*✪ Allah Ta'ala ne Apne Kaamil akhtyar aur mukammal qudrat ki vajah se Apni makhlooqaat mai farq rakha hai , Khud farmaya :- Aapka Rab paida karta hai ,jo chahta hai aur chun leta hai ,logo ko akhtyar nahi hai ,Allah Ta'ala ki zaat paak aur bartar hai usse jiske saath ye log shareek karte hai'n _,

Isi tarah Ramzan ki fazilat is vajah se nahi k isme Qur'an ka nuzool hua , balki nuzoole Qur'an isme isliye hua k woh ( Maahe Ramzan ) khud afzal tha ,haa'n Nuzoole Qur'an se sharf mai izafa ho gaya ,
✪ _ insaano mai Allah Ta'ala ne Ambiya Alaihissalam ko Fazilat bakhshi , Fir Ambiya Alaihissalam mai bhi farq rakha ,baaz ko baaz per fazilat di , Maahe Ramzan aur Ashra Zilhijja ,Raato mai Shabe Qadar ki fazilat ko sab tasleem karte hai'n ,Shabe Bara'at ki fazilat bhi aksar Ulma maante hai'n , Jagaho mai Makka Mukarrama aur Madina Munawwara ki fazilat bhi sabko maloom hai , Yahi haal kuchh aur Waqto aur Jagaho ka bhi hai ,

✪ _ Isi tarah Maahe Muharram aur Aashura ki bhi Kuchh Fazilate Hadeeso mai aayi hai'n , اشهر حرم ki Fazilat to Qur'an mai mansoos hai in me Muharram bhi dakhil hai , isi tarah Maahe muharram ka Shahar Haraam hona to Qur'an hi se maloom ho gaya ,Baqiya faza'il Hadeeso mai hai'n ,

✪ Hamare Paas Shari'at Ki buniyaad ke tor per Do cheeze hai'n , Kitabullah aur Sunnate Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam, A'amaal v Ayyaam ke fazail bhi Ahkaam ki tarah inhi usoolo se saabit kiye jayenge , Mangadant baato ka koi aitbaar nahi , Haa'n Beshak Salfe Saleheen yani Sahaba Kiraam Raziyallahu Anhum v Taaba'iyn ke Aqwaal bhi Jo saabit ho hujjat honge ,isliye k jin baato mai raay aur qayaas ko dakhal na ho ( bil khusoos fazail ki baat ) Umme in hazraat ka qaul ahadees ke darje mai hai ,
✪_ Raha ijma aur qayaas Jo Qur'an v Sunnat se makhooz ho to Beshak ye dono bhi hujjat hai'n lekin fazail ki Jo baate mashoor hai'n unka in dono se Talluq nahi ,isliye kisi Amal ya Qaul ya kisi Zamaan v Makaan ki Fazilat ke liye rivayaat ki zarurat hai aur unke mo'atbar ya gair mo'atbar hone ke liye muhaddiseen maiyaar hai'n ,isliye Jo baat bhi Pesh ki Jaye uska makhooz v hawala bhi pesh kiya jana chahiye taki maloom ho sake ye baat kaha se aayo aur mo'atbar hai ya nahi ,

✪_ Saal mai 12 mahine Hai'n ,Unme Chaar Mahine Muhatram hai'n - Muharram , Rajjab ,Zil Qa'ada , Zilhijja , inka Khaas Ahatmam karna chahiye , A'amale Saleha ka Sawab in me Zyada ho jata hai aur Gunaho se bachne ka bhi Khaas ahatmam karna chahiye Kyunki in me gunaah ka wabaal bhi Zyada hota hai ,

✪ _ Aage farmaya :- Allah Ta'ala ne Apni makhlooq mai Kuchh ko muntakhab farmaya ,Mala'yka mai se Kuchh ko Paigambar banaya ,Insaano mai se Kuchh ko risaalat se nawaza ,kalamo mai se Apne Kalaam ko muntakhab farmaya, Zameen mai se Masjid ko chun liya ,Mahino mai se Ramzan aur Ashar Haram ko Fazilat di , Dino mai Juma ko khususiyat di ,Raato mai Shabe Qadar ko imtiyaz bakhsha , Lihaza Allah Ta'ala ne Jin umoor ko Fazilat di unko bada samjho ,Aqalmando ke nazdeek wahi umoor bade hote hai'n Jinko Allah Ta'ala bada batate hai'n _"

✪ Kuffare Makka Apni nafsaani Khwahish Poori karne ke liye Mahine aage pichhe karte they, Muharram mai ladne ka ji chahta to ye keh dete k is Saal pehle Safar ka mahina aayega iske baad muharram ka , is tarah Muharram ko doosre Mahino se tabdeel kar lete they , Ahade Ibrahim Alaihissalam ke zamane se ye baat chali aati thi k Chaar Mahine muhatram hai'n in me qitaal mana hai ,To Kuffare makka Chaar adad ka Ahatraam karna chahte they lekin ladne ki Khwahish Poori karne ke liye Mahino ko aage pichhe karte they ,iski vajah se Arbo ke Shumaar mai Mahino ka sahi pata nahi tha ,
✪_ Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne bayaan farma diya k is Saal Mahino ki tarteeb bilkul fitrat ke mutabiq ho gayi hai , isse Pehle Saal 9 hijri mai Jabki Hazrat Abu Bakar Raziyallahu Anhu ki imaarat mai Hajj hua tha ,Agarche mahina Zilhijja hi ka tha Lekin Jahiliyat ki shumaar mai WO Zill Qa'ida tha , Shayad isiliye Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Apne Hajj ko mo'akhhar farmaya aur us Saal 10 Hijri mai Hajj ke moqe per Meena ke Dasvi Zilhijja ke khutbe mai ye farmaya ,k is Saal Mahino ki tarteeb bilkul fitrat ke mutabiq ho gayi hai, aur aage farmaya k Saal ke (12) Baarah Mahine hai'n ,

✪ _ Hazrat Ali Raziyallahu Anhu se rivayat hai farmate hai'n k Mai'n Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke Paas betha hua tha ek Sahabi ne aa kar puchha k Ya Rasulullah ! Ramzan ke Mahine ke baad Kis Mahine ke roze rakhne ka Aap mujhe Hukm dete hai'n ?
To Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k Agar Ramzan ke Mahine ke baad tumko roze rakhna ho to Muharram ka Roza rakho isliye k ye Allah ka mahina hai , isme ek din hai jisme Allah Ta'ala ne ek qaum ki Tauba qubool ki aur doosre logo ki Tauba bhi qubool farmayenge _,"

✪ _ Dasvi Muharram ka din islami Tareekh mai ek bada aur Mohatram din hai , is Din Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Roza rakha tha aur Musalmano ko Roza rakhne ka Hukm bhi diya hai ,
✪ _ Pehle to ye Roza Waajib tha ,Fir jab Ramzanul Mubarak Ke Roze farz hue to Musalmano ko akhtyar diya gaya k chahe ye Roza rakhe ya na rakhe , Albatta iski Fazilat bayan kar di gayi k Jo Roza rakhega Uske ek Saal guzishta ke gunaah maaf kar diye jayenge,
✪ _ Pehle Ye Roza Sirf ek din rakha jata tha Lekin Aakhir mai Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k agar Mai'n Zinda raha to in sha Allah Navi ( 9 ) muharram ko bhi Roza rakhunga ,Fir Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka visaal ho gaya ,( inna lillaahi wa inna ilaihi raaji'oun ) isliye ye Roza Do Din rakhna chahiye ,9 aur 10 ko Ya 10 aur 11 ko , Baaz kitaabo mai ye rivayat is tarah bhi aayi hai k ek Din pehle aur ek din baad ,isliye agar Teen Roze rakhe ( 9-10-11) to bhi behtar hai , Albatta sirf 10 ko Roza rakhna behtar nahi balki makrooh tanzihi hai ,
✪ _ Ye Roza is tarah shuru hua k Hazrat Moosa Alaissalam aur Bani Israiyl ko Firoun aur Uske Lashkar se isi Din nijaat mili , isliye Moosa Alaissalam ne Shukriya mai ye Roza rakha aur Yahood mai ye Roza chalta raha , Yahood se Quresh ne sikha , Quresh Makka Mukarrama mai ye Roza rakhte they, Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne bhi ye Roza rakha tha , Madina Tashreef laye to dekha k Yahood bhi ye Roza rakhte hai'n ,Puchha gaya k Kyu ye Roza rakhte ho ? Yahood ne bataya k isliye k Allah Ta'ala ne humko is din Firoun se nijaat di , Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k hum tumse Zyada Moosa Alaissalam ke haqdaar hai'n ,isliye Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne ye Roza rakha aur Musalmano ko bhi rakhne ka Hukm diya ,
✪ _ Aur Shuru Shuru mai Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Ahle Kitaab ke saath muwafqat ko pasand karte they fir baad mai Mukhalfat ka Hukm hua to Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k Agar Zinda raha to Novi ko bhi Roza rakhunga taki mukhalfat ho jaye , Isliye sirf 10 ko Roza rakhna Fuqha Kiraam ne makrooh tanzihi qaraar diya hai ,

✪_ Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha farmati hai'n, Ramzan ke Roze Farz hone se pehle log Aashura ka Roza rakhte they aur Aashura ke din Baitullah Sharif ko Gilaaf pehnaya jata tha , Jab Ramzan Farz hua to Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k Jo chahe Roza rakhe Jo chahe na rakhe _,"

✪_ Hazrat Rabi'a Bint Muawiz Raziyallahu Anha farmati hai'n k Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne Aashura ki Subeh Ansar ke gaanvo'n mai elaan kara diya k Jisne Subeh ko khaa pi liya ho WO baqiya din poora kare ( yani ruka rahe ) aur Jisne abhi tak khaya piya nahi hai WO Roza rakhe , Farmati hai'n k hum bhi ye Roza rakhti thi aur apne bachcho ko bhi Roza rakhwati thi aur unke liye oon ka khilona banati thi , Jab Koi bachcha khane ke liye rota to to ye khilona usko de deti Yaha'n tak k aftaar ka waqt hota _," *

Yahoodiyo ne Kaha ye achchha din hai ,is din Allah Ta'ala ne Bani Israiyl ko unke Dushman se nijaat di ,Moosa Alaissalam aur Bani Israiyl ko galba aur kaamyabi ataa farmayi , Hum is Din ki tazeem ke liye Roza rakhte hai'n, Aap Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya hum tumse Zyada Moosa Alaissalam ke qareeb hai'n ,Fir Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne bhi Roza rakha ( yani rakhte they ) aur logo ko bhi Roza rakhne ka Hukm diya _,"

✪_ Hazrat Abu Moosa Ash'ari Raziyallahu Anhu farmate hai'n k Aap Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Madina Munavvara mai dakhil hue to dekha k Kuchh Yahoodi Aashura ki tazeem kar rahe Hai'n aur is din Roza rakhte hai'n isko Eid bana rahe Hai'n, Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya hum is roze ke Zyada haqdaar hai'n, fir Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne musalmano ko Roza rakhne ka Hukm diya _,"

✪_ Hazrat ibne Abbaas Raziyallahu Anhu se ek rivayat bahut si kitaabo mai mazkoor hai Jo Muhammad bin Abi Layla ki tareeq se marvi hai isme Aap Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ka irshad hai k Aashura ka Roza rakho aur isme yahood ki mukhalfat karo ,ek din pehle Roza rakho ya ek din baad _,"

✪_ Bahut se log ye samajhte hai'n k Muharram aur Aashura ki ye Ahmiyat aur Fazilat Hazrat Husain Raziyallahu Anhu ki Shahadat se mutalliq hai , Ye bilkul galat hai , Shari'at Janabe Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke zamane mai Mukammal ho gayi thi , Sayyadna Husain Raziyallahu Anhu ka Waqi'a to bahut baad mai pesh aaya , Khulfa e Rashideen ka Daur khatm ho chuka Uske bhi kai Saal ke baad , Bhala isse Shari'at ke kisi masle ka talluq kya ho sakta hai ,
✪_ Sayyadna Husain Raziyallahu Anhu ki Shahadat bila shubha bahut dardnaak aur takleefdah Waqi'a hai ,Lekin islam mai Maatam karna jaa'iz nahi , Islam maatam ka Deen nahi hai ,Islami tareekh ka har har panna Shohda ke khoon se rangeen hai ,Agar maatam kiye jaye to har din maatam hi karna hoga ,

To farmaya isme na Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se koi sahi baat marvi hai na kisi Sahabi se ,Aa'imma Arba aur unke alawa kisi ne bhi in cheezo ko mustahab nahi samjha ,Mo'atbar kitaabo mai na koi sahi baat marvi hai na Za'ief ,Jo Kaha jata hai k Aashura ke din Jo Surma lagaye uski Aankh Saal bhar na dukhegi , Jo Gusl kare WO Saal bhar bimaar na hoga aur Jo Ahlo Ayaal per Wus'at kare Allah Ta'ala us per poore Saal Wus'at karega , Ye Sab baate mozu ( aur mangadant ) hai , Allama ibne Qayyim Reh.ne bhi Tashreeh ki hai k Aashura ke din Surma lagana, Tel lagana ,Khushbu lagana ,is mazmoon ki hadees Jhoote logo ki ghadi hui hai ,

✪_ ...is Din Allah Ta'ala ne in makhlooqaat ko Paida kiya ,Aasmaan, zameen ,qalam ,log ,Jibreel Alaihissalam ,Farishte ,Aadam Alaihissalam ,Ibrahim Alaihissalam isi Din Paida hue, isi Din unko aag se nijaat mili ,Ismaiyl Alaihissalam ka fidya aaya ,Firoun garq hua aur Idrees Alaihissalam ko Aasmaan per uthaya gaya ,Aadam Alaihissalam ki Tauba qubool hui aur Daowd Alaihissalam ki magfirat hui ,Allah Ta'ala arsh per mustavi hue ,Qayamat isi Din aayegi ,............Ye Hadees mozu hai , ibne Jozi Reh.ne ibne Abbaas Raziyallahu Anhu se mozu'aat mai zikr farmaya hai ,

✪_ Qayamat Juma Ke Din aayegi ye baat Sahih Hadees ( Tirmizi -110 ) mai aayi hai ,lekin kya WO Juma Dasvi Muharram ko hoga ? Ye baat kisi Mo'atbar Hadees mai nahi mili , Hazrat Shaah Rafiuddin ne Zilzalatul Saa'at mai isko zikr kiya ,Wahi se ye baat shayad mashoor hui ,Mufti Kifayatullah Sahab ne Talimul islam mai bhi isko zikr kiya hai , aur Kitaabo mai bhi Allama Anwar Shah Kashmiri Reh. ke taqreer Tirmizi mai bhi mazkoor hai k sanad qavi se saabit hai ,Maulana Yusuf Binnori Reh. ne likha hai k mujhe esi koi hadees nahi mili _"

✪_ Khulasa Ye hai k Khaas Aashura ke Din Qayamat aana kisi Mo'atbar Hadees se maloom nahi ho saka , balki Hadees mai aaya hai k Har Jume ke Din insaan v Jinn ke Siva baqi Haiwanaat Qayamat ke intezar mai rehte hai'n , Jab Suraj nikal aata hai to unko itminaan hota hai , *( Mishkaat- 120)*
✪_ Shayad isliye Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam har Juma ki fajar mai Alif Laam Meem Tanzeel Sajda aur Surah Dahar padhte they k in soorato mai Khalqe Aadam ka bhi zikr hai aur Qayamat ka bhi taki log Qayamat ki Taiyaari kare , Wallahu Aalam bis Sawab ,

✪_ Is Saari bahas se maloom hua k Aashura ki Fazilat aur Ahmiyat mai Sirf Moosa Alaissalam aur Bani Israeyl ki nijaat aur Firoun aur Uske Lashkar ki garq aabi ko dakhal hai , isi vajah se is Din ki Fazilat hai aur isi ki vajah se Roza bhi hai ,
✪_ Aur kisi Waqi'a ka koi saboot nahi hai , Sayyadna Husain Raziyallahu Anhu ke Waqi'a e Shahadat se bhi is din mai koi Hukme Shara'i Saabit nahi hota , Kisi Khaas Khane ya kisi khaas Namaz ka bhi Hukm Saabit nahi hota ,
✪_ Tafseer ibne Kaseer mai Musnad Ahmad Reh. se ek Hadees Hazrat Abu Huraira Raziyallahu Anhu ki mazkoor hai Jisme Nooh Alaihissalam ki Kashti ka Jodi pahaad per theharna mazkoor hai, ibne Kaseer ne isko gareeb Kaha ,Unke Gareeb kehne ka matlab bahut si jagah per yahi hota hai k iska aitbaar nahi ,
