┱ _ Hajj ki tarah Umrah bhi ek mustaqil ibaadat hai Wo bhi Makka mai hota Hai, Isne Kaaba Shareef Ka tawaaf aur Safa Marva ke darmiyan Sa'i ki jati hai , Umrah Sunnate Mo'aqada hai aur Umrah karne walo Ka bhi bada martaba hai , Hajj ko jate hai'n to Bahut se Umrah karne Ka moqa mil Jata hai ,

┱ _Huzoor Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k Hajj aur Umrah karne wale Allah ki Baargaah mai Haazir hone wale log hai'n ,Unka martaba itna bada hai k agar Allah se Dua Kare to qubool farmaye aur agar usse magfirat Talab Kare to wo unko Bakhsh de _,"

Iske baad us Aurat ne Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se Sawal Kiya k bila shubha Allah ke farize Yani Hajj ne mere Budhe Baap ko pa liya hai ( aur Wo is qadar Budhe aur Za'ief hai'n k ) Sawaari per jam Kar nahi Beth sakte to Kya Mai'n Unki taraf se Hajj Kar lu'n ?
Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne jawab diya k Haa'n ( Baap ki taraf se Hajj Kar lo ) _,"

┱ _ Is Hadees se maloom hua k Safare Hajj mai Mardo'n aur Aurto'n ko Bad nazri se bachne Ka Khaas Ahatmaam Karna Laazim hai , Aaj Kal Hajj Umrah ke Safar mai Bad nazri aur Be pardgi had se zyada hoti hai ,Achhchi khaasi Parde wali Aurte'n Burqa utaar Kar rakh deti hai'n aur Goya ye samajhti hai'n k Hajj mai Parda Shar'an nahi Hai ye badi Jahalat ki Baat hai ,

┱ _ Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha Ka Bayan hai k ( Safare Hajj mai ) hamare qareeb se Haaji log guzarte they aur Hum Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke Saath ahraam baandhe hue they ( Chunki Ahraam mai Aurat ko moonh per Kapda lagana Mana hai isliye hamare Chehre khule hue they aur Chunki Parda Karna Hajj mai bhi Laazim Hai ) isliye Jab Haaji log hamare barabar se guzarte to hum badi si Chaadar ko Sar se gira Kar Chehre ke saamne latka lete aur Jab Haaji log aage badh Jate to hum log Chehra khol lete they _,"

┱ _Maloom hua Safare Hajj mai bhi Parde Ka Ahatmaam Karna Laazim hai, is Waqi'a se Magrib zada logo ki tardeed bhi ho jati hai Jo kehte hai'n k Chehra kholna Na Mahram ke saamne Jaa'iz hai , isliye Naqaab Wala Burqa Apni Aurto'n ko nahi udaate , Agar Na Mahram se Chehra kholna Laazim na hota to Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha aur Digar Sahabi Aurte'n Haaji logo se Chehra chhupane Ka ahatmaam Kyu karti ?

Ye Sun kar ek Shakhs ne arz Kiya- Ya Rasulallah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Mera naam Fala Fala Jihaad mai likha gaya Hai aur Meri Bivi Hajj Ke Liye nikal chuki hai ( Chunki ye Jihaad Farze Ayn nahi Tha isliye ) Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya - Jao Apni Bivi ke Saath Hajj Karo _,"

┱ _ Aurat Kamzor bhi hai aur Fitne Ka Sabab bhi isliye Shari'at ne ye qanoon rakha hai k Safar Deeni ho ya Duniyavi door ke safar per Aurat bager Mahram ke na Jaye , Bahut si Aurte'n Mahaz Shoq aur zoq ko dekhti hai'n Shari'at ke qanoon ko nahi dekhti aur gair Mahram ke Saath Hajj ke liye chal deti hai'n ,Ye Sarasar Haraam hai , Bhala Jis Hajj mai Shuru se Aakhir Tak Shari'at ki khilaf varzi ki gayi ho Wo kese Mabroor aur Maqbool ho Sakta Hai ? Bager Mahram ke 40 meel Ka Safar Aurto'n ke liye Jaa'iz nahi Agarche Wo Hawaii Jahaaz ya Rail see ,Door ke Safar se itni musafat muraad hai ,

┱ _ Jis Aurat ke paas itni maaliyat ho k Jo Makka Muazzama Tak Apne kharche se aa ja aakti hai lekin uske Saath Jane Wala Shohar ya Koi Mahram na ho to us per Hajj Ke Liye Jana Farz nahi Hai, Agar Mahram ke bager Hajj per chal degi to gunahgaar hogi , Jab Mahram Saath ho ya Shohar ke Saath Jane ki Soorat ho Jaye tab Hajj Ke Liye rawana ho , Mahram Ka Aaqil Baalig aur Deendar hona Shart hai, Agar Faasiq ho aur usse khatra ho to uske Saath na Jaye ,

*┱ _Masla _,* Agar Mahram ya Shohar Apne  kharch se Saath Jane per taiyaar nahi ho to uska kharcha bhi Aurat ke zimme hai , Haa'n agar Wo Apna kharcha khud bardasht Kare to Kuchh harj nahi ,

"*__ Budhi Aurat bhi bager Mahram ke Hajj ko nahi ja sakti aur na kisi Doosre Safar Jo door Ka sarar ho ,

*┱ _ Masla_* Agar Aurat per Hajj Farz ho gaya aur Mahram bhi Saath Jane ko Taiyaar hai to Shohar usko Hajj Farz Karne se nahi rok Sakta , Haa'n agar Mahram Saath na ho ya Hajj Nifli ho to Shohar ko rokne Ka Haq hai ,

"__ Aurat ko Doosri Aurato'n ke Saath mil Kar bhi bager Mahram ya bager Shohar door ke safar per Jana Jaa'iz nahi ,

*┱ _ Masla_* Agar Aurat ke paas Hajj Ka kharcha Hai aur Mahram ya Shohar bhi mojood hai lekin iddat mai hai to usko Hajj Ke Liye Jana Jaa'iz nahi hai Khwah iddat fiskh Nikaah ki ho ya talaaq ki ya Shohar ki Maut ki , Agar iddat mai Hajj ko chali jayegi to gunahgaar hogi ,

*┱ _ Masla_* Agar Aurat ke paas Hajj Ka kharcha hai Lekin Mahram ya Shohar nahi Hai aur Umar bhar Mahram na Mila to Marne se pehle Wasiyat Kar Jana Waajib hai k Meri taraf se Hajj Kara diya Jaye aur ye Wasiyat uske tihaa'i Maal mai naafiz hogi ,

┱ _ Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbaas Raziyallahu Anhu se marvi hai k Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se maqaame Ravha Mai Chand musafiro ki mulaqaat Hui , Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne daryaft farmaya- Tum Kon log ho ?
Unhone kaha k hum Musalman hai'n , 
Fir Unhone Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se daryaft Kiya k Aap ( Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ) Kon hai'n ? 
Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k Mai'n Allah ka Rasool hu'n ,

Usi Waqt ek Aurat ne Apna Bachcha ouper uthaya ( aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ko dekh kar ) Kehne lagi Kya iska ( Bachche Ka ) Hajj ho Sakta Hai ?
Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya- iska Hajj ho jayega aur Tujhko ( bhi ) sawab milega _,"

┱ _ Is Hadees se Sahabi Aurto'n ke Deeni Sagaf Ka ilm hua , Haalate Safar mai jab ek Aurat ko pata Chala k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam tashreef le ja rahe hai'n to usne moqa Ganimat Jana aur foran ye Masla daryaft Kar liya k Bachche Ka hajj ho Sakta Hai ya nahi , Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k Haa'n iska Hajj ho jayega aur Tum Jo iska Ahraam bandhwaogi aur Jo cheeze Ahraam mai Mana hai unse bachwaogi aur Hajj mai Jaha'n Jaha'n theharte hai'n Waha'n Waha'n isko Saath le ja Kar thehraogi aur Digar Hajj Ke Ahkaam Ada karwaogi to tumko bhi sawab milega,

┱ _ Hadees Paak se maloom hua k Sahate Hajj Ke Liye Baalig hona Shart nahi hai ,Na-Baalig Ka Hajj bhi ho jata Hai Lekin ya Hajj  Farz Hajj Ke qaa'im muqaam na hoga ,Agar Baalig ho kar ye Bachcha Sahibe isteta'at ho to dobara Hajj Karna Farz hoga ,

┱ _ Hazrat Abu Bakar bin Abdurrahman  Raziyallahu Anhu se Rivayat Hai k Ek Sahabi Khatoon Raziyallahu Anha Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki khidmat mai Haazir Hui aur arz Kiya k - Ya Rasulallah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Mai'ne Hajj ko jane ki taiyaari ki thi fir Uzr pesh aa gaya Jiski vajah se na ja saki ( ab Hajj Ka sawab haasil karne ke liye koi Raasta bataiye )

Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne jawab mai farmaya k Tum Ramzan mai Umrah Kar lo Kyunki Ramzan mai Umrah Karne Ka Sawab Hajj karne ke barabar hai _,"

* Mauta Imaam Maalik -134 ,"*

┱ _ Umrah bhi mustaqil ibaadat hai aur Badi Sa'adat hai , Hajj ki tarah Umrah bhi Makka Muazzama hi mai Ada hota Hai, Agar Apne watan se Umrah ke liye ja rahe hai'n to Raaste mai Jo Ahraam baandhne ki jagah aati hai ( Jisko Miqaat kehte hai'n ) Waha'n se Ahraam baandh le ,Aur agar Makka mai Hote hue Umrah Ka iraada kare to Umrah Ka Ahraam baandhne ke liye Haram Shareef se Bahar Jana padta hai ,Sabse qareeb jagah Jaha'n Had e Haram khatm hoti Hai Tan'iem hai Jo Makkah Mukarrama se Teen meel hai , Tan'iem mai Masjid bani Hui Hai Jise Masjide Ayesha ( Raziyallahu Anha ) kehte hai'n , Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha ko Unke Bhai Abdurrahman bin Abu Bakar Raziyallahu Anhu Ke Saath Makka Muazzama se yaha'n bheja aur Tan'iem se Ahraam baandh Kar aayi aur Makka Muazzama mai aa Kar Umrah Ada Kiya ,

┱ _ Umrah Ka Ahraam baandh Kar jab Makka Mukarrama pahunche to Kaaba Shareef Ka tawaaf Kare , Fir Do Raka'at Waajib tawaaf padhe aur Safa Marva ki Sa'i Kare , iske baad ba qadre ek pora Baal kata Kar Ahraam se nikal Jaye'n , Kam az Kam Chothaai Sar ke baal Kat Jaye , Umrah mai Jo Sunnat aur Mustahabaat hai'n Unka bhi Khayal rakhna chahiye ,

┱ _ Umrah ke liye koi Waqt muqarrar nahi Hai ,Saal bhar mai Jab Chahe Umrah Kar le Albatta Paanch Din ese hai'n Jinme Umrah Ka Ahraam baandhna mana hai , Zilhijja ( Bakra Eid ) Ki 9-10-11-12-13 taraeekh ,

┱ _ Hazrat Abdullah bin Abbaas Raziyallahu Anhu se Rivayat Hai k Hajjatul Vida ke moqe per Qabila Bani Khas'am ki ek Aurat ne arz Kiya- Ya Rasulallah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ! Fariza e Hajj Ka waqt ese moqe per aaya hai k Mere Waalid khoob Budhe hai'n Jo Sawaari per Jam Kar nahi Beth sakte , Kya Mai'n Unki jaanib se Hajj Kar lu'n ?

Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k Haa'n Kar sakti ho , Ye koi farz nahi k Mard ki taraf se Mard aur Aurat ki taraf se Aurat hi Hajj Kare ,balki Aurat ki taraf se Mard aur Mard ki taraf se Aurat bhi Hajje Badal Kar sakti Hai ,

┱ _ Jis Shakhs per Hajj Farz ho aur Woh Sakht mareez ya Bahut zyada Kamzori ki vajah se Hajj karne per qaadir na Raha ho to Apni taraf se Kisi ko bhej Kar Hajj Ada Kara de ,Lekin agar Kabhi Tandurast ho gaya aur khud Hajj karne ki Taaqat aa gayi to dobara Hajj Karna Laazim hoga aur pehle martaba Jo Hajj karaya hai uska bhi sawab Payega , Aur agar kisi Shakhs per Hajj Farz nahi Tha ya Hajj Kar liya hai aur fir koi Shakhs uski taraf se bator Nifli Hajj Karna Chahe to isme ye Shart nahi hai k Jiski taraf se Hajj Kiya Jaye Wo khud Jane se Aajiz ho ,

┱ _ Hazrat Jaabir Raziyallahu Anhu se Rivayat Hai k Hijrat ( ke Baad ) Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam  Madina munawwara mai Nau (9 ) saal Qayaam farma rahe , ( aur is arse mai kisi saal bhi ) Hajj nahi Kiya ,Fir Dasve saal Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne logo mai Hajj Ka Elaan farmaya k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam is Saal Hajj farmane wale hai'n ,

Elaan Sun Kar Kaseer tadaad mai log Madina munawwara Haazir ho gaye ( Taki Aapke Saath Hajj Ke Liye rawana ho ) Chunache hum log Aapke Saath ( Hajj Ke iraade se ) rawana hue ,Jab Muqaame Zul Hulayfa per pahunche ( Jo Ahle Madina ki Miqaat hai ) to waha'n Asma binte Umays Ke Batan se Muhammad bin Abi Bakar paida ho gaye , Unhone Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki khidmat mai Sawal bheja k Mai'n ab Kya karu'n ? ┱ _ Maloom hua k Haalate Haiz ho ya Haalate Nifaas ho ,ye dono Haalate Ahraam se rokne wali nahi hai'n ,Gusl Kar ke aur Langot baandh Kar Hajj ya Umrah ki Niyat Kar ke Labbayk Allahumma Labbayk ... Aakhir Tak padh le ,Esa Karne se Aurat Ahraam mai dakhil ho jayegi Albatta Ahraam ki raka'ate na padhe Kyunki Namaz ke liye Paak hona Shart hai ,

┱ _ Hajj mai Sirf ek Esi Cheez hai Jo Haiz v Nifaas ki haalat mai nahi ho sakti baqi doosre Ahkaam Jo Arafaat, Muzdalfa ,Meena mai Ada kiye jate hai'n Unke liye Paak hone Shart nahi Hai aur Wo Haalate Haiz v Nifaas mai aur janabat ( Gusl Farz hone ki haalat ) mai aur be Vazu Ada ho sakte hai'n , Aur Jab koi Aurat Hajj Ka Ahraam Haiz v Nifaas ke dino mai baandh le to Makka Muazzama pahunchne ke Baad Paak hone Tak Tawaafe Qadoom na Kare Jo Masnoon hai ,Jab Paak ho Jaye to tawaaf Kar le , Ye Tawaaf Meena Arafaat Jane se pehle hota Hai aur Arafaat, Muzdalfa ,Meena ke Sab Ahkaam Ada Kare ,

┱ _ Baarhvi Tareekh Ka Suraj Chhipne se pehle pehle Paak ho Jaye to Gusl Kar ke tawafe Ziyarat Kar le ,Tawafe Ziyarat Farz hai aur jo Baarhvi Tareekh ke andar andar ho Jana Waajib hai , Ye Tawaaf 10-11-12 teeno dino mai se kisi kar Lena Laazim hai lekin agar koi Aurat in teeno dino mai bhi Haiz ya Nifaas se Paak na ho to Makka Muazzama mai Muqeem rahe aur Paak hone ke baad Tawafe Ziyarat Kar le ,Iske Baad Tawafe Vida Kar ke Watan ke liye rawana ho Kyunki ye takheer Shara'i majboori ki vajah se hogi ,isliye Tawafe Ziyarat ko Baarhvi Tareekh se let karne ki vajah koi Dam vager Waajib nahi hoga ,

*┱✿ Haiz Ki Vajah se Tawafe Vida Chhod Dena _*

┱ _ Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha se Rivayat Hai k Unhone ( Ahkaame Hajj se faarig ho Kar Madina munawwara ko waapas hone ke moqe per ) arz Kiya k - Ya Rasulallah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ! Safiya ko Ayyaame Maahwaari Shuru ho gaye , 
Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya Shayad k Wo Humko Safar se rokegi , Fir Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne daryaft farmaya - Usne Tumhare Saath tawaaf ( Ziyarat ) nahi Kiya ? 
Arz Kiya- Haa'n Tawafe Ziyarat to Kar chuki hai ,
Farmaya - Bas to usse kaho ( Madina munawwara ke liye ) rawana ho Jaye _,"

*┱ _  Tashreeh _,* _ Hajj mai Teen Tawaaf hai'n _

*1_ Tawafe Qadoom_,* _ Jo Sunnat hai aur Makka Muazzama pahunch Kar Meena v Arafaat ki rawaangi se pehle Kiya Jata hai _,

*2_ Tawafe Ziyarat_,* _ Jisko Tawafe Rukn bhi kehte hai'n, ye Arafaat mai Asar ke Baad Zilhijja ki 10 -11-12 Tareekho mai se kisi bhi Tareekh mai Kar liya Jata hai , Ye Tawaaf Farz hai ,

*3_ Tawafe Vida _,* _ Yani rukhsat hone Ka Tawaaf , Hajj Ke Ahkaam se faarig hone ke baad jab Watan ke liye rawana hone lage us Waqt Tawafe Vida kiya Jata hai aur ye Tawaaf Waajib hai , Agar is Tawaaf ko Chhod Kar koi Hajj karne Wala Mard ya Aurat Watan Chala Jaye to ek Dam Waajib hota Hai Yani Hudoode Haram mai ek Bakri ek saal ki Umar wali zibah karana Laazim hota Hai , Haa'n agar koi Shakhs Watan se waapas aa Kar Tawaaf Kare to ye Dam saaqit ho jata Hai ,Lekin Tawafe Ziyarat ke Baad agar kisi Aurat ko Haiz aa gaya aur us Waqt Paak hone se pehle kisi taqaaze ki vajah se Tawafe Vida Chhod Kar Watan ke liye rawana ho gayi aur Hudoode Makka se nikal Kar Paak Hui , chali Jaye to us per tarke Tawaaf se koi Dam Waajib nahi hoga ,aur na koi Gunaah hoga ,

*┱ _ Faayda _,* _ Agar Tawafe Ziyarat ke Baad kisi Aurat ne koi Nifl Tawaaf Kar liya to wo Tawafe Vida ke qaa'im muqaam ho jayega , isi tarah agar Tawafe Ziyarat ke Baad Tawafe Vida ki Niyat se koi Tawaaf Kar liya tab bhi Vida Ada ho gaya , Agar uske baad Makka Muazzama mai rahi aur Haiz aa gaya Jiski vajah se rawaangi ke waqt Tawaaf na Kar saki to Yu'n na samjha jayega k Tawafe Vida chhot gaya , Kyunki Tawafe Vida ki Adaygi ke liye ye Shart nahi hai k Ayn rawaangi ke waqt ho ,Khoob samajh le ,
