      *☞ TAKHLEEQ ME FARQ*

❉ 1-  Yeh Baat to Batlane ki Zaroorat nahi hai ke mard Aur aurat ke darmaiyan apni takhleeq, taqaze aur fitrat o Zaroorat ke etebar se numaya farq paya jata hai. Agar che dono insan  hain, aur insaniyat me barabar hai •

❉_Isi liye Allah Ta'ala ne Farmaya:-

*وَلَا تَتَمَنَّوْا مَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بِهِ بَعْضَكُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ*

*"__Tarjuma _* Aur Aarzu na karo ( uski ) Jo Badaai Allah ne tumme se baaz ko baaz per,

*( Surah an-nisa:32)*

❉ Isse Maloom hua ke mojmooe aur kulli aitebaar se yaksa niyat ke bavjood  Juzvi aitebaar se dono sinfo'n  me zameen -o-aasman ka farq moujood hai. Jo duniya ke har aqalmand ke nazeek qabil e qabool  hai.

❉ Misaal ke tour par aurat aur mard dono insan hone me barabar hone ke bawajood mard hamal ka tahmmul aur aoulaad ki paidayish ka kaam karne se fitri tour par aajiz hai, jab ke aurat iske bharpoor  salahiyat rakhti hain.

❉ isi takhleeqi aur fitree farq ki wajah se shariate islami ne bahut se deeni ahkaam me bhi farq malhooz rakha hai take koi hukum kisi ke taqaza e fitrat ke mukhalif na ho, aur uski adayigi bojh na bane..

    *☞ AHKAAM ME FARQ-*

❥✦❥

❉ 1- Parda ka hukm mard aur Aurat dono ko diya gaya hai. Magar hijaab  me rehna ka Paband Aurat ko banaya gaya hai. Mard ko burqah aur chaadar Vagera Oodh kar rehna aur nikalne ka Paband nahi kiya gaya. Isliye ke ye  mard ke taqaza - E-fitrat ke khilaf hai. Magar  Aurat ke taqaza e fitrat ke bilkul muwafiq hai.

❉ irshad e Rabbani hai::

*يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ*

█☞ Ey Nabi ! Apni biwiyo'n,  betiyo'n aur Tamaam musalmano ki aurto'n ko iska padand farma dijiye ke wo apne Saro'n  ke oupar se ghoongat daale rakhe'n•

❉ 2-Isi tarah Mardo ko kuffar -o - Mushrikeen ke muqable me zaroorat par jihaad o qitaal ka hukum diya gaya hai ,

*أُذِنَ لِلَّذِينَ يُقَاتَلُونَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ظُلِمُوا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَىٰ نَصْرِهِمْ لَقَدِيرٌ*

     *↳( AL HAJ: 39)*

❉ Magar aurto'n ko iska paband nahi banaya gaya, balke ijazat chahne par bhi ijazat dene ke bajaye doosre A'amal ki taraf mutawajjah kiya gaya..

█☞ Hazrat Aayesha Raziyallahu Anha farmati hai'n ke Mai'n ne Nabi kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Se jihaad me Shirkat ki ijazat  talab ki to aap ne Faramaye,:-

"_ Tumhare ( jihaad ka sawab kamane ke ) waste hajj kafi hai".

"__Ya yu'n faramaya :- Tumhara Jihaad Hajj karna hai"..

❉3- Mardo'n  Ko meeras me Aurto'n ka dugnah hissa diya jata hai aur Aurto'n ko uska nisf Kyunki aksar aurato'n ki zarooriyaat ka mard hi kafeel hota hai ,

*█☞Surah An-Nisa, Aayat 11:*

ْ *لِلذَّكَرِ مِثْلُ حَظِّ الْأُنثَيَيْنِ*

"_ Mard ki liye Aurat ka dugna hissa hai•

❉ 4-Mardo'n par aurto'n ki kifalat-wa-parwarish ki zimmedari rakhi gayi hai Aurto'n par mardo'n ki zimmedari nahi rakhi gayi.

*█☞Surah An-Nisa, Aayat 34:*

*الرِّجَالُ قَوَّامُونَ عَلَى النِّسَاءِ بِمَا فَضَّلَ اللَّهُ بَعْضَهُمْ عَلَىٰ بَعْضٍ وَبِمَا أَنفَقُوا مِنْ أَمْوَالِهِمْ*

"__ Mard aurato'n par Hakim hai'n is waaste k Allah Ta'ala ne unme se ek ko ek par fazeelat di hai aur is waaste k wo apna maal (Unki kifalat par)kharch karte hain•

❉ 5- Mard aurat ko zaroorat par apni zoujiyat se alahida kar sakta hai, magar aurat shohar ko apni zoujiyat se Alahida nahi kar sakti ( Zarurat par talaaq talab kar sakte hai'n ya darul qaza se madad le sakti hai magar khud se shohar ko talaq nahi de sakti )

❉6- Kisi masle me 2 Mardo'n ki gawahi talab ki jati hai, lekin zarurat par jab 2 mard na mile to ek mard aur 2 Aurto'n ki gawahi motabar ho jati hai• Isme 2 Aurto'n ko 1 mard ke musawi maana gaya hai. Yani inki Faham ke darmiyan farq kiya gaya hai.

*وَاسْتَشْهِدُوا شَهِيدَيْنِ مِن رِّجَالِكُمْ فَإِن لَّمْ يَكُونَا رَجُلَيْنِ فَرَجُلٌ وَامْرَأَتَانِ*

"_ Aur 2 Musalman mardo'n ki gawahi talab karo, agar 2 mard na mil sake to 1mard aur 2Aurto'n se ( bhi shahadat kafi ho sakti hai)

❉ 7-Libas Vagerah me mardo'n ke liye sona, Chaandi aur resham ka istemal mamnoo hai ,Jabki Aurto'n ko iski ijazat di gaye hai•

█☞ Anas bin Maalik Raziyallahu Anhu kehte hai'n ke mai'ne Nabi -E - Kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki Sahebzadi umme kulsum resham ke libaas me dekha hai..

"__ Isi tarah Aurto'n ko sona,Chaandi ke istemal ki ijazat ahadees me mojood hai..

❉ 8-Haj me mardo'n ko sile huwe kapdo'n ka istemal mamnoo hai. Aurat ke ehraam me libaas ki ye pabandi nahi rakhi gayi hai.

█☞Ehraam me Aurat ( naqaab, khushboo  aur dastaano ke alawa) jis qism ka aur jis rang ka libaas pehanna chahti hai pehan Sakti hai.

❉ 9- Mardo'n ka hajj ke ikhtitaam par halaq ya poore sar ka qasr zaroori hai. Magar aurato'n ke liye choti ke kinare se baal kam kar lena kaafi hai.

█☞ Aurato'n par sar mundhana nahi hai. Unke liye srif baal kam karlena kaafi hai..

❉ 10- Saee me Mardo'n ke liye میلیں اخضر ین ke Darmiyan tez Raftari ka hukm hai. Magar aurato'n ke liye aam raftaar hi se guzar jane ki hidayat hai. Jab ke wo amal ek aurat hi ki yaad gaar hai magar islam ne fitrat - e - naswani ka lihaaz karte huwe ye hukm diya hai.

█☞ Hazrat Ibne umar Raziyallahu Anhu farmate hai'n Aurat par Tawaaf ke dauraan ramal karna aur sa'ee ke dauraan doudna nahi hain.

❉ 11-Mard jab chahe nafil roze rakh sakta hai. Magar aurat khawind ki mojoodgi me uski ijazat ke bagair nafil roza nahi rakh sakti.

█☞ Kisi aurat ke liye uske shohar ki mojoodgi me bila ijazat nafil roza rakhna halal nahi hai•

*☞ AHKAAM E NAMAZ ME FARQ-*

☞ *pas jis tarah bahut se islami ahkaam me aurto'n aur mardo'n ke darmiyan unki takhleeqi, fitri aur sinfi maslihat se ahkaam me tafreeq ki gayi isi tarah" NAMAZ" ke ahkaam me bhi mutaddad masail me yeh farq kitab-o-sunnat aur ijma -e-ummat se saabit hai. Zail me uski tafseel bayan ki ja rahi hai,taki un logo'n ki galat fehmi door ho sake jo jane anjaane ummat ki aurato'n ko majboor kar rahe hai'n  k wo mardo'n ki tarah namaz ada karen aur keh rahe hai'n k dono ki namaz me koi farq saabit nahi hai*

❉ 1-Mardo'n ke liye namaz ka jamaat ke saath ada karna lazim hai. magar aurato'n ke liye jamaat laazim  nahi hai. Balki ghar ki namaz masjid ki namaz se afzal hai 

█☞ Tumhari wo namaz jo tum apne ghar me padho us namaz se behtar hai jo tum mahalle ki masjid me padho.

❉ 2- Mardo'n par namaz-e-juma farz hai. Magar aurato'n ke liye juma laazim nahi.

█☞ Juma har musalman par haq-e-wajib hai sivaye chaar ke. Zar khareed gulaam, aurat, bacche aur bimaar.

❉ 3- Mardo'n ke liye azaan-o-iqamat masnoon hai. Magar aurato'n ke liye azaan-o-iqamat ka hukm nahi hai.

█☞ Aurton par na azan-o-iqamat laazim hai aur na hi juma ki namaz hai.

❉ 4-Mardo'n ka namaz me naaf se le kar ghutne tak jism ka chhupana kaafi hai.  Magar Aurto'n ke liye 2 hatheliyo'n aur chehra ke alawa poore jism ka chupana farz hai.

█☞ Hazrat Umme Salma Raziyallahu Anha ne Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se maloom kiya k kya aurat ek oadhni aur lambe kurte me jiske andar lungi na ho namaz padh sakti hai.?

Farmaya: Agar kurta itna lamba ho k pair ke panjo'n ko chhupale to ho jati hai.

❉ 5-Mardo ki namaz nange sar ho jati hai. Magar Aurat ki namaz dupatte ke bager ada nahi hoti.

█☞ Allag Ta'ala balig Aurat ki namaz bager khimaar ( sar aur gardan ko chupane wali chaadar)ke qubool nahi karta.

❉ 6-Mard imaamat karte hai'n,to muqtadiyo'n se aage khade ho kar karte hain. Aurato'n ke liye awwalan to jama'at ka hukum nahi hai, lekin agar wo Nifl Namaz mai  Aurto'n ki imaamat kar rahi ho to aage khade hone ki ijazat nahi. Saf hi ke darmiyan khadi h okar Namaz padhayegi.

█☞ Aurat namaz me doosri Aurto'n se aage nahi badhegi, balki unke darmiyan khadi ho kar imaamat karegi.

❉ 7-Mard ke liye saf ke peeche tanha khade hona mamnoo hai. Akele ho to imaam ke bazoo khada hoga. Lekin agar aurat tanha ho to tanha hi saf ke peeche khadi hogi.

█☞ Hazrat Anas Raziyallahu Anhu - Farmate Hai'n k maine Nabi -e- Kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke peeche hamare ghar me namaz padhi is tarah k mai'n aur ek ladka aap ke peeche khade huwe aur meri walidah hamare peeche tanha khadi hui.

❉ 8-Mardo'n Ke Liye namazo'n me khushboo ka istemal pasandeeda hai. *(BUKHARI :2/410)*

"_Magar aurte'n agar masjid jana chahe to khushboo ka istemal karne par sakth waeede'n aayi hain..

█☞ Agar tum aurato'n me se koi masjid jana chahe to kushboo ka hargiz istemal na kare..

❉ 9-Jamat me mardo'n ke liye pehli saf me theharna afzal-o-behtar hai. Lekin aurato'n ke liye aakhri saf afzal aur zyada behtar hai.

█☞ Mardo'n ki behtreen saf pehli aur badtareen saf akhiri hai. ( Iske bar khilaf.) Aurto'n ki behtreen saf aakhri aur badtareen pehli hai.

❉ 10-Namaz me koi baat pesh aa jaye to mard subhanallah keh kar imam ko mutawajjah karega. Aurat ko agar esi zarurat pesh aaye to wo SubhanAllah nahi keh sakti. Balki dahine haath ki hatheli baaye hath ki pusht par maar kar uske aawaz se imaam ko mutawajjah kar sakti hai..

█☞Agar tumhe namaz ke dauraan koi baat pesh aaye to mard SubhanAllah keh kar aur aurate'n taali baja kar mutawajjah kare.

*☞ARKAAN KI ADAYGI ME FARQ-*

❥✦❥

□ Aurat ke namaz ke sharait-o-faraiz to mardo'n hi ki tarah hai'n. Namaz ke buniyadi dhanche me dono ke liye koi farq nahi. Lekin baaz arkaan ki adaygi me aurat ke fitri taqaza-e-haya ki riaayat rakhi gayi hai,jo salf se khalf tak moatbar tareeqe se ilman v amalan jaari hai. Isi par fuqaha v muhaddiseen ka amal raha,aur hai.

❉ 1-Takbeer-e-tehreemah ke liye mard to kaano ya kaandho'n tak haath uthayenge magar aurat apne haath seene tak hi buland karegi. Zaahir hai ke yahi uska fitrat-e-haya ke ayn mutabiq hai.

█☞ Waa'il bin hajar se farmaya: jab tum namaz padho to( takbeer-e-tehreemah ke liye) apne haath kaano tak uthao. Aur aurat apne haath seene tak hi uthayegi.

❉ 2 - Sajde me mard to khoob khul kar aur aaza ko ek doosre se alahidah rakh kar sajda karenge. Lekin aurate'n chimat kar aur zam hokar sajda karengi yahi unke fitrat ke ayn mutabiq hai.

█☞Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Ka guzar do Namaz padhne wali Aurto'n ke paas se huwa to unhe hukum diya jab tum log Sajda kiya karo to aaza-e-jismani ko khoob chimta kar Sajda kiya karo. Is mamale me aurat mard ke manind nahi hai.

❉ 3- Qaidah me mard ek pair bicha kar doosre pair khada kar ke us par baithega. Magar aurate'n baayi'n sureen par baith kar dono pair dahini jaanib nikaal dengi. Yani hai'at uski zaroorat ke mutabiq hai.

█☞Aurat jab namaz me baithegi to ek raan doosri raan par dalegi. Aur jab sajda karegi to pet ko apni dono raano par rakhlegi is tarah k zyadah chupi rahe.

❉ 4- Jaanwar par sawaar hone ki haalat me mardo'n ko namaz padhne ki ijazat hai lekin Aurato'n ko isse roka gaya hai. Taki uske fitri taqaza-e-haya ko nuqsaan na pahunche.

█☞ Auraton ko (sawari par namaz padhne ki ) kisi surat me bhi ijazat nahi di gayi hai.

□ In Rivayaat ke alawa jinka majmuah aur jin par amali ijma, aurat ki baaz sunan-e-salaat ko mardo'n se mukhtalif karta hai ___ Sahaba Raziyallahu Anhum, taba'een Rehmatullah se mutaddid aasar bhi kutub-e-hadees me mojood hai'n.

❉ 5 - Iamam Baihyqi Rehmatullahi alaih apni sunan me is silsile ki Rivayaat naqal karne se qabl farmate hai'n:

█☞Wo tamam baate'n jo ahkaam-e-Namaz me aurato'n ko mardo'n se alhidah karti hai'n wo sab parda wa satar se mutalliq hain.

"_Aur wo yeh hai'n k auart namaz me har us baat ki paband hai jis se zyada se zyada makhfee tour par namaz ada kar sake. Aage  darj hone wale

❉ 6- Hazrat Ali Raziyallahu Anhu se manqool hai ke wo farmate hai'n. 

█☞Aurat jab sajdah karegi to khoob simat kar karegi. Aur paet ko ranon se jode rakhegi.

❉ 7- Hazrat Abdullah Ibne Abbaas Raziyallahu Anhu se Aurat ki namaz ke bare me Poochha gaya to Faramya:

█☞Ikatthi hokar aur simat kar arkaan ada karegi.

❉ 8- Mashoor tabaee Ata ibne Abi Rabaah Rahmatullahi alahi se sawal kiya gaya ke kya aurat bhi namaz me mardo'n ki tarah ouper tak haath uthayengi? To jawab me faramaya:

█☞Auart mardo'n ki tarah haatho ko buland nahi karengi. Phir ishara karke batlaya ke wo haatho ko jism se chimta kar thoda uthayengi. Kyunki aurat ki kaifiyat mardo'n ki tarah nahi hai

❉ 9- Ek aur Taba'i Aalim Ibrahim Nakha'ee farmate hai'n:

█☞Aurato'n ko hukum diya jata tha ke jab wo sajda kare to apne pet ko apni raano'n  se chimta kar rakhe,is tarah k sureen buland na ho. Aur mardo'n ki tarah kushadah A'aza na rahe.

❉ 11- Ek aur Taba'i Aalim Hazrat Hasan Basri Rehmatullahi alaih Farmate hai'n:

█☞Aurat sajde me A'aza ko mila aur chimta kar Rakhengi.

❉ 12- Hazrat Abdullah Ibne Umar Raziyallahu Anhu se poochha gaya k Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke zamane me aurate'n kis tarah namaz padhti thi? To unho ne faramaya:

█☞Pehle aurate'n namaz me 4zanoo baitha karti the.phir unhe hukum diya gaya ke ek taraf hokar baitha kare.

    *☞ AA'IMMA E ARBAH KA MOUQAF-

❉ - Mazkoora baala ahadees-o-Asaar aur khairul quroon me is farq ki shohrat hi ki vajah se A'imma-e-Arbah aur ahle zaahir rahimahumullah ne Apni apni fiqhi tehqeeqaat me is farq ko shamil kiya hai,aur namaz ki sunnato  ko bayan karte huwe aurat ke liye raf-e-yadain, sajdatein aur qayidah me baithne ki haiyat ko mardo'n se mukhtalif qaraar diya hai baqiya sab umoor me mard-o-aurat yksaa hai'n ,

☞Imam-e-Azam Abu Haneefa Rehmatullahi alaih ke yaha namaz ki sunnato'n me hai k:

❉ Aurat takbeer-e-tehreemah ke waqt sirf seene tak haath uthayengi aur seene hi ke ouper baandhegi. Ruku me band ungliyo'n ke saath haatho  ko ghutne par rakh lena kaafi hai ( Ghutno ko pakadne aur peeth ko bilkul seedha karne ke ahatmaam ki zaroorat nahi) Sajde me pet ko raano se chimta kar rakhegi. Aur qaydah me dono payr bazoo nikaal kar baithegi..

☞Imam-e-Maalik Rehmatullahi alaih ke yaha sunnat ye hai::

❉ Aurat tamam arkaan-e-namaz simat kar aur chimat kar ada kare. Payro'n ko mila kar rakhe.Aur sajda me pet ko raano'n se milaye rahe.

❉ Ruku,sajde me kohniyo'n ko bazoo se aur pet ko raano se chimtaye rakhe. Jaher ke mawaqe me bhi agar na mahram ko aawaz pahunchne ka andesha hai to sirr hi kare Vagera...

☞Imam Ahmed Ibne Hambal Rehmatullahi alaih Aadab-e-Namaz me aurat ke liye ye aadab bayan karte hai'n;

❉ Aurat ruku aur sajde me mardo'n ki tarah a'aza kushadah nahi rakhegi. Balki simat kar aur a'aza ko ek doosre se zam karke rakhenge. Qaydah me dono payro'n ko litakar dahini jaanib nikaal degi۔۔۔

*☞Ghair Muqallideen ke motbar ulema ka mouqaf;*

❉ Gair Muqallideen  ( Hadees par amal ka dawa karne wale ) Agar che aaj kal is se ikhtilaaf karke is baat par israar kar rahe hai'n ke aurato'n aur mardo'n ki namaz me kaifiyat-e-ada ka koi farq nahi hai aur  صلوا کہا رایتمو نی اصلی ۔۔ ka mafhoom -e-aam se be-mehel istadlaal karte huwe aurato'n ko iska paband banane par tule huwe hai'n k wo mardo'n hi ki tarah tamaam aadab ki takmeel kare. Balki un namazo'n ko naqis aur khilaf-e-sunnat keh rahe hai'n jo mazkoorah baala aadab ki riayat ke saath aurate'n shuroo se ab tak ada karti aa rahi hai'n. Lekin unke muhaqqiq-o-motbar ulema ki tehqeeq bhi ( is zamane ke kam faham aur kam ilm ziddi logo'n se hatkar )  wahi hai'n jo Jumhoor-e-Ummat, sahaba Raziyallahu Anhum  v tabaeyn,Fuqaha-o-mujtahideen rahimahumullah ki hai.

█☞Aur aurat ki namaz tamaam arkaan-o-aadab me mard  hi ki  tarah hai siwaye iske k wo takbeer-e-tehreemah ke liye apne haath seene tak hi uthayegi aur sajda mardo'n ki tarah phail kar na karengi. Balki apne a'aza ko mila kar karengi. Aur pet ko raano'n se mila kar karegi.

☞ Mazkoorah baala ahadees-v-asaar aur Muqallid-v-ghair muqallid Ulma ki tehqeeqat se ye baat achchhi tarah wazeh ho gayi hai k ahad-e-sahaba  se le kar aaj tak tamaam ummat is baat par mutaffiq hai ke aurat aur mard ki namaz me raf-e-yaadein, kaifiyat-e-sajda wa qayidah me farq hona chahiye. Mard ki haiyat mardana aur aurat ki haiyat uske jismani v niswani taqaza e haya ke mutabiq honi chahiye. Aur uska haasil ye hai ke aurate'n Fara'iz v Waajibaat  aur sunan to ek hi tarah ada karengi lekin....

1. Takbeer-e-tehreemah ke waqt haath seene tak utha kar seene hi par bandh lengi. Mardo'n ki tarah kalaiyo'n ko bazu'on se juda karke zyada ooncha nahi karegi.

2.Sajda me kalaiyo'n ko bazu'on se aur pet ko raano'n se chimta kar rakhengi. Mardo'n ki tarah khul kar aur sureen ko ooncha karke nahi rakhengi.

3. Qaidah me baye sureen par baith kar dono paao'n dahini jaanib nikaal lengi. Mardo'n ki tarah ek payr bichha kar aur doosra khada karke nahi baithengi.

❉ Reh gayi wo hadees jise ghair Muqallideen bahut shaad-o-mad se pesh karte hai'n k Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya. 
( Sallu Kama Ra'aytamuni Asalli ) yani Namaz ese padho jaise tum mujhko padhta huwa dekh rahe ho. Aur ye kehte hai'n k " ye hadees mardo'n aur aurato'n dono ke waaste aam hai.

"__Isme ya kisi hadees me Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Ne aurat ko mardo'n se mustasna nahi kiya "" to iska jawab ye hai ke agar gair Muqallideen ke nazdeek is hadees ka yahi mafhoom sahi hai to phir unko ye bhi maan lena chahiye k.

☞1 Aurat ki namaz nange sar ho skati hai, isliye k Nabi ﷺ ko is tarah padhte dekha gaya hai.

2. Aurat nisf pindili tak oonche kapdo'n me namaz padh sakti hai,isliye k Nabi ﷺ ko is tarah padhte dekha gaya hai.

3. Aurat ko jahri namaz me jahran qiraat karna chahiye, isliye k Nabi  ﷺ ko ese hi padhte dekha gaya hai.

4 Aurat ki Aameen zor se pukarna chahiye isliye ke Nabi  ﷺ ko ese hi karte dekha gaya hai..

5. Aurat ko bila jama'at namaz nahi padhna chahiye isliye k Nabi ﷺ ko jama'at ka ahatmaam karte dekha gaya hai.

6 Aurat ko farz namaz ghar me jaa'iz nahi hona chahiye isliye ke Nabi ﷺ ko farz namaz masjid hi me padhte dekha gaya hai.

7.Aurto'n ko imaam ban kar aur aage khade ho kar namaz padhana chahiye, kyunki Nabi ﷺ ko isi tarah namaz padhate huwe dekha gaya.. Vagerah....

☞ zaahir hai ke koi bhi Alim aurat ke liye in umoor ke jawaz ka qayal nahi hai. Jab in umoor me doosri ahadees-v -aasar  aur ijma-e-ummat ki vajah se Sallu Kama Raaytumuni asalli ke umoom se aurato'n ko mustasna maana jaskta hai to phir doosre masa'il me kyu nahi maana ja sakta??

"__Baat ye hai k is zamane ke ghair Muqallideen ilm ko chupate hai'n aur sirf apni pasand kardah hadeeso ko dikha kar logo'n ko ye dhoka dene ki koshish karte hai'n k is hadees ke alawa is masle me koi hadees nahi hai, ya hai bhi to bilkul zaeef aur mouzoo ahadees hai'n..

❉ Mazeed dhoka dahi ye karte hai'n k ahnaaf ki jin fiqhi tehqiqaat se unhe ikhtilaf hai unko is tarah pesh karte hai'n jese poori ummat me imaam Abu Haneefa Rehmatullahi alaihi ke alawa koi iska qayal nahi hai. Halanki bahut se masail me ulema ki raay unke muwafiq hai. Magar gair Muqallideen isko sirf hanafi masla batlate hai'n. Balki is se istehza v istekhafaaf se bhi nahi chookte. Chunache zer-e-bahas masle ko bhi wo isi tarah pesh karte hai'n jese ya ( Nauzubillah ) Sirf imam-e-Azam Rehmatullahi alaihi ki himaqat v la-ilmi ho. Varna poori Ummat unki mukhalif hai aur is baat ki qayal hai ke aurat mard ki namaz me koi farq nahi.

❉ Mazkoora baala mazmoon me Sahaba Raz. Tabaeen, Muhaddiseen aur mujtahideen balke Ulma-e-Gair Muqallideen ke hawale se jo tafseel saamne aayi hai wo batla rahi hai k is masle me is zamane ke gair Muqallideen aimma -e-arabah se to ikhtilaaf kar rahe hai'n, apne akaabir se bhi munharif ho kar naya raastah nikaale huwe hai'n.

❉  Is jagah ek aur baat ki bhi wazahat kar dena munasib hai ke aurato'n ko simat kar aur ba-haya tareeqe par sajda karne ki fazeelat wo ahmiyat bayan karte huwe Imam-e-Shafa'ee Rehmatullahi alaihi ne Aur Imam-e-Ahmad Rehmatullahi alaihi ne ۔۔ ye Alfaz Farmaye they k mujhe yahi pasand hai,to aaj kal ke kam Ilm-o-be-faham gair Muqallideen ye keh rahe hai'n k hadees ke muqable me in a'imma ki pasand koi maane nahi rakhti۔۔!!

"_Lekin Gair Muqallideen ko maloom hona chahiye k in hadees-v-fiqha ke mahireen aur wara `-o-taqwa ke hamileem ke yaha hadees-e-nabawi ka ahtraam aap logon se karodo guna zyada tha aur wo(صلوا کہار اتو نی اصلی ۔)  wali Hadees bhi achchhi tarah jaante they. Iske bavjood احب Aur اعجب ka Lafz istemal kiya hain to iski Vajah ye hai k wo hazraat sirf sanado'n ke ghulam aur rawiyo'n ke muqallid na they ,balki aqal-o-shuoor se bhi kaam lete they. Wo khairul quroon  ke log they. Unke daur tak logo'n ne deen ko badal liya nahi tha. "DEEN" ilm se zyada Amal me Mehfooz tha. 

❉Kitab-o-sunnat aur ta`amul-e-Sahaba ki roshni me unhe deen ki sahi samajh aur ahkaam ke maqasid par uboor naseeb ho gaya tha. Jab unse kisi gair waazeh ya ikhtilaafi masle me poocha jaata k aap kya pasand karte hain? To iska matlab ye hota tha k is masle me aap ka ilmi zouq aur ilmi mushahidah kya kehta hai.? To uske jawab me wo jo ye kehte hai"Mujhe is tarah pasand hai" to iska matlab ye nahi hota k meri haus aur tabiyat ko ye pasand hai. Jese kisi ko khara pasand hai kisi ko meetha. Balki iska matlab ye hota tha k  kitab-o-sunnat par uboor ki vajah se shariyat ke jis mizaaj ko mujhe zouq haasil huwa hai wo uski roshini me is surat ko mai zyada sahi samajhta  hu'n.

❉ Ye esa hai jese Imam-e-Bukhari Rehmatullahi alaihi ya koi muhaddis yu kahe k fala'n se riwayat lena fala'n ke muqable me mujhe  ( اعجب  ya احب) hai. Ya fala'n sanad ko mai fala'n sanad se zyada احب samajhta hun, to iska hargiz ye matlab nahi hota ke ye hadiso ke muqable me unki pasand ka mamala hai. Balki unki tehqeeq aur unka ilm is surat ko tarjeeh de raha hai. Pas yaha bhi fuqaha ke ( احب الی)  aur ( اعجب الی)ka Yahi matlab lena chahiye. Aur ulma ke yaha yahi matlab liya jata hai. Koi jaahill alfaaz hi ka pujaari ban baithe to wo uske ilmi diwalepan ka saboot hai.....!!!!

❉ 2•Hazrat Urwah Rehmatullahi alaihi  Hazrat Aayesha Raziyallahu Anha se riwayat farmate hai k "musalman aurate'n Rasulullah ﷺ ke dour me namaz-e-Fajar me apni chadaro'n ko achi tarah lipet kar aap ke paas masjid haazir hoti thi (namaz ke fouran baad) apne gharo'n ko lout aati thi..

6:Hazrat umme humaid Saadiyyah Raziyallahu se riwayat hai ke wo ek din Rasoolullah ﷺ ki khidmat me haazir ho kar arz kiya k meri khwahish hai ke aapke peeche namaz padha karu'n. Aapne uske jawab me irshad Farmaya " mai'n jaanta hu'n k tumhare dil me meri iqteda me namaz padhne ka kis qadar shouq hai.magar (Surat -e-haal ye hai ki) *Tumhari wo namaz jo tum ghar ki kothri me padho,dalaan (aur hall) ki namaz se behtar hai.aur hall ki namaz sahan ki namaz se behter hai. Sahan ki namaz tumhare liye mahalle ki masjid me padhne se behtar hai. Aur mahalle ki masjid ki namaz meri masjid ki namaz se behtar hai.

❉ 7: Hazrat  Zainab Raziyallahu Anha se marwi hai k Aap ﷺ  ne farmaya "Jab tum me koi aurat masjid jaye to use chahiye ke khushboo ka istemal Na kare"

❉ 9:Hazrat Abu Huraira Raziyallahu Anhu se riwayat hai, farmate hai'n ke mai ne apne mehboob ( Sallallahu Alaihivasallam) se ye baat suni hai ke "jis kisi aurat ne masjid jate waqt khushboo istemal ki ho to uski namaz us waqt tak qabool nahi hoti jab tak wo gusal -e-janabat ki tarah (gayat-e-eahtemam se ) gusul karke us kushboo ki zaa'ill na kar le"

❉ 11: Hazrat Aayesha Raziyallahu Anha  se riwayat hai ke Agar Rasoolullahﷺ aurato'n me paida shuda haalat (takalluf,tasahul,zuaf-e-amal) ko dekh lete to unhe masjid me aane se zaroor rok dete,jis tarah bani isra'eel ki aurate'n roo kdi gayi thi...

*Al-garz yeh kul 11 ahadees hai'n.aur bhi mutaddad*

█☞ Ye tashreeh ham ne isliye ki hai ke Hazrat Aayesha Raziyallahu Anha  ke dour tak aurato'n me jo kami aayi thi use be-hijaab be-hayayi aur fashion parasti se tabeer karna mushkil hai. Riwayat zakhira-e-Ahadith me moujood hain , lekin hasil-o-khulasa sab ka ek hi hai  isliye you'n samajh lijiye k nafs-e-maslah ke mutalliq tamaam riwayaat samne aa gayi. Ab aap unme ghour farmaye aur dekhe k unse ba-haisiyat-e-majmooee kya baat samajh me aati hai. Quraan-o-hadees se ahkaam ke istekhraaj-o-istembaat ka tareeqa yahi hota hai ke Masla zere bahas se mutalliq tamaam nusoos ko ba-ek waqt saamne rakh kar ghour kiya jaye. Ye nahi ke koi ek riwayat le li jaye aur us par israar karne lage. Isi liye pehle ahadees se nikalne wale masa'il par gour kijiye..

❉1. Hadees 1aur 5 se maloom hota hai k aurato'n ko masjid me jana zaroori nahi hai. Agar unka jee jane ko chahe to shoharo'n se ijazat le kar jayen. Bagair ijazat nahi. Neez shoharo'n se shifarish ki gayi hai k wo iqteda-e-nabi ki is kHwahish ko qubool kar ke ijazat de de'n.

2. Hadees 2 aur 3 se maloom hota hai ke is shifarish par log aurato'n ko masjid jane ki ijazat dene lage aur khwahish mand aurate'n masjid aane lagi ,hattaki subha aur isha ki namaz me bhi.

❉ 3. hadees 2 aur 4 se wazeh hota hai ke agar aurato'n ka ye masjid jana bade ahtmaam-e-diyanat aur iltezaan-e-haya-o-hijaab ke sath hota tha Chadare'n achchhi tarah..Lapet leti thi k Be-pardagi na hone paye. Aur mardo'n se qabl uth kar gharo'n ko lout aati thi k mardo'n se ikhtelaat na hone paye

■Shifarish isliye k is hukm ko qara'een-e-waziha se tamaam ulema ne istehbaab par mehmool kiya hai.baaz ulma ne mansookh bhi samjha hai. Is bahas ko Musnad-e-Tahawi aur hujjatullahil baligah me ahle ilm dekh le'n...

4. Hadees 7,8 aur 9 se Maloom Hota hai k is ijazat ke baad Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Ne hakeemana usloob me un par rok lagane ka nazm farmate huwe unke masjid aane ke liye quyood-o-hudood muqarrar farmane shuru kiye. Kushboo ke istemal, tabarruj-e-jahili yani niswani kamaalat ka izhar aur purkashish adao'n par pabandi lagayi. Kushboo ke izale ke liye gusul me mubalage ka hukm diya Ba-surat-e-deegar namaz qabool na hone ki wa'eed sunayi mardo'n ko hukm diya k unke fashion par control kare'n.

❉ 5. Hadees 10 se pata chala k aurato'n aur Mardo'n ka ikhtelaat (khwah wo namaz padhne ke liye masjid me ba-pardah tour par hi kyu ho) moojib-e-fitna aur mahal-e-khatra hai. Isi liye mardo'n ki pichhli safo'n aur aurto'n ki agli safo'n ko bura qarar diya ba-nisbat aurato'n ki akhari sufoof mardo'n ki agli sufoof ke. Kyunki unme aurat-o-mard ek doosre se qareeb hote hain.

6. Hadees 5 aur 6 se maloom hota hai ke in khatraat se hifaazat-o-bachaw ke liye taleem di gayi ke aurate'n apne gharo'n me namaz padhne ko tarjeeh de'n aur gharo'n me bhi Jaha tak mumkin ho tanhayi ki jagah akhtiyaar kare.

"__Hattak iqtida -e-nabi Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke sharf par bhi ghar ki namaz ko zyada fazal wali samjhe. Kyunki yahi aurat ke mutabiq-e-fitrat hai.

■ ye ibne Maja ki ek aur riwayat se mustafaad hai..Jisme aurat aur samaaj dono ki hifazat ka raaz poshida hai. Chunanche masturaat is hukm par ahad-e-nabawi hi se amal dar Aamad karti rahi hai. Agarche baaz iqteda-e-nabi Sallallahu Alaihivasallam. Ki khwahish mand masturaat madjid bhi jati rahi magar ye Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Ke dour me bhi tamaam masturaat ka mamool tha.

"_Chunanche wo Hadees jisme masjid haazir na hone walo ke gharon ko aag laga dene ka khayal ka izhaar farmaya gaya hai uske akheer me yahi hai. Magar aap ko aurato'n aur bachcho ke khayal ne is iraade se baaz rakha. Agar aurato'n ke masjid me jane ka hukm hota to wo is saza se mustasna kyun rakhi jati... 

❉ 7. Hadees 11 se rehbari milti hai ke agar muaashare me haalat az qaaboo raftah ho jaye aur hawa-e-hawas itteba-e-shara par gaalib aa jaye to Ulema-e-Ummat ko Chahiye k wo masturaat ko masjid jane se (Jo k unke liye na farz hai ba wajib na hi sunnat-o-fazeelat) Rok de.hattaki Hazrat-e-Aayesha ka ba-qoul ye maamala esa hai k agar Allah  ke Nabi Sallallahu Alaihivasallam in haalat ka mulahizah farma lete to bani isra'eel ki aurto'n ki tarah apni ummat ki aurato'n ko bhi mana farma dete.

"_CHUNANCHE  maazi qareeb ke azeem muhaddis Allama Anwar Shah kashmeeri Rehmatullahi alaih Farmate hain;k:--  is silsile ki tamaam riwayaat ke majmuah se pata chalta hai k aurato'n ke liye masjid jane ke masla me nabi-e-Kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Tadreejan haal Farmaya hai.ibtida-e-taleem-o-tarbiyat neez unke zouq-o-shouk ke madd-e-nazar ijazat de di phir hasb-e-mamool aahista aahista ahkaam me shiddat paida farmayi. Pabandiya'n esi lagayi k khud masturaat masjid jane se ruk jaye .yahi wajah hai k Aap ne kabhi koi targeebi baat irshad nahi farmayi. Balki iske bar aks ghar me namaz padhne ki fazeelat bayan farmayi. Ghar ki namaz ke liye albatta targeebi irshaadat farmaye. Aap ki taleemaat se zyada se zyada "ibahat"saabit ho sakti hai pasandeedgi bhi saabit nahi hoti.

❉ Balki Moujooda halaat me jabki in pabandiyo'n ko aurate'n aar mehsoos kar rahi hai'n aur dino din door hoti Jarahi hai'n, ye ibahat bhi karahat se khali nahi reh gayi.

"__Chunanche fiqaha-e-ahnaaf ne isi ke mutabiq ahkaam-e-khudawandi farmaye hain...Soudi Arab ke mojooda jaleelul qadr ulema me shaikh Muhammad bin saleh al-Usaimeen bhi hai'n. wo waha'n ke sab se badi jamaat -e-Ulema 
"ھیئتہ کبار العلماء"
Ke rukn bhi hai'n. Apne ek fatwe me farmaya hai" Mai aurato'n ka masjid me jaana gunaah nahi kehta jabki wo kushboo aur tasannu-o-takalluf se bachti rahe. Aur agar esa kare to is surat me unka masjid jana haraam hai. Isliye ke aurato'n ko masjid aane ki targeeb shariyat ne kabhi bhi nahi di. Sirf jaa'iz rakha hai wo bhi sharait ke sath".

❉ AuR khud sahaba-e-kiraam Raziyallahu Anhum me Hazrat umar Raziyallahu Anhu ka apni ahliyah ko masjid jaane se rokna. Hazrat ibne umar aur Ibne masoud Raziyallahu Anhu ka juma ke din aurto'n ko masjid se ahtrmaam ke saath wapas karwana kutub e hadees me manqool hai. Jo fitnah ke khouf aur sharaa'e maslihat se kisi jaa'iz kaam se ummat ko rokne ke maqool-o-mashroo hone ki kafi daleel hai.

"_Akhir me khud quran-e-kareem ke us irshaad ne ummahtul mumineen ko di gayi hidayaat me zara gour kar lijiye k Allah ta'ala ne unhe apne gharon me itminaan se rehne aur wahi apni ibadat anjaam dete rehne ka hukm dete huwe namaz ko bhi usme shamil farmaya.

█و قرن فی بیوتکن ولا تبارجن تبرج الجاھلیته الاولی و اقمن الصلوته و اتین الزکوته و  اطعن اللہ و رسوله

Is se bhi maloon hua ke namaze'n farz ho ya nafil juma ho ya taraweeh unka behtreen aur pasandeeda muqaam aurto'n ke liye unka ghar hi hai.

☞Aurato'n par islam ne apni talimaat me jis tarah bahut se umoor me rehmat-o-shafaqat malhooz rakhi aur jismani samaji aur fitri zimmedariyo'n ki nazakat ka khayal farmaya hai, wahi namazo'n ke silsile me bhi aurat ki rahat-o-sahoolat ki badi riaayt ki hai. Pichle safhaat  me badi tafseel se guzar chuka ke namaz ke *ARKAAN KI ADAYIGI AUR NAMAZ AADA KARNE KI JAGAH*Me aurto'n ke saath kis qadar sahoolat ka maamala kiya gaya hai. Aakhir me ek aur masle ki taraf mutawajjah kiya ja raha hai.

*☞Namaz-e-JuMa AuRaToN pAr LaZiM nAhI.*

"_Nabi-e-kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se imam-e-abu Dawood Rehmatullahi alaih ne sanad ke saath riwayat kiya hai ke aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad Farmaya:- "juma ki namaz har Musalman par haq-e-wajib hai. (Yani laazmi aur zaroori hai) siwaye 4 logon ke,Gulam,aurat,nabalig baccha aur bimar.

"_Is hadees ko imam-e-nawawi,imam-e-hakim aur asr-e-haazir ke muhaddis shaikh Albani ne bilkul sahih qaraar diya hai. Isi vajah se sunnan-e-abu dawood ke sharah shamshul haq azeemabadi ne iski tashreeh karte huwe saaf tour par likha hai ke is hadees me ye masla bayan kiya gaya hai k aurato'n par namaz-e-juma waajib nahi hai

❉ yahi baat imam shoukani ne (nail-lul-autar 2/269) me bayan ki hai. Isi tarah muhaddis ibne khuzaimah Rehmatullahi alaih farmate hai suratul jumah ki ayath no 9 me mardo'n ko mukhatib kiya gaya hai. Ulema se isi tarah manqool hai. Agar ye khabar sanadan sahi na ho to bhi aurato'n par namaz-e-juma wajib na hone ke waaste Ulema-e-Ummat ka ijma hi kaafi daleel hai.

█Imam ibne kaseer Rehmatullahi alaih mazkoorah aayat ki tafseer me farmate hai'n k is ayat me juma ki namaz me hazir hone ka hukm  aazad mardo'n ko diya gaya hai. Yani ghulamo aur aurto'n ko nahi diya gaya hai..

"_Maloom huwa ke aurto'n par namaz-e-juma wajib nahi hai. Wo apne gharo'n hi me reh kar Zohar ki namaz hasb-e-mamool ada kar liya karengi. Is par mufasireen, Muhaddiseen aur fuqha sab mutaffiq hain. Aur amal bhi shuru zamane se isi tarah chala aa raha  hai. Pas is zamane ke ghair Muqallideen ka aurato'n ko masjid jaa kar namaz padhne ki targeeb dena ya unhe le kar pahunchna aur juma ki jamaat me shirkat ka ahtmaam karna sab maqasid-e-islam aur masalih-e-shariyat ke khilaaf hai. Neez puri ummat ke Ulema ki mukhalafat karna hai, jo kisi tarah khair aur neki ka kaam nahi kaha ja sakta. Aurato'n ko esi nayi tahreeko'n  aur dawato'n se mutassir nahi hona chahiye jo salaf saliheen se khilaaf wajood me aayi hain..
