ashraf Ali Thanvi Reh ke Yaha'n Tasawwuf aur Tariqat ki talimaat mai Mamlaat ko sabse zyada avvaliyat haasil thi ,

"__farmaya karte they k agar mujhe Apne murideen ke bare mai ye pata chale k usne apne mamulaat ,nawafil aur wazaif poore nahi kiye to iski vajah se ranj hota hai aur us mureed se keh deta hu'n k unko poora kar lo ,Lekin agar kisi Mureed ke bare mai ye maloom ho k usne Rupiya paise ke Mamlaat mai gadbadi ki hai to mujhe usse nafrat ho jati hai,

"__Ye Sab Kaam Haraam ho raha hai, Jab ye maloom nahi k mera Haq kitna hai aur Doosre ka Haq kitna hai to is soorat mai Jo kuchh tum isme se khaa rahe ho uske Halaal hone mai bhi Shubha hai ,Jaa'iz nahi ,

*┱✿ Doosre Ki Cheez istemal mai Lana ,*

┱ isi tarah Doosre ki Cheez istemal karna haraam hai , Maslan Koi Dost hai ya Bhai hai ,Uski cheez uski ijazat ke bager istemal kar li to ye jaa'iz nahi hai balki Haraam hai ,

┱ Albatta agar Aapko ye yaqeen hai k uski cheez istemal karne se WO khush hoga aur khushi se iski ijazat de dega , Tab to istemal karna jaa'iz hai ,

Ye to hamari badi khush qismati Ki baat hai k hamari jagah per masjid banayi Jaye, hum ye jagah masjid ke liye muft dete hai'n ,

┱ Aapne farmaya k nahi ,mai muft nahi lunga ,Tum iski qeemat batao ,qeemat ke zariye lunga ,

┱ Halanki Ba zahir ye maloom ho raha tha k wo log Apni sa'adat aur Khush nasibi samajh kar ye chah rahe they k unki jagah masjid e Nabvi Ki tameer mai istemal ho Jaye , Lekin iske bavjood Aapne muft Lena gawara nahi kiya,

┱ Aap Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki Azwaaje Mutaharaat Jo Haqeeqat mai Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki Shareeke Hayaat banne ki wahi mustahiq thi aur Allah Ta'ala ne unke Dilo se Duniya ki Muhabbat nikaali hui thi aur Akhirat ki muhabbat unke Dilo mai bhari hui thi ,

"__Lekin Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka Maamla ye tha k Saal ke Shuru mai Apni Tamaam Azwaaje Mutaharaat ka Saal bhar ka Kharch ikattha de diya karte they aur unse farma dete k ye tumhara nafqa hai tum Jo chaho karo ,

┱ Ab WO Azwaaje Mutaharaat bhi Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki Paak Biviya'n thi ,Unke Yaha'n har waqt sadqa khairaat ka silsila jaari rehta tha , Chunache baqadre zarurat apne paas rakhti ,baqi Sab khairaat kar deti thi , Lekin Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne ye misaal qaayam farmayi k poore saal ka nafqa ikattha de diya ,

┱ Allah Ta'ala ne Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se pabandi uthayi thi k Apni Azwaaje Mutaharaat mai barabari kare ,balki Aapko ye akhtyar de diya tha k Jisko chahe zyada de aur Jisko chahe kam de , is akhtyar ke nateeje mai Aapke zimme Azwaaje Mutaharaat ke darmiyan barabari karna Aapke zimme farz nahi raha tha , Jabki ummat ke tamaam logo ke liye Apni Biviyo'n ke darmiyan barabari ka maamla karna farz hai ,

┱ Lekin Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne saari Umar is akhtyar aur ijazat per Amal nahi farmaya balki har cheez mai barabari farmayi ,aur unki Milkiyat ko waaze aur numaya farmaya tha ,aur unke Huqooq poori tarah zindgi bhar adaa farmaye ,

*┱✿ Dukandaar se Zabardasti Paise kam kara kar Koi Cheez Khareedna Halaal nahi ,*

┱ Aaj Kal rivaaj hai k zabardasti paise kam karaye jate hai'n, Maslan ek Aadmi doosre ko bilkul hi majboor kar de aur WO usko dafa karne ki garz se chahe nuqsaan hi ho ye keh kar maal de deta hai to mai samajhta hu'n k WO cheez Aapke liye Halaal bhi nahi hogi ,

┱ Isliye k Aapne to usse zabardasti kam karaya hai , Daam Kam karane ke liye zyada israar karna Aur zyada pichhe padna Momin ki shaan nahi ,

┱  islami usool ye hai k Jab koi Shakhs tumse paise maang raha hai aur tum usko paise de rahe ho to ek baat tay kar lo k Jo paise tum de rahe ho usse maqsad uski madad karna hai ya uske nafe mai shareek hona hai ,

┱Agar madad karna hai to madad to usko kehte hai'n k ya to wese hi sadqa kar diya agar sadqa nahi karte to Jitna qarz diya utna hi le lo ,isse zyada paisa vasool karna jaa'iz nahi aur ye koi madad nahi hui ,

┱ Aur agar maqsad uske nafe mai shareek hona hai to nuqsaan mai bhi shareek hona padega  ,ye Shirkat aur muzarbat ka qa'ada hai ,

┱ Ladaai Jhagda Allah Ta'ala ko sakht napasand hai ,Qur'an Kareem mai jhagdalu Aadmi ki bahut mazammat ki gayi hai , aur Hilm ,Burdbaari aur jhagde se door rehne walo ko Allah Ta'ala pasand farmate hai'n aur ESE Shakhs ko Ajro Sawab se nawazte hai'n ,

┱ Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbaas Raziyallahu Anhu se rivayat hai k ek martaba Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne qabeela Abdul Qais ke ek Shakhs se khitaab karte hue irshad farmaya :-

"_ Tumhare andar do khaslate esi hai'n jinko Allah Ta'ala pasand farmate hai'n, Burdbaari aur tamkanat , "
       ( Sahih Muslim )

┱ Chunache Agar koi Shakhs Haq per hone ke bavjood mahaz ladaai jhagde se bachne ki khaatir apna Haq chhod de ya sulah kar le ,isko Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne bahut azeem basharat di hai ,

┱ Hazrat Abu umama Raziyallahu Anhu rivayat karte hai'n k Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya :-

"__ mai us Shakhs ko Jannat ke Kinaro par ghar dilwane ki zamanat deta hu'n Jo Jhagda chhod de, chahe WO Haq per ho _,"
    ( Sunan Abu Daowd )

"__Jis Shakhs ko Jannat mai pahunchane balki Jannat mai ghar dilwane ki zamanat Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne le li ho uski khush naseebi ka kya thikaana ? Allah Ta'ala ye daulat tamaam Musalmano ko ataa farmaye ,Aameen ,

       *┱✿ Ma'af Kar Dena ,*

┱ Kisi Shakhs ko Doosre ne takleef pahunchayi hai to use Shariyat ki hudood mai reh kar Badla lene ka Haq hai ,Lekin agar WO Badla lene ke bajaye usko ma'af kar de to Allah Ta'ala ke Yaha'n iska bahut Ajro Sawab hai ,

┱ Qurane Kareem ka irshad hai k ,Aur unhe chahiye k woh ma'af kar de aur darguzar se kaam le , Kya Tum ye baat pasand nahi karte k Allah Ta'ala tumko ma'af kare ,

"__Kaun Shakhs Duniya mai esa hai jisse koi na koi galti na hui ho aur har Shakhs ye bhi chahta hai k Allah Ta'ala uski galtiyo'n ko ma'af farma de ,lihaza agar Kisi se koi galti ho jaye to ye sochna chahiye k Jis tarah mai Allah Ta'ala se ma'afi ka khwahishmand hu'n ,usi tarah mujhe bhi doosro ko ma'af kar dena chahiye , Jo Shakhs doosro ko ma'af karne ka tareeqa akhtyar kare ,in Sha Allah ummeed ye hai k Allah Ta'ala bhi uski galtiyo'n ki magfirat farmayenge ,

┱ Hazrat Abu Darda Raziyallahu Anhu rivayat farmate hai'n k Janabe Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya :-

"_ Jis kisi Shakhs ke Jism ko koi takleef pahunchayi jaye aur Woh usko ma'af kar de to Allah Ta'ala uska darja buland farma dete hai'n aur is Amal ki vajah se uska Gunaah ma'af farma dete hai'n,

┱ Ek Shakhs ka Daant kisi ne tod diya tha ,WO Shakhs Hazrat Mu'awiya Raziyallahu Anhu ke paas Badla lend ki garaz se pahuncha , Waha'n Hazrat Abu Darda Raziyallahu Anhu ne usko ye hadees sunayi , To usne Badla lene ka irada tark kar ke apne muqabil ko ma'af kar diya ,

*┱✿ Zarurat Mand Ko Qarz Dena,*

┱ Kisi zarurat mand Shakhs ko qarz dene ka bhi bahut sawab hai, Hazrat Abdullah bin Masoud Raziyallahu Anhu se rivayat hai k Janabe Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya k Har Qarz sadqa hai , ( Bahyqi , Tabrani )

┱ Balki Baaz Ahadees se maloom hota hai k Kisi zarurat mand ko Qarz dene ka sawab sadqe se bhi zyada hai , ( Targeeb )

┱ Galiban iski vajah ye hai k Qarz umuman itni raqam di jati hai Jiske sadqa karne ki niyat nahi hoti aur WO ese Shakhs ko diya jata hai Jo zarurat mand hota hai, Lekin Logo se maangta nahi , Lihaza uski zarurat ko poora karne mai Ajro Sawab bhi zyada hai ,

*┱✿ Tangdast Qarzdaar Ko Mohlat dena,*

┱ Kisi tangdast qarzdaar ko qarze ki adaygi mai mohlat dene ki Qur'an v Hadees mai bahut fazilat aayi hai , 

┱ Qur'an e Kareem ka irshad hai :- Aur agar maqrooz tangdast ho to khush haali tak use mohlat di jaye , ( Surah Baqrah ,)

┱ Aur Hazrat Abu Huraira Raziyallahu Anhu se rivayat hai k Janabe Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya :-

"_ Jo Shakhs kisi tangdast ko mohlat de ya uske Qarz mai kami kar de , Allah Ta'ala usko ese Din Apne Arsh ke saaye mai rakhenge Jis Din uske saaye ke alawa koi saaya nahi hoga _,"   ( Tirmizi )

┱ Hazrat Huzefa Raziyallahu Anhu rivayat karte hai'n k Janabe Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya :-

"__ Pichhli ummato mai se ek Shakhs ki Rooh farishto ne qabz ki ,usse puchha gaya k Kya tumne koi bhalaai ka Amal kiya hai ? Usne kaha k mai logo ko qarz diya karta tha aur apne kaarindo ko hukm diya hua tha k wo tangdast ko mohlat diya kare aur Jo Shakhs khush haal ho usse bhi chashm poshi kiya kare ,

Allah Ta'ala ne uske bare mai farishto se farmaya k tum bhi is Shakhs se chashm poshi karo _," (aur is tarah uski magfirat ho gayi )

*┱✿ Jaa'iz Sifarish Karna,*

┱ Kisi Musalman Ke liye Jaa'iz Sifarish Karna bhi bada sawab ka kaam hai , Qur'an e Kareem ka irshad hai :- Jo koi Sifarish kare usko usme se hissa milega ," Aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka irshad hai k Sifarish karo tumhe sawab milega , ( Abu Daowd ,Nasaa'i )

┱  Achchhi Sifarish bizzaat khud ek Nek Amal hai chahe us Shakhs ka kaam us Sifarish se ban jaye ya na bane aur agar kaam ban gaya to ummeed hai in sha Allah dohra sawab milega,

┱ Lekin is baat ka khayal rakhna bahut zaroori hai k Sifarish Jaa'iz maqsad ke liye ho aur usse koi Na-jaa'iz ya Na-Haq kaam nikalwana Maqsood na ho ,Kyunki Na-jaa'iz Sifarish ka Gunaah bhi bahut bada hai , Lihaza Sifarish karne se pehle is baat ki tehqeeq kar Lena waajib hai k Jis Shakhs ki Ja rahi hai wo iska mustahiq hai aur Jis kaam ke liye ki ja rahi hai WO Jaa'iz kaam hai ,

┱ Ye baat Kabhi nahi bhoolna chahiye k Shariyat mai har cheez ke Adaab v Ahkaam hai'n aur inki ri'ayat zaroori hai , Kisi ek Musalman ko Faayda pahunchane ke liye kisi doosre Shakhs ko na-jaa'iz tangi mai daalna ya takleef mai daalna hargiz Jaa'iz nahi ,
