★Jisko zakaat di jaye usko batana Zaroori nahi k ye zakaat ki raqam he, sirf zakaat ki niyat kar lena kaafi he,

✺Paydawaar Per Zakaat(Ushr)✺

★ Ushr zameen ki paydawaar ki zakaat he, Agar zameen Barani ho k barish ke paani se seraab hoti ho to paydawaar uthne ke waqt uska 10 va hissa Allah ta'ala ke Raaste me dena waajib he,
★Agar zameen ko khud seraab ( Watering) kiya jata he( kunwa, tubwell, nahar, Talaab se )to paydawaar ka 20 va hissa sadqa karna wajib he,
★Hamare imaam Abu Hanifa Reh. ke nazdeek paydawaar kam ho ya zyada, us per Ushr waajib he,
★Jaanwaro ke chare ke liye kaast ki gayi fasal per bhi Ushr wajib he,
★ek baar Ushr Ada karne ke baad jab tak usko becha nahi jata, us fasal per dobara ushr nahi he, na hi zakaat,
★ Fasal bechne ke baad Jo raqam haasil hogi us per zakaat us waqt wajib hogi jab saal guzar jaye, agar ye shakhsh pehle se hi sahibe nisab he to jis waqt ye apne nisaab per saal poora hone per zakaat Ada karega to is raqam per bhi zakaat Ada karega,
★Zameen me Jo akhrajaat ( kharch) hote hai, ( beej, khad, tractor etc) paydawaar me se inko ghataya (inka kharch kam nahi kiya jayega ) nahi jayega balki poori fasal per 20 va Ya 10 va ( Jesi fasal he ) hissa Ushr Ada karna hoga,
★ Qabile farokht baag, ya qabile nafa Fal ( Fruits) hone per bechne wale maalik ke zimme Ushr hoga,
★ Hissedari ki Paydawaar per apne apne hisse ki paydawaar ka Ushr Ada kare, usool ye he k fasal jiske ghar aayegi zameen ka Ushr bhi us ke zimme hoga,
★ Ushr ki raqam bhi zakaat ki tarah fuqra masakeen ko di jayegi,

★Jisko zakaat di jaye usko batana Zaroori nahi k ye zakaat ki raqam he, sirf zakaat ki niyat kar lena kaafi he,

✺ Soodi Account aur Zakaat ✺

★ Bank account se zakaat vasool karne per baaz zahno me ye khaljaan rehta he k soodi account he aur sood aur zakaat kese jama ho sakte he'n,?
⇨ Agar kisi shakhs ki Aamdani halaal v haraam se makhloot ( mix ) ho aur wo majmua (Kul jamaa) me se zakaat nikaal de to koi qabahat nahi, Fark sirf itna he k halaal Aamdani ka 2.5% shar'an zakaat hoga aur haraam Aamdani ka 2.5% zakaat nahi hoga balki sadqa samjha jayega, Jo haraam Aamdani se jaan chhudane ke liye karna waajib tha,

⇨ Ab doosre, teesre ( ya isse zyada ) saalo ki zakaat Ada karne ki soorat ye he k pehle saal ki zakaat munhama karne ke baad ( hisaab karne ke baad) Jo Raqam bachti he doosre saal us per zakaat Ada kare, Fir uske baad Jo Raqam bachti he teesre saal uski zakaat Ada kare,

✺Paydawaar Per Zakaat(Ushr)✺
◆◇◆◇◆
★ Ushr zameen ki paydawaar ki zakaat he, Agar zameen Barani ho k barish ke paani se seraab hoti ho to paydawaar uthne ke waqt uska 10 va hissa Allah ta'ala ke Raaste me dena waajib he,
★Agar zameen ko khud seraab ( Watering) kiya jata he( kunwa, tubwell, nahar, Talaab se )to paydawaar ka 20 va hissa sadqa karna wajib he,
★Hamare imaam Abu Hanifa Reh. ke nazdeek paydawaar kam ho ya zyada, us per Ushr waajib he,
★Jaanwaro ke chare ke liye kaast ki gayi fasal per bhi Ushr wajib he,
★ek baar Ushr Ada karne ke baad jab tak usko becha nahi jata, us fasal per dobara ushr nahi he, na hi zakaat,
★ Fasal bechne ke baad Jo raqam haasil hogi us per zakaat us waqt wajib hogi jab saal guzar jaye, agar ye shakhsh pehle se hi sahibe nisab he to jis waqt ye apne nisaab per saal poora hone per zakaat Ada karega to is raqam per bhi zakaat Ada karega,
★Zameen me Jo akhrajaat ( kharch) hote hai, ( beej, khad, tractor etc) paydawaar me se inko ghataya (inka kharch kam nahi kiya jayega ) nahi jayega balki poori fasal per 20 va Ya 10 va ( Jesi fasal he ) hissa Ushr Ada karna hoga,
★ Qabile farokht baag, ya qabile nafa Fal ( Fruits) hone per bechne wale maalik ke zimme Ushr hoga,
★ Hissedari ki Paydawaar per apne apne hisse ki paydawaar ka Ushr Ada kare, usool ye he k fasal jiske ghar aayegi zameen ka Ushr bhi us ke zimme hoga,
★ Ushr ki raqam bhi zakaat ki tarah fuqra masakeen ko di jayegi,
⇨ Tamaam Masail ko, behtar ye he k apne Ulma Kiraam se samajha jaye,
