✯ Aur itaa'at ki pabandi ki jaye, Hajj ke baad jis shakhsh ki zindagi me khushgawar inqaLaab nahi aata uska maamLa mashkook he,

✯ Hajj Umra me bhi log gunaho se baaz nahi aate, Deen ke masail na kisi se poochhte hai aur na hi zaroorat mehsoos karte hai,,

*⇰ log Dhadiya moondkar Roza e Athar par jate hai aur unhe zara bhi sharm nahi aati aur Davaa e ishqe Rasool Sallallahu Alaihivasallam karte hai magar shakL dushmano jesi banate hai,*

✯ isse ye maqsad nahi ke aise logo ko HAJJ UMRA per Jana hi nahi chahiye, balke maqsad ye hai ke in muqaddas AamaLo ko gunaho se paak rakhna chahiye,

✯ Hajj ki farziyat ke liye Sahibe nisaab hona hi kaafi nahi balke, jiske paas hajj ka safar kharch bhi ho aur apni gair haazri me Ahalo ayaal ka kharch bhi ho,

➯ Hajj se wapsi par itni Raqam uske paas hona chahiye jisse uske Ahlo ayaal ki baqadre zaroorat kifayat ho sake

*⚃➠ Pehle Beti ya bete ki Shadi kare ya hajj???*

✯ Fuqha ne likha hai ke agar ek Shakhsh ke paas itni Rakqam ho ke wo apni shadi kar sakta hai ya hajj kar sakta he, to agar hajj ke ayyam ho to uske zimme hajj farz he,

⇰ isi se is masle ka haL samajh lena chahiye ke pehle hajj kare varna gunahgar hoga,,

✯  Hajj par jane wale ke liye ye zaroori he ke hajj per Jane se pehle tamaam ahle huqooq ke huqooq ada kare aur sabse huqooq maaf karaye,

✯ Hajj Aurat par bhi usi tarah farz he jese mardo'n par farz hai, jab koi mehram mayassar na ho to marne se pehle hajj badaL ki vasiyat kar de,

✯ Hajj farz ke liye aurat ko apne shohar se ijazat Lena ( basharte ke uske saath koi mehram ja raha ho ) aur Bete ko maa baap ki ijazat lena zaroori nahi,

✯ Beva  iddat poori hone se pehle hajj na kare,

✯ HamiLa Aurat bhi hajj kar sakti he , pet ke bachche ka hajj nahi hota,

✯ Nabalig ka hajj nafl hota he, baalig ho Jane ke baad agar istta'at ho to un par hajj farz hoga,

*⚃➠ Hajj farz ke liye qarz Lena,*

✯ agar hajj farz he aur qarz mil sakta he aur qarz basahulat Ada ho Jane ki tawqqo ho to agar hajj farz na bhi ho to bhi qarz lekar hajj karna jaa'iz he,

⇰ Kabira gunaho ke baad sabse bada gunaah ye he ke Aadmi makrooz ho kar duniya se jaye aur itna maal chhord kar na jaye jisse uska qarz Ada ho sake,, isliye adaaye qarz ka ahatmam sabse aham he,

*⚃➠ isteta'at ke bavjood hajj se pehle umra karna???*

✯ Umra hajj ka badaL nahi hai, jis shakhsh par hajj farz ho uske liye zaroori hai ke wo hajj kare,

✯ jis shakhs ko hajj ke dino me betullah tak pahunchne aur hajj tak waha rehne ki taqat ho us par hajj farz ho jata he, isliye aise Shakhsh ko Jo sirf ek baar Betullah Sharif pahuchne ki tamanna rakhta ho, hajj par jana chahiye, umrah ke liye safar karna aur farziyat ke bavjood hajj na karna bahut ghalat baat he,

*⚃➠ Umara karne se kya hajj Laazim ho jata hai ??*

✯ Umrah Ada karne se hajj Laazim nahi hota jab tak ke ye do sharte na payi jaye, -

↠1- Agar hajj ke Dino me Makka Mukarrama pahunch jaye,

↠2- Aur hajj tak waha theharna bhi mumkin ho, to hajj farz ho jata he,

↠ Agar ye dono sharte na payi jati ho to hajj farz  nahi hota,

*⚃➠  Saudi Arab me Mulazmat karne walo ka Umrah o Hajj,*

✯ Jo log muLazmat ke siLsiLe me Saudi Arab gaye ho aur hajj ke Dino me Betullah Sharif pohunch sakte ho, un par hajj farz hai

↠ Agar ikhLaas ke saath Hajj aur Umrah ke arkaan bhi sahi Ada kare to in sha Allah ta'ala  unko bhi hajj aur umrah ka itna hi sawab milega jitna ke apne watan se jane waLo'n ko

*⚃➠  Ghareeb ko uski Niyat par hajj ka sawab???*

✯ Aur Jo Ghareeb Aadmi paisa-paisa jama kar ke hajj ki tayyari karta raha,

Magar itna sarmaya mayassar na Aa saka ke hajj ke Liye jaye,

in sha Allah ta'ala uski niyat par usko hajj ka sawab milega,

*⚃➠   Najaa'iz Kamayi se Hajj karna ,*

✰ Hadees Shareef me hain ek Shakhsh door se ( Betullah ke) Safar par jata hai uske sar ke baaL bikhre hue hain, badan maiL kucheL se ata hua he, wo ro ro kar Allah ta'ala ko " Ya rab,  Ya rab" keh kar pukarta hai haLanki uska khana haraam ka, Libaas haraam ka, uski Ghiza haraam ki, uski dua kese qubool ho? "

✯ Hadees me he, " Jis jism ki Ghiza haraam ho dozakh ki aag uski zyadah mustahiq hai

*⚃➠   Haraam Raqam ke BadLe Gair Muslim se Qarz Lekar hajj karna,*

✯ Jis shakhsh ki kamayi haraam hai aur hajj karne ka khaahishmand hai aisa shakhsh kisi gair Muslim se qarz Le Lega to ye raqam uske liye haLaaL hogi,

↠ isse hajj bhi kar sakta hai, ( khair ke tamam kaam kar sakta he), Baad me uska qarz haraam Raqam se Ada karega to ye gunah to hoga Lekin hajj me haraam Raqam istemal na hogi,,

*⚃➠  Umrah  ka Sawab pahunchana .*

✯ Jis Tarah doosre nek kaamo ka isaaLe sawab ho sakta hai isi tarah Umrah ka bhi isaaLe sawab ho sakta he,

*↠iski 2 surate hai,*

( 1 ) Asaan ye he ke Umrah apni taraf se kar ke sawab bakhsh de,

( 2 ) Aur agar kisi ki taraf se umrah karna ho to Ahraam bandhte waqt Jinke liye karne Ja rahe ho unke liye niyat kar ke unke naam se Ahraam bandhe or dua kare, " ya Allah ye umra mere liye Asaan farma or faLa ( naam Le) ki taraf se ise qubool farma,"

*⚃➠  Yaume Arafa se Lekar 13 ZiLhijja tak Umrah karna makrooh tehrimi hai??*

✯ Yaume Arafa se 13 Zilhijja tak 5 din Hajj ke din hai, in Dino me umrah ki ijazat nahi, isliye umrah in Dino me makrooh Tehrimi hai

⇰ Ahraam Baandhne ke baad agar bimari ki vajah se umrah na kar sake to Ahraam Tod dene ki vajah se Dam bhi wajib hai aur umrah ki qaza bhi Laazim hai

*☞ Hajj aur Umrah ki istLahaat;,*

✯ Hajj ke 'masa'il me baaz Arabi Alfaz istemaL hote hai, isliye " MoaLLimuL Hujjaj " se naqaL kar ke chand Alfaz ke maani Likhe jate hai,

↠ istLaam -

Hajre Aswad ko bosa Dena aur haath lagana,

↠ idhtaba -

Ahraam ki chadar ko dahini bagaL ke niche se nikaaL kar baaye kandhe par daLna,

↠Aafaaqi

Wo shakhs Jo mikaat ki hudood se bahar Rehta ho, jese Indian, Pakistani, misri, iraani, etc,

↠Ayyame Tashreek -

Zilhijja ki 11,12,13 tarekh ayyame Tashreek kehLati hai, kyu ke isme bhi 9,10 Zilhijja ki tarah har farz namaz ke baad" takbeere tashreek " padhi jati he,

↠Ayyame Nahar -

10 Zilhijja se 12 tak,

↠Afraad -

Sirf hajj ka Ahraam bandhna aur sirf hajj ke af'aaL karna,

↠ Tasbeeh -

Subhanallah kehna,

↠Tamatto-

Hajj ke mahine me pehLe umrah karna pjir usi saaL hajj ka ahraam baandh kar hajj karna,

↠Talbiya -

Labbaik poori padhna,

↠TehLeeL-

La ilaha illallah padna,

↠Jamraat ya Jamaar -

Mina ke 3 makaam jaha sutuno par kankriya mari jati he,

Tawaaf ke pehle 3 phero me akad kar shana hiLate hue qareeb qareeb qadam Rakh kar Zara tezi se chaLna,

Safa (Betullah ke qareeb  ek chhoti si pahadi) aur Marva ke darmiyan makhsoos tareeqe se 7 chakkar lagana,

Ek chakkar Baitullah ke charo taraf lagana,

HaL ya Mikaat se Ahraam baandh kar Baitullah ka Tawaaf aur Safa Marva ki Sa'ie karna,

Makka Mukarrama se Takriban 9 meeL mashriq ki taraf ek maidan hai jaha Haji log 9 Zilhijja ko theharte hain

★ Qiraan -

Hajj or Umra dono ka ahraam ek saath bandh kar pehLe umra karna phir Hajj karna,

★ Qarin -

Qiraan karne waLa,

★ Qaran -

Takriban 42 meeL par ek pahad he Jo yaman or hijaaz or Tahama se Aane walo ki Mikaat he,

★ Qasr-

BaaL katarwana,

★Mehram-

Ahraam baandhne waLa,

★ Mufarrad -

Hajj karne waLa,Jisne Mikaat se akeLe Hajj ka ahraam baandha ho,

★ Mikaat -

Wo makaaam jaha se Makka Mukarrama Jane waLeo ke liye ahraam baandhna wajib he,

Arafaat me ek pahaad he,

★ Hajre Aswad -
Syah patthar ( black stone) Ye jannat ka patthar he, jannat se aane ke waqt doodh jesa safed tha, lekin Bani Adam ke gunaho ne ise syah kar diya,

★ Haram -

Makka Mukarrama ke charo taraf kuch door tak zameen Haram kehlati he, isme hudood nishanat lage hue hai, isme shikaar kheLna, darakht kaatna, Ghaas janwar ko charana haraam he,

★ Hall-

Haram ke charo taraf Mikaat tak zameen ko Hall kehte hai ,

★ Halaq-

Sar ke Baal mundwana,

★ Hateem -

Baitullah ke Shumali janib ek diwar he jaha kuch hissa takriban 6 gaz sharai zameen chhooti hui he,

Arafaat ke kinare par ek masjid,

Dua maangne ki jagah, masjide Haraam or Makka Mukarrama ke qabristan ke  darmiyan ek jagah he jaha dua maangna Makka Mukarrama me dakhiL hote waqt mustahab hai

★MuzdaLfa -

Mina or Arafaat ke darmiyan ek maidan he Jo Mina se 3 meeL mashriq ki taraf hai

★Mohassar -

MuzdaLfa se miLa hua ek maidan jaha se guzarte waqt daud kar nikaLte hain,

★Marwa-

Ek chhoti si pahadi jaha Sa'ie khatm hoti he

★ Hadi -

Jo janwar haji haram me qurbani ke liye saath Lata he,

★ Yome Arafa -

9 Zilhijja jis din hajj hota he, or haji Log arafaat me theharte hain

★ YaLamLam-

Makka Mukarrama se junoob ki taraf 2 manziL par ek pahaad hai, ise Saadiya bhi kehte he, Yaman or India se aane waLo ki mikaat hai

✯ Hajj isLaam ka azimusshan Rukun hai isLaam ki takmeeL ka AyeLaan hajjatuL vida ke moqe per hua, aur hajj hi se arkaane isLaam ki takmeeL hoti hai

✮ " Jisne mahaz Allah ta'ala ki raza ke liye hajj kiya phir usme na koi fahash baat ki aur na nafarmani ki, wo aisa paak saaf hokar aata he jesa viladat ke din tha, "

✯ Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se daryaft kiya gaya ke sabse afzaL amaL konsa  hai ?

↣Farmaya,  Allah ta'ala aur uske Rasool Sallallahu Alaihivasallam per imaan Lana,

↣arz kiya gaya, iske baad,?

↣ Farmaya, k Allah ki Raah me jihaad karna,

↣ Arz kiya gaya, iske baad?

↣Farmaya: hajj mabroor, "

✯ Ek umrah ke baad doosra umrah darmiyani arse ke gunaho ka kaffara hai, aur hajj mabroor ki jaza jannat ke Siva kuch aur ho hi nahi sakti, "

✯ Pe darpe hajj or Umra kiya Karo, kyu ke ye do no faqr or gunaho ko is tarah saaf kar dete hai jese bhatti Lohe or sone chandi ke meL ko saaf kar deti he, or hajj mabroor ka sawab sirf jannat he,

✯ Hajj ishqe ilahi ka mazhar hai aur betullah Sharif markaz tajalliyat ilahi hai, isliye betullah Sharif ki Ziyarat aur Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki bargahe ilahi me haajri har momin ki jaane tamanna hau, agar kisi ke diL me ye aarzoo na ho to uske imaan ki jade khushk hain

↠ Jo Shakhsh betullah tak pohunchne ke liye zad aur ahliyat rakhta tha uske bavjood usne hajj nahi kiya to uske haqq me koi farq nahi padta ke wo yahudi ya nasrani ho kar mare,

  *⚃➠  Hajj karne waLon ke liye hidayaat*

✮ Hajj ki Shara'it aur Adaab ki ri'ayat karte hue sahi sahi Ada kare,

✯ Hajj ki filme dekh kar hajj sikhne ke bajaye, Masa'ile hajj ki kitaabo aur Moatbar Ulama ikram se hajj ke masa'il sikhne ki koshish kare, safar me iska ahatmam kare,

↣in kitabo ka bhi muta'aLa kare,

1- Faza'ile hajj,
( hazrat shaikhul muhaddis maulana muhammad  zakariya nurullahu marqadhu )

2- Aap hajj kese kare,
( Hazrat molana manzoor nomani madzillahu )

3- Mo'allimul-hujjaj,
( Molana mufti Saeed Ahmed marhoom )

✯ Naam - namood aur numaish se parhaiz kare, aur huqooq ki adaygi ka khayal rakhe,

↣ Rukhsati ke waqt  phoLon ke haar pehanna, aur Dawate karna, Video  fime aur photography karna, aisi lagviyaat se bachte hue Huqooq ki adaygi, khashiyat aur Taqwa, mamlaat ki safayi aur Safar ke adaab ka ahatmam hona chahiye,

✯ Safare hajj me namaze bajama'at ka ahatmam kare,

✯ Hajj ke doran na fahash kalami, hukm UdooLi aur Ladayi jhagde se bache,

✯ zyada se zyada waqt haram sharif me guzare,

✯ Bager zaroorat bazaro ka gasht bilkul na kare,kharidari ka ahatmam bilkul na kare,

✯ Kisi ko koi amal karta hua dekh kar amal shuru na kare, balki tehqeeq kare ke ye hanafi masLak ke mutabik sahi bhi hai ya nahi?

↣ Chuki hajj ke moqe per mukhtalif maslak ke log jama hote hai,

✯ Namaze fajar se baad ishraaq tak aur Asar ke baad guroob tak aur makrooh auqaat me dogana tawaaf padhne ki ijazat nahi lekin bahut se log doosro ki dekha dekhi padhte rehte hai,

✯ Ahraam kholne ke baad sar ka mundana afzal hai, kam se kam chothai sar ka saaf karana zaroori hai Lekin log jinhe masle ka sahi ilm nahi hota,  dekha dekhi kaano ke uper se chand baal katwa lete hai,

☆ Hajj ke aqsaam 3 hai,

1- Qiraan

3- Afraad,

★ Hajj Qiraan, ye hai ke

⇨ Mikaat se guzarte waqt hajj Aur Umrah dono ka ek saath ahraam baandha jaye, pehle umrah ke afaal Ada kiye jaye phir Hajj ke arkaan Ada kiye jaye Aur 10 Zilhijja ko Rami aur qurbani ke baad dono ka ahraam ek saath khola jaye,

  *⚃➠  Hajj Tamatto,ye hai ke*

⇨ Mikaat se umrah ka ahraam baandha jaye aur Umrah ke afaal Ada kar ke ahraam khoL diya jaye aur 8 Zilhijja ko Hajj ka ahraam baandha jaye aur 10 Zilhijja ko Rami aur qurbani ke baad ahraam khol diya jaye,

    *⚃➠ Hajj Afraad, ye hai ke*

⇨ Mikaat se sirf hajj ka ahraam baandha jaye aur 10 Zilhijja ko rami ke baad ahraam khol diya jaye, ( is soorat me qurbani wajib nahi ),

☆ Pehli soorat yani Hajj Qiraan afzal he aur Doosri soorat yani Hajj Tamatto teesri se,yani Hajj Afraad se afzal bhi hai aur Sahal bhi hai jis shakhsh par hajj farz ho uske liye bhi yahi tarteeb hai

⇨mikaat se pehle ( Jahaaz me savaar hone se pehle) sirf Umrah ka ahraam baandh Le,

⇨ Makka Mukarrama pohunch kar Umrah ke arkaan ( Tawaaf aur Sa'ie )Ada kar ke ahraam khoL de,

⇨ Ab aap per ahraam ki koi pabandi nahi hai

⇨8 Zilhijja ko Mina Jane se pehle Hajj ka ahraam baandh le,

⇨Aur Arafaat aur MujdaLfa se wapas aakar 10 Zilhijja ko pehle bade Shaitaan ki Rami kare,

⇨phir qurbani kare aur Baal saaf karakar ( Aurat ungli ke pore ke barabar sar ke Baal kaat le) ahraam khoL de,

⇨ phir Tawaafe Ziyarat ke liye Baitullah Sharif jaye aur Tawaaf ke baad Hajj ki sa'ie kare,

⇨Aur agar Mina Jane se pehle ahraam baandh kar nafli Tawaaf kar liya aur uske baad Hajj ki sa'ie pehle karLi to ye bhi jaa'iz hai

          *⚃➠ HAJJ BADAL ✦*

✯ Jis shakhsh par hajj farz ho aur usne itna maaL chorda ho ke uske tihai hisse se hajj karaya ja sakta he aur usne hajj badaL.karane ki vasiyat bhi ki ho to uski taraf se hajj badaL karana uske vaariso par farz hai

✯ Jis Shakhsh ke Zimme hajj farz tha magar usne itna maal nahi chorda ya usne hajj badaL karane ki vasiyat nahi ki, uski taraf se hajj badaL karana vaariso par Laazim nahi, lekin agar vaaris uski taraf se khud hajj badaL kare ya kisi doosre ko hajj badaL ke liye bhej de to Allah ki rehmat se ummed hai ke marhoom ka hajj farz Ada ho jayega,

✯ Aur jis shakhsh par hajj farz nahi agar vaaris uski taraf se hajj badaL kare ya kisi ko bhej de to ye Hajj nafLi hajj baraye isaaLe sawab hoga,

✯ Agar aisi bimari ya kamzori, jiski vajah se khud hajj ko jane se majoor hai to bhi kisi ko hajj badaL pelqr bhej sakte hain,

✯ Hajj badaL aisa shakhsh kare jisne pehLe apna hajj kiya ho, jisne apna hajj nahi kiya ho aise Shakhsh ka hajj badaL karna makrooh hai

✯ Hajj badaL apne watan se kiya jaye,, Saudi Arab se jayaz nahi,

✯ Nabalig hajj badaL nahi kar sakta,,

✯ Hajj badaL karne waLe ko sirf hajj ka ahraam baandhna chahiye,, uska Hajj Afraad hoga, or Hajj Afraad me hajj ki vajah se qurbani nahi hoti,

⇰ is niyat ka fayda ye hoga ke agar rukawat aane ki soorat me ahraam khoLna pada to Fidya ki adaygi se bach jayega aur Hajj ya Umrah nafLi hai to qaza bhi nahi,,, ba soorat ek janwar qurbani ke liye haram bhej de, aur andazan ke Zibah ho Jane par Baal katwa kar ahraam khoL de,

⇰ Agar qurbani ka janwar harame makka nahi bhej sakta to rukawat ke makaam par hi qurbani Zibah kare,

⇨ Aur agar waha bhi qurbani ki taqat nahi rakhta to ( hajj Tamatto ki tarah ) 10 roze rakhe,

⇰ Imaam Abu Hanifa r a ke nazdeek ahraam kholne ke liye ye shart he ke kam se kam chothayi sar ke Baal ek pore ke barabar kaat liye Jaye,

⇎ agar sar ke Baal chhote ho aur ek pore se kam ho to ustare se saaf karana zaroori he iske bager ahraam nahi khulta,

✯ Umrah ke ahraam se farigh hone ke baad se hajj ka ahraam baandhne ke waqt tak Jo waqfa hai us me koi pabandi nahi,

✯ 5- Arafaat se guroob Aftaab ke baad imaame Hajj se pehle rawana na hona,

✯ 8- Ayyame Mina me raat ko Mina me theharna,

✯ Aaj tulu Aftaab ke baad haalate Ahraam me sab Hajiyo ko Mina Jana he, Mufarrid ( Jiska ahraam sirf Hajj ka he ) aur Qareen ( Jiska ahraam Hajj aur Umrah dono ka he ) unke ahraam pehle se bandhe hue he, Mutmatta ( Jusne umrah karke Ahraam khol diya tha ) aur isi tarah Ahle Haram Aaj Hajj ka Ahraam baandhe,

✯ Sunnat ke mutabiq Gusl karke Ahraam ki chadre pehan le, Ahraam ke liye 2 raka'at padhe aur Hajj ki niyat karke Talbiya padhe,

⇨ Mina Makka Mukarrama se 3 meal ke faasle per 2 tarfa pahado ke darmiyan ek bahut bada Maidan he, 8 vi tareekh ki Zuhar se 9 vi tareekh ki subeh tak Mina me 5 Namaze padhe aur is Raat ko Mina me qayaam karna Sunnat he, agar is Raat ko Makka Mukarrama me raha ya Arafaat me pahunch gaya to Makrooh he,

*☞ Hajj ke 5 Din,  Doosra Din - 9 Zilhijja - Kist -1 ✦*

✯ Aaj Hajj ka sabse bada Rukn yani Waqoofe Arafa Ada karna he, Jiske bager Hajj nahi hota,

✯ Tulu Aftaab ke baad jab kuchh dhoop fel jaye Mina se Arafaat ke liye rawana ho jaye Jo Mina se takriban 6 meal he, Mina se Arafaat ke liye rawana hote waqt Talbiya, Tehleel, Takbeer, Dua aur Darood padhte hue chale,

⇨ Fir Jab Jable Rahmat per nazar padhe ( Jo maidane Arafaat me ek pahaad he ) to Tasbeeh, Tehleel v Takbeer kahe aur Jo chahe Dua maange,

✯ 9 vi Zilhijja ko zawaal ke baad Subeh sadiq ke darmiyani hisse me Ahraame Hajj ki haalat me agar thodi si der ke liye bhi Arafaat me thehar jaye ya waha se guzar jaye to Hajj ho jayega,

✯ Agar us waqt me zara der ke liye bhi Arafaat na pahuncha to Hajj nahi hoga,

✯ Sunnat tareeqa ye he k Zuhar aur Asr ki Namaz ikatthi Amire Hajj ki iqtida me padhi jaye,

⇨ Yani Asr ko bhi Zuhar ke waqt me padh le, waha Jo Badi Madjid he jisko Masjide Namra, isme imaam dono Namaze ikatthi padhata he, lekin chunki har shakhs waha pahuch nahi sakta aur sab Haji isme shamil nahi ho sakte aur Bager Amire Hajj ki iqtida ke dono Namazo ko jama karna bhi durust bhi nahi he,

⇨ Isliye India, Pak, Bangladesh, Afghanistan vagera ke Hanafi Ulma Hajiyo'n ko Yahi Fatwa dete he'n k Wo apne apne khemo me Zuhar ke waqt me aur Asr ke waqt me ba-jama'at padhe aur Namazo ke alawa Jo waqt he use Zikr v Dua aur Talbiya me lagaye,

✯ Zawal ke baad se guroob tak poore Maidane Arafaat me Jaha chahe waqoof kar sakte he'n, magar Afzal ye he k '" Jable Rahmat ", Jo Arafaat ka mashoor pahaad he, Uske qareeb jis jagah Huzur Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Waqoof kiya tha, Us jagah waqoof kare,

✯ Bilkilul us jagah mumkin na ho to jitna usse qaeeeb ho behtar he,
Lekin agar " Jable Rahmat" ke paas Jane me dushwari ho ya watalashe waqt apna khema talash karna mushkil ho to Apne Khemo me waqoof kare,

✯  Behtar ye he ke Qibla rukh khada hokar magrib tak waqoof kare aur haath uthakar Duae'n karta rahe, agar poora waqt khada na ho sake to jis qadar bhi khada reh sakta ho khada rahe, fir Beth jaye, Fir jab quvvat ho khada ho jaye aur poore waqt me khushu Khuzu aur giryawzari ke saath Zikrullah, Dua, Astagfaar me mashgool rahe, aur thode thode waqt me Talbiya padhta rahe,

✯ Aur Dini v Duniyavi Maqsad ke liye apne waaste, apne mutallikeen v ahbaab ke waaste, khaskar un logo ke waaste jinhone Dua ke liye darkhwast ki he aur Tamaam Musalmano ke liye Duae'n maange,

Ye waqt qubiliyate Dua ka khaas waqt he aur hamesha naseeb nahi hota, is din bila Zarurat aapas ki jaa'iz  guftgu se parhez kare, poora waqt Duao'n, Zikrullah me sarf kare,

*⚃➠ Arafaat se Muzdalfa Rawangi  ✦*

✯ Muzdalfa Arafaat se waapas Makka Mukarrama ki taraf 3 meel ke faasle per hai Aftaab guroob hote hi Muzdalfa ke liye Rawana ho jaye, Raaste me zikrullah aur Talbiya padhta rahe,

✯ is Roz Hujjaj ko maghrib ki Namaz Arafaat ya Raaste me padhna jaa'iz nahi,

⇨ waajib ye he ke Maghrib ko moakhar kar ke isha ke waqt Namaze isha ke saath padhe,

✯ Muzdalfa pohunch kar avval Maghrib ke Farz padhe aur foran baad isha ke Farz padhe Maghrib ki sunnate, isha ki sunnate aur vitr baad me padhe,

⇨ Muzdalfa me Maghrib o isha dono  Namaze ek Azaan aur ek Aqamat se padhi jaye aur Muzdalfa me dono Namazo ko ikattha padhne ke liye jama'at shart nahi, Tanha ho tab bhi ikattha kar ke padhe,

✯ Agar Maghrib ki Namaz Arafaat me ya Raaste me padhLi to Muzdalfa pohunch kar isko dohrana waajib hai

⇨ Agar isha ke waqt se pehle muzdalfa pohunch gaya to abhi maghrib ki Namaz na padhe, isha ke waqt ka intezar kare aur isha ke waqt dono Namazo ko ikattha padhe,

✯ Muzdalfa ki Raat me jaagna ibaadat me mashgool rahna mustahab hai, aur is Raat Muzdalfa me Rahna Sunnat Mu'akkada hai

✯ Bahut se log  waqt se pehle hi Fajar ki Azaan dekar Namaze Fajar Muzdalfa me padh kar Mina ko chale jate he'n,

⇨ Avval to waqt se pehle Namaz nahi hogi, Doosra waqoofe muzdalfa chhordne ka gunaah hota hai, Jo waajib he aur Dam bhi waajib hota he,

✯ Albatta agar Aurat  hujoom ki vajah se Muzdalfa me na thehre, Sidhi Mina chali jaye to uske liye gunzaish hai, us per Dam waajib nahi hoga, lekin Mard ke liye jaa'iz nahi,

✯ Muzdalfa me Raat guzaarna Sunnate Mu'akkada hai aur Subah sadiq ke baad Muzdalfa me rehna waajib hai Waajib ke chhoot Jane se Dam waajib hota he,
  
*⚃➠ Hajj ke 5 Din,  Teesra Din - 10 Zilhijja - Kist ✦*

✯ Zilhijja ki 10 vi tareekh me Hajj ke chand ahkaam me Pehla hukm waqoofe muzdalfa hai Jo waajib hai, iska waqt tulu Fajar se tulu Aftaab tak he,

✯ Agar koi Shakhsh Tulu Fajar ke baad thodi der thehar kar Mina chala jaye. Tulu Aftaab ka intezar na kare to bhi waajib waqoof Ada ho gaya,

⇨ waajib ki adaaygi ke liye itna kaafi hai ke Namaze Fajar Muzdalfa me padh le, magar sunnat yahi hai ke Tulu Aftaab se kuch pehle tak thehre,

✯ Muzdalfa ke maidan me jaha chahe waqoof kar sakta hai, sivaye waadie muhassir ke Jo Mina ki jaanib Muzdalfa se bahar wo jagah hai jaha Ashabe Feel per azaab aaya tha,

✯ Afzal ye hai ke Jabale Quzah ke qareeb waqoof kare,

⇨ Agar rash ki vajah se waha pohuchna mushkiL ho to Muzdalfa me jis jagah thehra he wahi Subah ki Namaz andhere me padh kar waqoof kare,

✯ Aur Behtar ye hai ke Rami ke liye Kankriya Chane ya Khajoor ki Guthliyo ke barabar Muzdalfa se uthakar Saath le jaye ,Varna kahi se bhi uthale ,

*☞  Jamrah Uqba ( Bada Shaitan ) ki Rami  karna  ✦*

✯ Mina pahunchkar Sabse pehla kaam Jamrah Uqba ki Rami karna hai,

✯ Mina me 3 Sutoon unche bane hue he'n ,inko " Jamaraat " aur ek ko " Jamrah " kaha jata hai ,

⇨ in me se Jo Jo masjide Khayf ke qareeb hai usko Jamrah Avla aur uske baad wale ko Jamrah Vasati aur uske baad wale ko Jo sabse akhir me hai Jamrah Uqba kehte he'n ,

✯ in sutoono ke gird Ghera bana hua he ,isme kankriya fenkne ko Rami kehte hain,

⇨ 10 vi tareekh ko sirf Jamrah Uqba ( Bada Shaitan ) ki Rami hoti hai

Jab Mina Pohunche to Pehle aur Doosre Jamrah ko chhord kar Sidha Jamrah Uqba per jaye aur usko 7 kankriya maare ,aur Pehli kankri ke saath ho Talbiya padhna khatm kar de ,

✯ Rami karte hue har kankri ke maarne ke waqt Takbeer aur Dua ( agar yaad ho ) padhe ,Takbeer ke bajaye " Subhanallah " ya " Laa ilaha illallah " padhna bhi jaa'iz hai ,lekin zikr karna bilkul na chhorde ,

✯ Pehle din 10 Zilhijja ko sirf " Jamrah Uqba ( Bada shaitan) " ki rami ki jati hai, iska waqt subah sadiq se shuru hota hai, magar tulu aftaab se pehle rami karna khilafe sunnat he,

⇨ Agar kisi ne Subah Sadiq tak bhi Rami nahi ki to Qaza hogi, 11 vi tareekh ko uski Qaza bhi kare aur Dam bhi de,

✯ Jamrah Uqba ki Rami se farig ho kar bator Shukriya Hajj ki Qurbani mufarrid ke liye Mustahab hai aur Qarin aur Mutamatta par waajib hai

✯ Mufarrid ne agar qurbani se pehle halaq ya kasr kara liya aur uske baad qurbani ki to us par Dam vagera waajib nahi, Albatta uske liye Rami Zibah se pehe aur Zibah halaq ya kasr se pehle mustahab hai aur Rami Halaq ya kasr se pehle waajib hai,

⇨ Aur Qarin aur Mutamatta par Rami aur Zibah halaq ya kasr se pehle waajib hai

✯ Jo shakhs Zibah karna jaanta ho uske liye apne haath se Zibah karna afzal hai aur agar Zibah karna na jaanta ho to Zibah ke waqt Qurbani ke paas khada hona Mustahab hai

⇨ Agar Zibah ki jagah hazir bhi na ho aur doosre se zibah kara de to ye bhi durust hai

*☞ Haaji per Eid ki Qurbani ka Hukm ✦*

✯ Eid ki jo Qurbani Sahibe Nisab par waajib hoti he uska Hukm Haajiyo ke bare me ye hai ke Unme se jo Shakhsh Hajj se pehle Makka Muazzama me 15 din ya isse zyada ki niyat kar ke muqeem tha aur wo Hajj ke Ahkaam ada karne ke liye Mina aur Arafaat aaya hai to us par wo doosri qurbani bhi waajib hai, Lekin uska Mina ya Haram me hona zaruri nahi, agar apne watan me kara de tab bhi durust hai

✯ Aur jo Shakhsh Makka Muazzama me 15 din ya isse zyada ki niyat kar ke muqeem nahi tha balke 15 din se kam muddat Makka me rehkar Mina v Arafaat ke liye rawana ho gaya to us par Wo ( Eid ki) qurbani waajib nahi,

✯ Qarin aur Mutamatta par qurbani waajib hai yani Ek Bakri ya Bhed ya Dumba jiski umar kam se kam 1 saal ho zibah kare,
Ya 5 saala Ount ya 2 saala Gaay me saatva hisaa le le,

✯ Tamatto aur Qiraan ki Qurbani hudoode Haram me hona waajib aur Mina me hona afzal hai

*☞. Agar Qurbani ki 'isteta'at na ho? ✦*

✯ Agar koi mutamatta ya Qarin paisa na hone ki vajah se qurbani na kar sake to wo iske badle 10 Roze rakhe,

⇨ lekin shart ye he ke 3 Roze 10 vi Zilhijja se pehle pehle aur Ahraam ke baad rakhe ho, aur Hajj ke mahine me  yani Shawal, 'Zilqa'ada, Zilhijja me rakhe ho, Aur 7 Roze Ayyame tashreeq guzar jane ke baad rakhe chahe Makka me rakhe chahe kisi aur jagah, lekin ghar aakar rakhna afzal hai

✯ Agar kisi Qarin ya Muttama ne 10 vi tareekh se pehle se pehle ye teeno roze nahi rakhe to ab qurbani hi karni padegi,

⇨agar us waqt qurbani ki qudrat nahi hai to sar mundakar ya baal katakar ahraam se nikal jaye, lekin jab maqdoor ho jaye to ek Dam Qiraan ya Tamatto ka aur ek Dam Zibah se pehle halaal hone ka de de, Yani 2 qurbaniya de, aur agar Ayyame nahar ke baad Zibah kare to teesra Dam Ayyame Nahar se moakhhar karne ka Laazim hoga,

✯ Lekin Tamatto aur Qiraan wala jab tak qurbani na kare us waqt tak usko Sar mundana ya baal katana 'jaa'iz nahi, Agar aisa karega to ek Dam waajib hoga, jo Hajj ki qurbani ke alawa hoga,

✯ Kisi vajah se 10 vi tareekh ko qurbani na kar sake to 11, 12 ko kar le, Lekin Qiraan ya Tamatto me Baal mundana ya katrana Qurbani ke baad hi hoga, isko khoob samajh lena chahiye,

*☞ Halaq. Aur. Qasar ka Bayan ✦*

✯ Halaq sar mundane ko aur Qasar Baal katane ko kehte hai

✯ Ahraam Umrah ka ho ya Hajj ka ya Dono ka ek saath baandha ho, har soorat me Halaq aur Qasar hi ke zariye Ahraam se nikalna mumkin hoga, Jab tak Halaq ya Qasar na karega Ahraam se nahi niklega,

✯ Agar Sile hue kapde Halaq ya Qasar se pehle pehan liye ya Sar ke alawa kisi aur jagah ke Baal moond le ya Nakhoon kaat le ya Khushbu laga le, to Qaza Waajib hogi,

✯ Umrah karne wala Shakhsh jab Umrah ki 'Sa'i se farigh ho jaye Halaq ya Qasar kara le, aur Hajje Afraad wala aur Tamatto wala ( jisne 8 tareekh ko Makka se Hajj ka Ahraam baandha tha aur isse pehle Umrah kar ke farigh ho chuka tha ) aur Qarin, Ye teeno 10 vi tareekh ko Mina me Rami aur Qurbani ke baad Halaq ya Qasar karaye,

✯ Agar 12 vi tareekh ka Suraj ghuroob hone se pehle tak Halaq ya Qasar ko moakhhar kar de to ye bhi 'jaa'iz hai, 12 vi tareekh ka Suraj ghuroob hone ke baad Halaq ya Qasar karenge to Dam waajib hoga aur ye bhi jaanna chahiye ke Halaq ya Qasar Haram hi me hona waajib hai, Agar Haram ke bahar kiya to iski vajah se ek Dam waajib hoga,

⇨ Jiska sirf Hajj ka ahraam ho yani Mufarrid ho wo 10 tareekh ko Rami karne ke baad Halaq ya Qasar kara sakta he kyuki Qurbani us per waajib nahi, Mustahab he, agar wo Mustahab per Amal karta he to behtar he ke Qurbani ke baad Halaq ya Qasar karaye,

*☞ Halaq aur Qasar ka Tareeqa ✦*

✯ Qibla rukh bethkar sar ke baal mundaiye ya Katrwaiye, Apni Daayi Janib se Sar mundana ya Katarwana Shuru kare,

✯ Chothayi sar ke Baal moond dena ya Chothayi sar ke Baal kam se kam ungli ke ek pore ke barabar Kaat dena Ahraam se nikalne ke liye waajib hai, isse kam mundwana ya Kaatne se Ahraam se nahi niklega,

⇨ Umrah aur Hajj dono me ek hi Hukm he, afzal ye he k poore sar ke Baal mundwade,, Agar na mundwaye to poore sar ke Baal ungli ke ek pore ke baqadr katwade, Kuch mundwana Kuch chhord dena Mamnoo hai, lihaza poora sar mundwaye ya poore sar ke Baal ungli ke ek pore ke baqadr katwaye taki sunnat ke khilaf na ho,

✯ aurat ke liye Sar mundwana haraam hai wo ek pore ke baqadr Baal katakar hi Ahraam se nikal sakti he, magar kam se kam chothayi sar ke Baal ek pore ke baqadr zarur katwa le,

♢ Mina me Rami, Zibah aur Halaq ya Qasar karane ke baad Makka Muazzama jaa kar Tawaafe Baitullah kare, Ye Tawaaf Hajj ke 'Fara'iz me se hai, Jisko Tawaafe Rukn aur Tawafe Ziyarat kehte 'hain,

✯ iska avval waqt 10 vi Zilhijja ki Subah Sadiq tulu hote hi shuru hota hai, isse pehle 'Jaa'iz nahi,

⇨aur Tawafe Ziyarat 10,11,12 teeno dino me ho sakta hai albatta 10 vi Zilhijja ko ada kar lena afzal hai, aur Jab 12 vi Zilhijja ka Aftaab ghuroob ho gaya to iska waqt khatm ho gaya, Ab Aage Tawaf karega to Tawaf ada nahi hoga lekin ek Dam waajib hoga,

✯ agar kisi ne Tawafe Qadoom ke saath Hajj ki 'Sa'i kar li thi to ab Tawafe ziyarat me Ramal na kare aur agar us waqt 'Sa'i nahi ki thi to ab Tawafe Ziyarat ke baad 'Sa'i kar le aur Shuru ke teen chakkaro me Ramal bhi kare,

*☞ Tawafe Ziyarat ke Baad Mina waapsi ✦*

✯ 10 vi tareekh ko Tawaafe Ziyarat ke baad Mina waapas aa jaye aur 11, 12 vi Shab Mina me guzaare, aur in dono Dino me Zawaal ke baad teeno Jamraat ( Teeno Shaitan) ki Rami kare,

✯ 10 Tareekh ko Tawafe ziyarat na kiya ho to 11 vi, 12 vi tareekh me se kisi waqt, Raat ko ya Din ko Makka Muazzama Jaakar Tawaaf kar le,

*☞ 4 tha Din -11 Zilhijja. ✦*

✯ Agar Qurbani ya Tawafe ziyarat kisi vajah se 10 tareekh ko nahi kar saka to 12 vi ko kar le, Zawal ke baad teeno jamaraat ki Rami kare, Zawal se pehle durust nahi,

✯ is din ki Rami ka mustahab waqt Zawal ke baad shuru ho kar ghuroob tak hai Ghuroob ke baad makrooh hai magar 12 tareekh ko Subah tulu hone se pehle pehle kar li jaye to Ada ho jati hai Dam dena nahi padta,

⇰Aur agar 12 vi tareekh ki Subah ho gayi to ab 11 vi tareekh ki Rami ka Waqt khatm ho gaya, iski qaza aur Jaza dono Laazmi hogi, Yani 12 vi tareekh ko us din ki Rami bhi kare aur 11 vi ki qaza bhi kare aur Dam bhi de,

✯ 11 vi tareekh ki Rami is tarah kare ke Pehle Jamrah Avla par saat kankriya is tareeqe se maare jis tarah 10 vi tareekh ko Jamrah Uqba ki Rami kar chuka he,

✯ isse faarigh ho kar majma se hatkar qibla rukh khada hokar haath uthakar Dua kare, itni der thehre jitni der me 20 'Raka'ate padhi ja sake, is waqfe me takbeer, tehleel, astagfar aur Darood Sharif me mashgool rahe, Apne aur apne ahbaab aur aam musalmano ke liye Dua kare, ye bhi qubuliyat ka maqaam he,

✯ is Din ka kaam Teeno jamraat ki Rami karna he, Zawal ke baad teeno Jamraat ki Rami kare, Jis tarah 11 vi Tareekh ko ki,

✯ 12 vi tareekh ki Rami ka masnoon waqt Zawal se guroob tak he aur Guroob se lekar Subeh Sadiq tak waqte makrooh he, magar 'Aurto'n aur Kamzoro ke liye makrooh nahi, aur Zawal se pehle is Din ki Rami bhi durust nahi,

⇰Agar Ab tak Qurbani na ki ho ya Tawafe ziyarat nahi kiya ho to is Din Suraj guroob hone se pehle zaroor kare aur Aaj ki Rami bhi kare,  

*13 Zilhijja ki Rami aur Makka Muazzama waapsi ✦*

✯ 12 tareekh ko Rami karne ke baad 13 vi tareekh ki Rami kar le, Mina me mazeed qayaam karne ya na karne ka akhtyar he, Agar chahe to 12 tareekh ki Rami se faarig hokar Makka Muazzama Ja sakta he, ba sharte k guroob se pehle Mina se nikal jaye, agar 12 tareekh ko Suraj Mina me guroob ho gaya to ab nikalna makrooh he, Ab Mina me qayaam kare, 13 vi tareekh ko Rami karke Makka muazzama jaye,

✯ Afzal yahi he k 12 vi tareekh ko Rami ke baad guroob se pehle jana 'jaa'iz hone ke bavjood khud apne iraade se Raat ko waha thehre aur Subeh ko zawal ke baad teeno jamraat ki Rami karke Makka Muazzama jaye,

✯12vi aur 13 vi ki Rami karke Makka Muazzama aa jaye aur Makka Muazzama se rawana hone tak Amaale Saleha me mashgool rahe, Khususan Tawaaf kasrat se kare aur chahe to Umrah karta rahe, lekin zyada Tawaaf karna zyada Umrah karne se behtar he,

⇰ aur jo Umrah kare 13 tareekh ke baad kare,

          *☞  Taeaafe Vida  ✦*

✯ Miqaat se bahar rehne walo per waajib he k Tawaafe Ziyarat ke baad rukhsati ka Tawaaf bhi  Kare ,is Tawaaf ko Tawaafe Vida kehte he'n, aur ye Hajj KA Akhri waajib he aur isme Hajj ki teeno qisme barabar he yani har qism KA Hajj karne wale per waajib he ,albatta ye Tawaaf ahle Haram aur Hudoode Miqaat ke Andar rehne walo per waajib nahi.

✯ Agar Tawaafe Vida kar lene ke baad kisi zarurat se Makka me qayaam kare to rawana hote waqt Tawaafe Vida dobara karna mustahab he ,

✯Tawaafe Vida ke baad 2 raka'at Namaz padhe ,fir qibla rukh hokar Zam Zam KA pani piye ,fir Haram se rukhsat ho ,

⇰Is moqe per koi khaas Dua masnoon nahi ,Jo chahe Dua maang le ,aur waapsi per hasrat aur afsos kare aur baar baar aane ki Dua kare ,

⇨ Jo Aurat Hajj ke sab Arkaan v wajibaat ada kar chuki ho aur Tawaafe Ziyarat ke baad usko Haiz aa gaya aur abhi paak nahi hui he ,uska mahram rawana hone laga to Tawaafe Vida uske zimme waajib nahi ,WO Apne Mahram ke saath bager Tawaafe Vida ke chali jaye ,

✯ Huzoor Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke Roza e Athar ki ziyarat ke bager Jo shakhs wapas aa jaye Hajj to uska Ada ho gaya lekin usne be muravvati se kaam liya aur ziyarate Sharifa ki barkaat se mehroom raha,

⇰ Hadees Paak me he,

" Jis shakhs ne Baitullah Sharif ka hajj kiya aur meri ziyarat ko na aaya usne mujhse be muravvati ki, "

✯ Roza e Athar ki Ziyarat ke adaab

⇰ Jamhoor Aqabire ummat ke nazdeek Roza e Sharif ki ziyarat ki bhi niyat kare,

⇨Baargahe Aali me Salaam pesh karne ke baad Shafa'at ki darkhwast kare,

⇰ Qibla Rukh hokar Duae maange,

⇨Hisne Haseen " me  hai k,, agar Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ( ki Qabr Mubarak) ke paas duae qubool nahi hongi to fir kaha hongi, "

⇨ Madina Tayyaba me Darood sharif kasrat se padhna chahiye,

✯ Masjide nabvi me 40 namaze takbeere Tehrima se Ada karna,

⇰ Hazrat Anas raziyallahu anhu se rivayat he k Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya Jis shakhs ne meri masjid me 40 namaze is tarah Ada ki k uski koi bhi namaz ( ba jamaat) faut na ho, uske liye Dozakh se aur Azaab se baraat likhi jayegi, aur Nifaak se bari hoga, "

*☞ Chand Galtiyo ki taraf ishara, ( Jinka irtqaab aksar Zaayreen karte hai), 1-20, ❖*

✯1- Apne raaste ke Mikaat se bager ahraam ke guzar Jana, Jo shakhs esa kare us per laazim he k wo dobara Mikaat se aakar ahraam baandhe, agar esa na kar sake to Dam Ada kare,

✯2- Tawaf karte hue asaani ya jaldi ki bina per Hajre Ismaiel( Hateem) ke andar se guzarna, Jo k Kaaba ka hi hissa he, is soorat me Tawaf batil ho jata he,

✯3- Hajre Aswad per Chehra ya sar ka koi hissa barkat ke liye ragadna, jabki ise sirf haath se chhoona ya bosa dena hi sunnat he,

✯4- Kaaba sharif ke charo kono ko chhoona, Diwaro ko choomna, apna jism ragadna, jabki Huzoor Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne sivaye rukne Yamani aur Hajre Aswad ke, kisi aur jagah ko nahi chhua,

✯5- Tawaf karne walo ka buland awaaz se zikr or Duae padhna, Jo k logo ke liye sakht takleef ka baais banta he,

✯6- Tawaaf ke baad Maqame Ibrahim per hi logo ka kasrat ke bavjood 2 rakaat Ada karna, jabki is soorat me 2 rakaat Masjide Haraam ke kisi bhi jagah Ada karna durust he,

✯ 7 - Sai'e ke agaaz me ya fir har chakkar ke akhtam per baaz logo ka Safa Marva per Chadkar Kaaba sharif ki taraf moonh karke do no haatho se takbeer kehte hue is tarah ishara karna jese wo namaz me Takbeere Tehrima ke waqt do no haath uthate he, Jabki Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne sirf haatho ko uthakar qibla rukh dua ki he,

✯8- Baaz Hajiyo ka Maidane Arafaat se bahar  kisi jagah theharna aur saara din guzaar kar isi jagah se Muzdalfa ka rukh karna, isse unka hajj jaaya ho jata he kyuki waqoofe arafaat hajj ka rukn he,

✯9- Baaz logo Kaabatullah ke Jable rehmat ki taraf moonh karke duae mangna,jabki sunnat tareeqa qibla rukh hokar dua maangna he,

✯10- Baaz logo ka Arafa ka roza rakhna, Jo k sarasar khilafe sunnat he,

✮ 11- Baaz logo ka ek hi mutthi me 7 kankriya lekar ek baar hi fekna, ulema ne is soorat me use sirf ek kankri hi shumar kiya he,

✯12- Baaz logo ka aur khas tor per 'aurto'n ka logo ki bheed ke khof se doosro se kankriya marwana, jabki ye rukhsat sirf kisi bimaar ya taaqat na rakhne walo ke liye he,

✯13- Baaz logo ka Tawafe vida ke baad Masjide Haraam se ulte paav kaaba ki taraf rukh karte hue is guman se nikalna k ye Baitullah ki tazeem he, iski shariyat me koi daleel nahi,

✯14- isi tarah Masjide Haraam ke beruni darwaze per beth kar musalsal duae karna aur ye khayal karna k wo Baitullah ko vida kar rahe hai, iska koi sharai saboot nahi, Jabki sawab ki niyat se kiye jane wale kisi bhi amal ke liye Sharai daleel zaroori he,

✯ 15- Baaz zaayreen Makka Mukarrama ke qayaam ke dauran mukhtalif maqamaat ki ziyarat ka ahatmam karte hai, aur Masjide Haraam ki ek laakh namazo ki azro sawab rakhne wali bajamaat namaz ko chhod dete hai, ya qaza karke ada karte hai,

✯16- Baaz Maqamaat jese Gare sor, Gare hira, Jable sor, Jable hira, Jable rehmat tak mashakkat jhel kar Jana, waha bethkar lambi ibadate karna, chille kaatna vagera, ye sab kaam gair mashrooa he,

✯ 17- Huzoor Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki Qabr Mubarak ki ziyarat ke waqt Roza e aqdas  ka tawaf karna,uski diwaaro aur lohe ki jaaliyo ko haath ferna, moonh, chehra,  jism ragadna, ese hi khidkiyo, jaaliyo per dhaage baandhna, gair sharai amaal hai, Jabki sharai tareeqa ye he k darood salam padha jaye aur qibla rukh hokar duae ki jaye,

★ Hajj aur Umrah ke baad bhi agar gunaho se na bache to goya uska hajj maqbool nahi hua,

★ Hajj ke maqbool hone ki alamat ye he k hajj ke baad Aadmi ki zindgi me Deeni inqlaab aa jaye aur uska rukh khair aur neki ki taraf badal jaye,

★ Harmen Sharifen pahunch kar waha ki namaz bajama'at se mehroom rehna bahut badi mehroomi he, Harmen Sharifen ke Aimma imam Ahmed bin Hambal r a ke muqallid he, ahle sunnat he, agarche hamare masail me ikhtilaf he lekin ye nahi k unke pichhe namaz hi na padi jaye,

★ Bager ijazat company ki gadi or doosre samaan vagera ka istemal jaa'iz nahi, ye khayanat aur chori he,

★ Azeez aqarib ko tohfe dene ka shariat me hukm he k isse mohabbat badti he, lekin dili mohabbat aur ragbat ke bager mahaz naam ke liye ya rasm nibhane ke liye galat baat he,

⇨ Aaj kal ye ek rasmiyat aur rivaaj ho gaya he isliye ye shar'an chhod dena behtar he,

*◈ Haji kehalwana ya Naam ke saath likhna◈*

★ Haji ka Apne naam ke saath Haji ka laqab lagana bhi riyakaari ke siva kuchh nahi, Hajj to raza e ilahi ke liye kiya Jata he, Haji kehlane ke liye nahi,

*◈ Haajiyo ka istaqbaal karna ◈*

★ Haajiyo ka iataqbal to achchhi baat he, unse musafa aur muanqa bhi jaa'iz he, aur  unse Dua karane ka bhi hukm he,
