                     ❂ Pesh e Lafz -1❂

★Allah ta’ala ne apne be inteha fazal v rehmat aur Bando per shafqat ki Vajah se kuchh khaas mawaq’a ese inayat farmaye he’n jinme Bando ki magfirat v rehmat aur sawab haasil karne ka Sunehra Moqa milta he,

★ In moqo me jis tarah Ramzan Mubarak aur Shabe Qadr he, Ek moqa 15 vi Shabaan ki Raat bhi he, Jisme Allah ta’ala ki taraf se beshumar logo ki magfirat ka zikr rivayato me warid hua he, isliye is Raat ko ” Laylatul Baraat ” kehte he’n Yani Jahannam aur Azaab se chhutkare aur khalasi ke Faysle ki Raat .

★ Shabe Baraat ki fazilat me Jo rivayaat kitabo’n me mazkoor he unme aksar ka zo’af maloon he magar chuki woh mutaddid he’n aur baaz ka zo’af halka he isliye inke majmue se is Raat ki fazilat saabit hoti he, Yahi baat ulmae muhaqiqeen ne bayan farmayi he,

★ Lekin bahut galat baate’n bhi Shabe Baraat ke mutallik kitaabo me likhi gayi he aur logo me mashoor he, Ulema e muhaqiqeen ne unki tardeed ki he,

★ Is majmoon ka maqsad sahi aur galat me tameez payda karna he,

★ Asal cheez shari’at me Kitaabo Sunnat aur Sahaba ikraam Raziyallahu Anhum ki zindgi he, Jo cheez waha se milti ho usko mazbuti se pakad lena chahiye aur Jo baate Be-asal he’n, unko chhod dena chahiye,

★ Tafseer v ahadees dono funoon se muhaqiqeen ki tehqeeq mojood he, unse faa’ida uthana chahiye aur logo ko bhi faa’ida pahunchana chahiye,

⇨ Allah ta’ala is majmoon se tamaam musalmano ko faa’ida pahunchaye aur mere liye bhi Nijaat ka zariya banaye,

                      ❂ Fazilate'n ❂

✿ Hazrat Mu’aaz bin Jabal Raziyallahu Anhu se rivayat he k Huzure Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya,

” Allah ta’ala 15 vi Shabaan ki Raat me yani 14 vi aur 15 vi Shabaan ki darmiyani Raat me apni tamaam makhlooqat ki taraf tavajjoh farmate he’n,

→ Muahrik aur dushmani rakhne walo ke Siva makhlooq ki magfirat farmate he’n,

⇒Tabrani ne Avsat me aur Ibne Hibaan ne apni Sahih me aur Bayhqi ne isko rivayat kiya he,

✿ Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Raziyallahu Anhu se marvi he k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya,
” Allah ta’ala 15 vi Shabaan KI Raat me apni makhlooq ki taraf tavajjoh farmate he’n aur apne Bando ki magfirat farmate he’n Sivae do ke,

( Ek ) Dushmani rakhne wala ( Doosra ) kisi ( Nafse muhatram ) ko qatl karne wala,

⇒ isko Imaam Ahmad ne naram Sanad ke saath rivayat kiya he,

✿ Ala’a bin Haaris se rivayat he k Hazrat Aayesha Raziyallahu Anha ne farmaya,

” Ek raat Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam uthe, Namaz padhi aur itna lamba sajda kiya k mene samjha k Aap sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka inteqal ho gaya,

→ Ye dekhkar me uthi aur Aap sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke anguthe ko harkat di, To Aap sallallahu Alaihivasallam hile aur me wapas hui,

→ Jab Aap sallallahu Alaihivasallam sajde se uthe aur Namaz se farig hue to farmaya,

” Ey Aayesha ! ya farmaya Ey Humayra ! Kya tumne ye samjha k Nabi Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne tumhare saath bewafai ki gaddari ki ? ”

Mene kaha: – ” Nahi , Ya Rasulullah Khuda ki qasam, lekin mene ye samjha k Aapka inteqal ho gaya isliye k Aapne Sajda taveel kiya,

→ Aap sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya,
” Jaanti ho ye konsi Raat he ? ”
Mene kaha:-
“Allah aur uske Rasool zyada jaante he’n, ”

→ Farmaya: –
” Ye 15 vi Shabaan KI Raat he, Allah ta’ala is Raat me apne Bando ki taraf tavajjoh farmate he’n aur magfirat talab karne walo ki magfirat farmate he’n aur Raham talab karne walo per Raham farmate he’n aur dushmani rakhne walo ko mu’akhkhar kar dete he’n unki haalat per,

⇨ Isko bhi Bayhqi ne rivayat kiya he,

✿ Isi Rivayat me ye bhi he k mene suna he k Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ye Dua padh rahe the,

” Ey Allah ! Me teri saza se teri Afu’ ki panah me aata hu’n, aur Teri naraazgi se Teri Raza ki panah me aata hu’n, Tere ( Azaab ) se Teri panah me aata hu’n, Me Teri puri ta’areef nahi kar sakta Tu wesa hi he jesa Tune khud apni ta’areef ki, ”

✿ Hazrat Aayesha Raziyallahu Anha farmati he’n k mene ek raat Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ko ( sokar uthne ke baad ) nahi paya,
Me bahar nikli to Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Baqy ( Madina Ke Qabristan ) me the,

→ Aap sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya,:-
” Kya tum dar rahi thi k Allah ta’ala aur Uske Rasool Sallallahu Alaihivasallam tum per zulm karenge ( yani tumhari baari ke din doosri Bivi ke paas chale jaenge ),? ”

→ Mene kaha:-
” Ya Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam , mene samjha k Aap doosri Bivi ke yaha’n tashreef le gaye, ”

→ Aap sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya,
” Allah ta’ala nisf Shabaan ki Raat me qareebi aasmaan ki taraf nuzool farmate he’n, ( ye utarna Allah ta’ala ki shaan ke mutabik hota he ) aur Banu Kalb Qabila ki bakriyo’n ke baalo ki tadaad se bhi zyada magfirat farmate he’n,”

↳® Tirmizi -1/156, ibne maaja-99

⇨ Imaam Tirmizi Rh ne farmaya k imaam Bukhari Rh ne is hadees ko zaiyf bataya,

✿ Shabe Baraat ki fazilat me jitni Rivayaat varid hui he’n unme koi bhi esi nahi Jo Kalaam se khali ho,
Hazrat Maulana Yusuf Binnori Rh farmate he’n,

” Chunki zaiyf Rivayaat kaiy ek he’n aur muta’addid Sahaba ikraam Raziyallahu Anhu se marvi he’n, Baaz ki sanad me zyada kalaam nahi, Baaz ko ibne Hibaan Rh ne apni Sahih me jagah di, ”

✿ Muhaddiseen ke usool ke mutabik majmua e ahadees se Shabe Baraat ki fazilat saabit maani jaegi, ”

Yahi baat aam tor per muhaddiseen aur fuqha me mashoor he aur yahi haq he,

✿ Allama ibne Taymiya Rh, Jo aam tor per esi cheezo ka inkaar kar dete he’n, wo bhi Shabe Baraat ki fazilat ko tasleem karte he’n,

Farmate he’n:-
⇒” Nisf Shabaan ki Raat ki fazilat me itni ahadees aur asaar marvi he’n Jinse maloom hota he k isko fazilat haasil he, ”
Aur baaz salf ne is Raat ko Namaz ke liye khaas kiya he,

✿ In Ahadees se maloom hota he k Jo fazilat is Raat ki he wo ye he k shuru raat se hi Allah ta’ala Bando ki taraf tavajjoh farmate he’n, aur tauba asatagfar karne walo ki magfirat farmate he’n,

✿ isliye har musalman ko chahiye k is moqe ko ganimat samjhe, Allah ta’ala ki taraf mutavajjah hokar apne gunaho per nadamat ke aansu bahaye, Gunaho se baaz rehne ka Allah ta’ala ki baargah me ahad kare,

✿ Allah ta’ala se apne gunaho ki magfirat ke taalib bane, Apne liye bhi aur tamaam musalmano ke liye bhi, Murdo’n aur Zindo sabke liye Duae magfirat kare aur is ummeed ke saath k Allah ta’ala zarur magfirat farmaenge aur Raham farmaenge,

             ❂ Bad- Naseeb Log ❂

✿ Hadeeso se maloom hua k is Mubarak Raat me bhi kuchh Allah ke Bande Allah ta’ala ki magfirat se mehroom rehte he’n,
Wo he’n: –

Mushrik, Dushmani rakhne wale, Sharab pine wale, Walden ki nafarmani karne wale, Lungi ya payjama ( ya Paint ) takhno se niche latkane wale, Zina karne wale, Mohatrame Nafs ko qatl karne wale, Rishtedaro se qata ta’alluq karne wale,

✿ isliye har musalman khayal kare k in gunaho me se koi bhi gunaah uske andar ho to khususiyat se isse tauba asatagfar kare aur magfirat ki Dua kare,

✿ Varna ye Mubarak Raat jisme Allah ta’ala ki taraf se Rahmat aur magfirat ki baarish hoti he, aakar chali jaegi aur wo isse mehroom rahega,
⇒ Agar kisi ka haq dabaya he aur sataya he, takleef di he to maafi bhi maange aur uska haq bhi Ada kare, isliye k huqooqul ibaad ka zaabta ye he k Bando ke maaf kiye bager Allah ta’ala bhi maaf nahi farmate,

       ❂ Shabe Baraat ki Khususiyat ❂

✿ Shabe Baraat ki khususiyat ye he k Avvale Shab hi se magfirat v Rahmat ki baarish hone lagti he aur Subeh tak rehti he aur Beahumar logo ke gunaah maaf kar diye jate he’n,

→Varna Allah ta’ala ka qareebi aasmaan ki taraf nuzool har Raat hota he lekin akheer tihai hisse me, magar har Raat kasrat se is tarah magfirat ka aylaan nahi hota,

⇨ Haa’n magar yaad rahe,, Shabe Baraat ki Rivayaat zaiyf he’n aur har Raat akheer tihai hisse me nuzool ki Rivayat bilkul Sahi he,

→ Isliye Yu’n samajhna chahiye k Allah ta’ala ne qadrdano ke liye har Raat Magfirat v Rahmat haasil karne ka moqa inaayat farmaya he aur Allah ta’ala ki Be-paaya Rahmat ka taqaza bhi yahi tha k har roz ye moqa gunahgaro ko mila kare,

        ❂ Har Raat ibadat ki Raat -1❂

✿ Huzur Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam har Raat uthkar ibadat farmate the aur Lambi Lambi Raka’at aur Ruku aur Sajda wali Namaz padhte the,

⇨ Ummat ko Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki is sunnat ko hargiz nahi bhoolna chahiye,

✿ Hazrat Abu Hurayra Raziyallahu Anhu farmate he’n k Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya,

” Hamara Rab tabarak v ta’aala har Raat qareebi aasmaan ki taraf nuzool farmata he Jabki Raat ka aakhri tihai hissa baqi rah jata he,

Farmata he :-
” Kon he Jo mujhse Dua karta he k me uski Dua qubool karu aur kon he Jo mujhse maangta he k me usko du’n aur Kon he Jo mujhse magfirat ka taalib he k me uski magfirat karu, ”

✿ Muslim ki ek Rivayat me he k fir dono haath faylata he aur farmata he k
” Kon he Jo qarz de esi zaat ko Jo na mohtaaj he , na zaalim ”
Subeh tak ye silsila jaari rehta he,

✿ Hazrat Aayesha Raziyallahu Anha farmati he’n k Aap Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Avval Shab me so jate aur Akhri Shab ko zinda rakhte ( yani ibadat karte),

↳® Mishkaat -109,

✿ Hazrat Aayesha Raziyallahu Anha farmati he’n k Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam esi Namaz padhte k Aapke dono qadam fool jate,Kabhi farmati k fat jate,
Kaha jata k Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam itni kyu mehnat karte he’n, Aapke agle pichhle sab gunaah maaf he’n,

To farmate: – ” Kya me shukrguzar banda na banu? ”

✿ Allah ta’ala ka irshad he,

وَأْمُرْ أَهْلَكَ بِالصَّلَاةِ وَاصْطَبِرْ عَلَيْهَا

” aur apne ghar walo ko namaz ki takeed kijiye aur khud bhi uske paband raho, ”

★ Khalifa e Saani Hazrat Umar Rd raat me khuda ki huzoor me khade ibadat karte rehte fir jab Sahar ka waqt aata to apni rafiqa e hayaat ( bivi) ko jagate aur kehte,

” utho – namaz pado, ‘ aur fir yahi aayat tilawat farmate,

✿ Shabe Baraat ki Zaif ahadees ki Vajah se agar hum ibaadat ka ahatmam karte he’n aur karna bhi chahiye, isliye k har Raat akheer hisse me Allah ta’ala ka nuzool hota he aur Dua ke liye bulaya jata he,

⇒ Huzur Sallallahu Alaihivasallam aur Sahaba ikraam Raziyallahu iska ahatmaam karte the, Qurano Hadees me iski targeeb mojood he,

⇒Lekin Yaad rahe koi ibaadat mahaz Rivaaji tor per nahi karna chahiye,

❂ Shabe Baraat me Qabristan Jana-1❂

○═┅═┅═┅═┅═┅═┅═┅═┅○

✿ Mazkura Rivayaat me se ek do Rivayat me Raat ko uthkar Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka Qabristan Jana bhi mazkoor he,

⇨Ye baat bhi Shabe Baraat ki khususiyat me se nahi he balki doosri sahi rivayaat se bhi Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka Raat ke akhri hisse me Qabristan Jana saabit he,

✿ Hazrat Aayesha Raziyallahu Anha farmati he’n k Jab bhi Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki mere yaha’n Raat ko rehne ki baari hoti, Aakhri raat me Baqiy ( Madina ke Qabristan ) jate aur ye farmate,: –

” Ey momineen ke Qabristan walo ! Tum per salaamti ho, Tumhari maut aa gayi jiska tumse vaada kiya ja raha tha, Kal ( qayamat ) ki taraf tum ja rahe ho, Hum bhi tumhare saath in sha Allah mil jaenge, Ya Allah! Baqiy walo ki magfirat farma,”

↳® Sahi Muslim-1/313

⇨ Is rivayat ya is jesi Sahih rivayaat me Shabe Baraat ya kisi khaas raat ko qabristan jane ka zikr nahi he, balki Jab bhi Hazrat Aayesha Raziyallahu Anha ke yaha’n Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke rehne ki baari hoti Aap qabristan tashreef le jate the,

✿ Hazrat Burayda Aslami Raziyallahu Anhu farmate he’n k Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya,

” Mai tumko ziyarate quboor se mana kiya karta tha ( lekin ab kehta hu’n k ) qabro ki ziyarat kiya Karo, ”

Ek Hadees me he k isse maut ki yaad aati he,

↳® Sahih Muslim-1/314

Is hadees me din or raat ki koi qayd nahi, Jab kisi ko moqa mile qabristan Jana chahiye aur apni maut ko yaad karna chahiye, aur marhumeen ke liye Duae magfirat v rehmat karni chahiye,
Lekin sirf Shabe Baraat me is Amal ko karke saal bhar ki fursat nahi samajh Lena chahiye,

Aur ziyarate quboor ke liye na hi kisi khaas din ki takhsees (maslan – sirf Jumerat ) ki kisi hadees se Saabit nahi , isliye esi takhsees ka aytqaat nahi rakhna chahiye,

❂ Shabe Baraat me koi Khaas Namaz Saabit Nahi❂

✿ Hazrat Ali Raziyallahu Anhu se ek Rivayat zikr ki jati he Jisme 100 raka’at ki ek Namaz batayi gayi he,

⇨Ibne Joazi Rh Vagera ne isko mozu ( mangadant ) hone ki tasreeh ki he,

⇨Imaam Zahbi Rh, imaam Sayvti Rh , Mulla Ali qari Rh vagera muhaddiseen ne apni kitaabo me esi Namazo ki sakht tardeed ki he,

✿ Ganiyatul Talebeen agarche Shekh Abdul Qadir Jilaani Rh ki tasneef he lekin isme bahut si baate baad me dakhil kar di gayi he’n, Ye baat imaam Zahbi Rh ne kahi he, Isliye ye kitaab bhi ab moatbar nahi rahi,

✿ Ahadees ke Baab me Muhaddiseen ka

✿ Ahadees ke Baab me Muhaddiseen ka qoal motbar hota he, Sufiya ikraam aur wa’azeen ka nahi, iski tasreeh ulema e hadees ne ki he,

⇒ Mulla Ali Qari Rh ne Shabe Baraat ki Namazo ke bare me ek fasl qa’im ki he aur unko zikr karke unka be-asal hona bayaan kiya he, aur likha he k,

” Ye Namaze Chothi Sadi ke baad iyjaad hui he’n aur Betul muqaddas se iski ibtida hui he, Fir inke liye Hadeese ghad li gayi, ”

           ❂ Munkiraar or Bid’at ❂

✿ Is moqe per Ummat me bahut se be buniyad etqadaat aur afwaal raa’ij he’n, Jo na-ja’iz aur Bid’at he’n: –

☆ 1- Zyada Roshni Karna ( lighting ) Aur Aatishbazi Karna ☆

⇒ Shah Abdulhaq muhaddis Dehlvi Rh ne likha he k,

” Ek buri Bid’at Jo Hindustan ( India) ke aksar Shehro me raa’ij he wo ye he k Log chiraag Roshan karte he’n aur gharo ki diwaro per rakhte he’n aur is per fakhr karte he’n, Fatakhe fodte he’n,

→Ye esi baat he jiska zikr kisi bhi moatbar kitaab me nahi he, iske mutalliq koi hadees zaiyf ya mozu kisi bhi tarah ki nahi he aur Hindustan ke Siva kahi aur iska rivaaj nahi he,

→ Galiban ye Bid’at hinduo’n ke Tyohaar ( festival) Diwali se musalmano ne li he, isliye k Hindustan ke musalmano me hinduo’n ke saath rehne ki Vajah se bahut si Bid’ate’n aa gayi he’n, ”

↳® Ma Sabt bil Sunnah, 215

★ Baaz Ulema ne kaha he k Khaas Raato me ( Shabe Baraat or Shabe Qadr) zyada Roshni Karna bahut buri Bid’at he, Shariyat me iske mustahab hone ki koi daleel nahi,

⇨ Gor karne ki baat he Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke ghar me to Shabe Baraat me bhi Chiraag nahi tha aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke Ummati aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki Muhabbat ka dam bharne wale Chiraga karne, Roshni zyada karne me Sawab samajhte he’n
Kis qadar Afsos ki baat he,

          ☆ 2- Halwe Ki Rasm ☆

✿ Baaz log Halwa pakane ko zaruri samajhte he’n, iske bager unki Shabe Baraat hi nahi hoti, Ye bilkul Be-asal aur galat Rasm he,

✿ Baaz ye kehte he’n k Huzur Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka jab ( Uhad me ) dandane Mubarak shaheed hua to halwa nosh farmaya tha, Koi kehta he k Hazrat Hamzah Raziyallahu Anhu is din shaheed hue the unki Fatiha he,

⇒ Ye bilkul mangadant aur galat qissa he iska etqaad rakhna bilkul jaa’iz nahi balki Aqlan bhi mumkin nahi kyuki Uhad ka waaqi’a Shavval me pesh aaya tha Shabaan me nahi,

☆ 3- Murdo ka Gharo me Aane ka Aqeeda ☆

✿ Baaz log kehte he’n k Shabe Baraat me murdo ki roohe gharo me aati he aur dekhti he k hamare liye kuchh khana paka he ya nahi,

⇒Ye bhi bilkul galat aur Be-asal baat he, shariyat me iska koi saboot nahi,

✿ Baaz log ye samajhte he’n k agar Shabe Baraat se pehle koi mar jata he to jab tak uska Fatiha ( Jise arfa me milana kehte he’n) na ho wo Murdo me shamil nahi hota ( Yani uski rooh bhatakti rehti he),

⇒Ye baat bhi bekaar, mangadant aur Ahadees Sahih ke bilkul khilaaf he,

☆ 4- Baaz log is moqe per Bartano ka badalna, Gharo ka rang rogan karna kaare sawab samajhte he’n,

★ Baaz jagah per khaas ibadaat ka iltzam kiya jata he, Khane pakaye jate he’n, Dawate udayi jati he, Masjido me bhi raat bhar khane pakane ka daur chalta he, Shor sharaba kiya jata he,aur Jo log ibaadat karne aate he unko isse pareshani hoti he aur na hi masjid ke adaab ka lihaz kiya jata he,

⇨ Ye bhi ek aam rivaaj banta ja raha he, is Raat me in Amaal ka koi zikr hi nahi, Balki ibaadat to bager kisi iltizam ke bhi ki ja sakti he,

⇨Isliye is Din is Rivaaj ko bhi tark karna chahiye,

✿ Baaz Hazraat 15 vi Shabaan ke Roze ko Sunnat batate he’n, Unko ibne maaja ki Hazrat Ali Raziyallahu Anhu ki Rivayat se dhoka hua he, Ye Rivayat moatbar nahi aur Roze ka zikr isi Rivayat me he,

⇨Iske hashiye me bataya gaya he k isme ek Raavi ibne Abi Sabrah bahut hi Zaiyf he, Us per Hadees vaza’a ( gadne ) ka ilzam he,

✿ Durre Mukhtar me he k Zaiyf hadees per amal karne ki shart ye he k uska zoaf shadeed na ho aur wo asal aam ke tahat ho aur ye k uski sunniyat per etqaad na rakha jaye,

→Aur ye hadees tawashid Zaiyf he aur iska koi tareeq bhi maloom nahi he,

✿ Isliye Ye Roza nafil ki niyat se rakh sakte he’n Sunnat ya saabit samajhkar nahi, Varna Huzur Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki taraf ese amal ki sunnat hogi Jo Aap sallallahu Alaihivasallam se saabit nahi, aur ye bahut khatarnak baat he,

⇒ Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya, ” Jab tak tumko maloom na ho meri taraf se hadees bayan na Karo,”
” Jisne mujh per qasdan ( jaan bujhkar) jhoot bandha wo apna thikana jahannam me banaye, ”

✿ Bayhqi ne Sho’abul imaan me ek Rivayat zikr ki he jisme 14 raka’at ki ek Namaz ka zikr he, uske baad 14-14 martaba Surah Fatiha -ikhlaas – Mauzateen -Aytalkursi vagera ka padhna aur fir Subeh ko Roza rakhna aur us Roze ka Sawab 2 saal ke Rozo ke barabar hota he,

➥Bayhqi ne isko zikr karke Imaam Ahmad ka qaul zikr kiya k,
” Ye hadees mozua maloom hoti he aur ye munkir he, isme Usman bin Sa’ied jese log majhool he’n ( jinka kuchh pata nahi)

✿ Shah Abdul Haq muhaddis Dehlvi Rh ne bhi is hadees ko naqal karke mazkura kalaam naqal kiya he aur likha he k,
” Jozkaani ne isko abaateel me naqal kiya he aur ibne Joazi ne mozuaat me aur kaha he k ye mozua he aur iski sanad tareek he,

”  wo ye k saare zakhira e hadees me is Roze ke bare me sirf ek Rivayat me he k Shabe Baraat ke baad wale din yani 15 vi Shabaan ko Roza rakho,

➥Lekin ye rivayat Zaiyf he, lihaza is Rivayat ki Vajah se khaas is 15 vi Shabaan ke Roze ko Sunnat ya mustahab qaraar dena baaz Ulema ke nazdeek durust nahi,

➥ Albatta pure Shabaan ke Mahine me Roze rakhne ki fazilat saabit he, Yani yakam Shabaan se 27 Shabaan tak Roze rakhne ki fazilat saabit he,

❂  Shabaan Ke Roze Saabit aur Sunnat he ❂

✿ Haa’n Maahe Shabaan me Roza rakhna kisi din ki takhsees ke bager Huzur Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se saabit he, Aap sallallahu Alaihivasallam Shabaan me kasrat se Roze rakhte the,
             
✿ Hazrat Aayesha Raziyallahu Anha farmati he’n k,

” Mene nahi dekha k Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Ramzan ke Siva kisi mahine me pure mahine ka Roza rakha aur Shabaan se zyada kisi Mahine me Aap sallallahu Alaihivasallam ko Roza rakhte nahi dekha,

✿ Ibne Abbas Raziyallahu Anhu ne bhi farmaya k, Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Ramzan ke Siva kisi Mahine ke pure Roze nahi rakhe, isliye Shabaan me kasrat se Roze rakhna beshak Aap sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka itteba hoga,

⇒Albatta agar zoaf ka khatra ho to aadhe Shabaan ke baad Roze na rakhe jaye,

➥Hazrat Abu Hurera Raziyallahu Anhu farmate he’n k Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya,

” Jab Adha Shabaan reh jaye to Roza mat rakho, ”

✿ Isi tarah Ramzan ke khayal se 1-2 Roze pehle bhi Roza na rakhe, Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne isse bhi mana farmaya,

➥Haa’n agar kisi mahine ke akhir me Roza rakhne ki aadat ho ya hafte ke khaas Dino me aur wo Shabaan ke aakhir me aa gaye to Shabaan ke aakhir me rakh sakte he’n, isliye k ye Roze Ramzan ki tazeem ki Vajah se nahi,

➥Isi tarah Shak ke din me bhi ( 30 vi Shabaan ko ) aam logo ko Roza nahi rakhna chahiye, balki dopahar ke qareeb tak intezar karna chahiye,

✿ Kya Qurane kareem me Shabe Baraat ka zikr he? Sahi qaul ke mutabik iska jawab nafi me he yani Qurane kareem me Shabe Baraat ka zikr nahi he, 
             
✿ Surah Al- Dukhaan me Allah ta’ala ka irshad he,

” Humne is kitaab ko Mubarak Raat me naazil kiya, Beshak hum darane wale he’n, is Raat me har hikmat wala maamla hamari taraf se faysla karke saadir kiya jata he,

➥Is Mubarak Raat se muraad Shabe Qadr he Jo Ramzan ke akheer ashre me hoti he, Qurane kareem ka Shabe Qadr me naazil hona Surah Qadr me saaf saaf bayan kiya gaya he,

✿ isi tarah( Surah Baqrah, 185 ) Qurane kareem me saaf mazkoor he k Ramzan ke Mahine me Quran ( lohe mehfooz se qareebi aasmaan per ) naazil hua,  isliye aayate Al- Dukhan ka matlab ye he k Shabe Qadr me saal bhar ki Maut v RiZq ki tafseel lohe mehfooz se naqal karke Farishto ko de di jati he,

⇒ Yahi baat Jamhoor mufassireen se marvi he jinme ibne Abbas, Qatada, Mujahid, Hasan Basri vagera shamil he’n,

✿ Ibne kaseer Rh farmate he’n k Jisne is Raat se muraad Shabe Baraat ko liya he, jesa k Ikrima se marvi he, woh maqsood se door chala gaya, Quran to ye kehta he k Ramzan me naazil hua,

✿ Qazi Abu Bakar farmate he’n k nisf Shabaan ki Raat ke bare me koi qabile etmaad rivayat nahi jisse saabit ho k Rizq aur Maut v Hayaat ke faysle is Raat hote he’n,

✿ Ibne Abbas Raziyallahu Anhu se ek Rivayat zikr ki jati he k Rizq aur Maut v Hayaat vagera ke faysle Shabe Baraat me likhe jate he’n aur Shabe Qadr me farishto ke hawale kiye jate he’n,

➥Lekin is Rivayat ki sanad maloom nahi, isliye iska koi etbaar nahi,

✿ Mishkaat me ek Rivayat Hazrat Aayesha Raziyallahu Anha se Bayhqi ki Al-da’awatul kabeer ke hawale se mazkoor he isme Shabe Baraat me payda hone wale aur marne walo ke likhe Jane aur Amaal pesh hone aur Rizq naazil hone ka mazmoon mazkoor he, magar is hadees ka haal maloom nahi, Muhaddiseen v mufassireen ke yaha’n iska etbaar nahi,

✿ Shabe Baraat ki fazilat chunki mutaddid zaiyf Rivayaat me aayi he aur uske ma’ariz koi aayat ya koi hadees nahi, isliye iski fazilat to tasleem ki ja’egi lekin Shabe Baraat me Rizq aur Maut ke faysle ki baat Quran ke ma’ariz he isliye ye maqbool nahi hogi,

➥ Isliye muhaqqiqeen barabar iski tardeed karte rahe he’n,  Is masle me Wa’azeen ki baat ka etbaar nahi hoga balki mufassireen aur muhaddiseen ka etbaar hoga,

✿ Baaz log Bayanaat me ye hadees bhi naqal karte he’n, k – Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya  Rajjab Allah ka Mahina he aur Shabaan mera aur Ramzan meri Ummat ka,,

” Ey Abuzar! Jab tum mahine ke 3 Roze rakho to Terhvi, Chodhvi, Pandrhvi ( 13-14-15 ) ke Roze rakha Karo,

↳®Jamia Tirmizi,

✿ 15 vi Shabaan ke Roze ki hadees bahut Zaiyf he lekin Ulema, Sulha ka qadeem Ayyam se aur Hindustan hi nahi balki bahar bhi yahi mamool he k 15 vi Shabaan ki Shab me ibadat karte he’n aur Din ko Roza rakhte he’n,

⇒is Raat ki ibadat ke mutalliq to mutaddid rivayaat he’n lekin Roze ke mutalliq sirf ek hadees he, isliye Pandrhvi (15 vi ) ke saath agar Tehrvi aur Chodhvi ( 13 -14 vi) ka Roza bhi rakh liya jaye to ye Ayyame Biyz ke Roze ho ja’enge,
