�� Azaan ke Shuru me Bismillah Padhna
Sahaba Ikraam Radi Allahu Ta'ala anhum,Tabaiyn Rehmatullahi ALayh aur Taba Tabaiyn Rehmatullahi ALayh se manqool nahi,na Aaimma, Fuqha isko zikr karte he'n, lihaza sabka Amal Bismillah na padhne ka he.
�� Masjid me Azaan Dena makrooh tanzihi he lekin najaa'iz nahi, aur khuda ke ghar me kisi makrooh tanzihi ka irtkaab bhi nahi hona chahiye.
�� Juma ki Azaan to khateeb ke saamne Masjid me masnoon he, iske alawa doosri azaano ka Masjid se bahar(Mehraab ya uske qareeb kisi jagah me)hona behtar he aur masjid me hona khilafe aula he.
�� Fatawa ki kitab me se naqal kiya gaya he,
" Aur munasib ye he k azaan maazinah per di jaye, ya masjid se bahar di jaye aur masjid ke andar azaan na di jaye, "
�� aur ek fatwe me he,
" Aur jab imaam mimber per Beth jaye to moazzin mimber ke aage azaan de, musalmano ka ta'amul isi ke mutabiq chala aaya he, "
�� Fatahul Baari Sharah Bukhari me he,
"Mohlib kehte he ke Mimber ke aage azaan(Juma me khutbe ki azaan) dene me ye hikmat he k logo ko imaam ka mimber per bethna maloom ho jaye, pas jab wo khutba shuru kare to khutbe ke liye khamoshi akhtyar kare,
Mohlib ke is qaul me nazar he isliye ke is hadees me Tabrani vagera ki rivayat me ibne ishaaq ne zehri se ye naqal kiya he ke↴
" Hazrat Bilaal Radi Allahu Ta'ala anhu masjid ke darwaze per azaan diya karte the,↴
" Pas zahir ye he ke ye (pehli) azaan mutlaqan elaan ke liye hui, logo ko khamosh karane ke liye nahi, lekin jab pehli azaan ka izaafa kiya gaya to pehli azaan ittela e aam ke liye thi aur Jo azaan khateeb ke saamne hoti he wo khamosh karane ke liye hoti he.
�� Beth kar Azaan kehna khilafe Sunnat aur makrooh tehrimi he esi Azaan ko lotana mustahab he.

�� Azaan to loud speaker se hona chahiye ke Azaan ki awaaz door tak pahunchana matloob he.
��Shara'i Azaan to Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke babarkat zamane se chali aayi, he isme mazeed kalmaat ka izaafa jaa'iz nahi, aur izaafe ke baad wo Shara'i azaan nahi rahegi balki ek naye deen ki nayi azaan ban jaegi.
�� Azaan se pehle Salaato Salaam padne ka rivaaj abhi chand Barso se hi shuru hua he.
��Agar ye deen ki baat hoti to Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam zarur iski taleem farmate aur Sahaba Ikraam Raz., Tabaiyn Rh,aur Buzurgane Deen is per Amal karte.
��Jab Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne iski taleem nahi di, Sahaba ikraam ne, Tabaiyn ne, Salfe Saleheen ne is Amal ko nahi kiya to Azaan se pehle Salaato Salaam padhna Bid'at hua.
�� Albatta azaan ke baad Darood sharif padhne aur uske baad Dua e Vaseela Padhne ka hukm diya he.
�� Fajar ki Azaan me Assalaatu Khayru minanavm kehna Mustahab he, Jaan boojhkar chhodna nahi chahiye, lekin agar yaad nahi raha ya jaan boojhkar chhod diya tab bhi Azaan ho gayi dobara nahi kahi jaa'egi.
�� Azaan ke aakhir me azaan La ilaaha illallah per khatm ki jati he, iske baad Muhammadur Rasulullah Padhna khilafe sunnat he.
�� Azaan ke alfaaz ko itna kheenchna Jaa'iz nahi k haruf v alfaaz me khalal waq'a ho jaye,
isi tarah itna kheenchna ke darmiyan me saans lene ki zarurat pesh aaye sahi nahi.
�� Azaan dete waqt kaano me ungliya rakhna sunnat he taki awaaz zyada buland ho.
�� Masjid me azaan ka ahatmam zaruri he, Fuqha ne likha he keJo jama'at azaan ke bager ho motbar nahi, baad me aane walo ko chahiye k azaan ke saath jama'at karaye.
�� Namaz ke alawa bhi baaz mawaq'a per azaan masnoon he↴↴
��Navmolood bachche ke kaan me azaan kehna.
��Pareshan, Mirgizada, Gusse me bhare hue aur Bad akhlaaq insaan ya chopaya ke kaan me azaan kehna.
�� Kisi lashkar ke hamle ke waqt azaan kehna.
�� Aag lag jaane ke waqt azaan kehna.

�� Azaan ke baad ki Dua me haath uthana manqool nahi sirf zubaan se pehle Darood sharif padhe fir Dua e vaseela padhe,fir Chotha kalma padhkar ye dua padhe -
" Raziytu billahi Rabbanw wa Muhammadin Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Nabiyya va bil islaami Deena,"
�� Daadi mude ki Azaan wa Aqaamat makrooh tehrimi he, isi tarah jis shakhs ki kaatne ki vajah se ek qabza ( musht) se kam ho uski azaan aur aqaamat bhi makrooh tehrimi he,Azaan dobara kahi jaye magar aqaamat dobara nahi kahi ja'egi.
�� Na-balig ladka agar hoshiyar aur samajhdar ho to uski azaan sahi he magar khilafe aulaa he.
�� Agar Azaan waqt se pehle ho jaye to waqt hone per azaan dobara kahi ja'egi warna namaz bager azaan ki hogi aur bager azaan ke namaz padhna khilafe sunnat aur makrooh he.
�� Azaan Namaz ke liye hoti he, Radio aur T V per Jo azaan nashr hoti he wo kisi namaz ke liye nahi balki mahaz shoqiya he, shari'at ke kisi bhi qa'ade ke maathat nahi.
�� TV aur Radio per hone wali azaan,Azaan nahi balki azaan ki awaaz he jise record kar liya jata he aur azaan ke waqt wahi recording laga di jati he, lihaza iska hukm Azaan ka nahi isliye iska jawaab bhi masnoon nahi.
�� Galat azaan naja'iz aur makrooh tehrimi he, fuqha ne likha he k esi Azaan ka sunna bhi halaal nahi.
�� Azaan ke alfaaz sahi samajh aa rahe ho to jawaab de warna nahi.
�� Behtar ye he ke Azaan ke waqt Tilawat band kar di jaye, Daurane azaan Qurane paak band kar ke azaan ka jawaab dena chahiye.
��apne mohalle ki masjid ki Azaan ka jawaab dena zaruri he, iske baad mukhtlif azaano ka jawaab zaruri nahi, baaz farmate he'n k Jo azaan sabse pehle ho uska jawaab diya jaye.
�� Namaz agar pehle se shuru kar rakhi ho to padhte rahe, warna azaan khatm hone ke baad namaz shuru kare.
�� Daurane azaan masjid me dakhil hone per salaam nahi karna chahiye balki khamoshi se azaan beth kar sunna chahiye.
�� Khutbe ki Azaan ka jawaab nahi diya jata na uske baad Dua he.
�� Akele ya agar ghar me Farz namaz padhe to uske liye aqaamat mustahab he.
�� Nav Zaa'id bachche ke pehle Daaye kaan me Azaan kahi jaye fir Baaye kaan me aqaamat kahi ja'egi.
