★ 1- Kisi shakhs ne qurbani ki mannat maani ho to us per qurbani karna wajib he,
★ 2- Kisi shakhs ne marne se pehle qurbani ki vasiyat ki ho aur itna maal chhoda ho k uske tihai maal se uski taraf se qurbani ki ja sake to uski taraf se qurbani karna wajib he,
★ 3- Jis shakhs per sadqa Fitr wajib he us per qurbani ke Dino me qurbani karna bhi wajib he,
⇨ Jis shakhs ke paas rihaishi makaan, khane pine ka samaan, istemal ke kapdo aur rozmarah ki istemal ki doosri cheezo ke alawa Saade Bavan Tola chandi ki maliyat ka naqad rupya, maal tijarat ya digar samaan ho us per qurbani karna wajib he,
⇨ Maslan ek shakhs ke paas do makaan he, ek makaan uski rihaish ka aur doosra khali he to us per qurbani wajib he, jabki usi khali makaan ki qeemat Saade Bavan Tola chandi ki maliyat ke barabar ho,
⇨ ya maslan ek makaan me wo khud rehta ho aur doosra makaan kiraya per uthaya ho to us per bhi qurbani wajib he, albatta agar uska zaria ma’ash yahi makaan ka kiraya he to ye bhi zaruriyat zindgi me shumar hoga aur us per qurbani karna wajib nahi,
⇨ Ya Maslan kisi ke paas do Gaadiya hai, ek aam istemal ki he aur doosri za’id ( extra)he to us per bhi qurbani wajib he,
⇨ Ya maslan kisi ke paas do plot he ek makaan banane ke liye he aur doosra za’id ( extra) he, to agar uske doosre plot ki qeemat Saade Bavan Tola chandi ki maliyat ke barabar ho to us per qurbani wajib he,

☞ Qurbani Kis per Wajib He aur Kis per nahi -2 ◈
★ Aurat ka mehar mu’ajjal agar itni maliyat ka ho to us per bhi qurbani wajib he, ya sirf walden ki taraf se diya gaya zever aur istemal se za’id ( extra) kapde nisaab ki maliyat ko pahunchte ho to us per bhi qurbani wajib he,
★ Ek shakhs mulazim he, uski mahana ( monthly) Tankhwah ( salary) se uske ahlo ayaal ki guzar basar ho sakti he us per qurbani wajib nahi, jabki uske paas koi aur maliyat na ho,
★ Ek shakhs ke paas Pedawar ki zameen he, jiski pedawar se uski guzar basar hoti he, wo Zameen uski zarooriyat me samjhi jayegi,
★ EK shakhs ke paas hal jotne ke liye bell ( ox) aur doodhari Gaay ( cow), Bhais( Buffalo) ke alawa aur maveshi itne hai k unki maliyat nisaab ko pahunch jaye to us per qurbani karna wajib he,
★ 4- Ek shakhs Sahibe nisaab nahi, na qurbani us per wajib he lekin usne shoq se qurbani ka janwar kharid liya to qurbani wajib he,
★ 5- Musafir per qurbani wajib nahi,
⇨ Sahi qaul ke mutabik bachche aur Majnoon per qurbani wajib nahi, chahe wo maaldar ho ,

☞ Qurbani Kis per Wajib he -3
★ Chandi ke nisaab bhar malik ho Jane per qurbani wajib he,
★ Qurbani sahibe nisaab per har saal wajib he,
★ Zakaat me nisaab per saal guzarna shart he lekin qurbani ke wajib hone ke liye saal guzarna shart nahi, balki koi shakhs qurbani din sahibe nisaab ho gaya to us per qurbani wajib hogi,
★ Bar sare rozgar sahibe nisaab balig ladke, ladkiya sab pee qurbani wajib he chahe abhi unki shadi na hui ho,
★ Ek hi ghar me Baap, Bete, Betiya, Bivi agar sahibe nisaab ho to har ek per alag alag qurbani wajib he,
★Maqrooz ko agar qarz Ada karne ke baad saade Bavan Tola chandi ki maliyat hajaat asliya se za’id mojood ho to qurbani wajib he,
★ Agar Qurbani ke din guzar gaye to, gaflat ya kisi aur uzr se qurbani na kar saka to qurbani ki qeemat fuqra masakeen per sadqa karna wajib he, lekin qurbani ke 3 dino me janwar ki qeemat sadqa kar dene se ye wajib Ada na hoga,
★ Sahibe nisaab per guzishta jitne saalo ki ( jabki wo sahibe nisaab tha aur qurbani nahi ki) qurbani wajib thi aur ada nahi ki to un saalo ka hisab karke ( ek hisse ki qeemat jitni banti he) wo raqam kisi faqeer per sadqa karna wajib he,
★ Gunzaiah ho to apne marhoom buzurgo ki taraf se aur Hujoor Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki taraf se zaroor qurbani ki jaye,
⇨ lekin agar sahibe nisaab he to pehle apni taraf se qurbani kare aur doosri qurbani marhoom buzurgo aur Hujoor S A ki taraf se alag kare,
★ Jis per qurbani wajib nahi agar wo bhi qurbani kare to use bhi poora sawab hoga,
⇨ Agar kisi Aadmi ne qurbani ki niyat se baqra liya aur fir qurbani se pehle hi bech diya to astagfar karte hue us raqam ka sadqa karna wajib he, or Agar qurbani us per wajib thi ( Sahibe nisaab tha) to doosra janwar kharid kar qurbani ke dino me qurbani kare,

☞ Qurbani Ka Waqt ◈
★ Baqra Eid ki 10 vi tareekh se lekar 12 vi tareekh ki shaam ( Suraj guroob hone se pehle) tak qurbani ka waqt he, in Dino me jab chahe qurbani kar sakte hai, lekin pehla din afzal he, fir doosra,
⇨ in 3 Dino ke doraan raat ke waqt qurbani karna bhi jaiz to he lekin behtar nahi,
★ Shehar( city) me Namaze eid se pehle qurbani karna durust nahi, agar kisi ne Eid se pehle janwar zibah kar liya to ye gosht ka janwar hua, qurbani ka nahi,
⇨ Albatta dehaat (small village)me Jaha Eid ki namaz nahi hoti Eid ke din subeh sadiq tuloo’a ho jane ke baad qurbani karna durust he,
★ Agar shehri Aadmi khud to shehar me mojood he, magar qurbani ka janwar dehaat me bhej de aur waha subeh sadiq ke baad qurbani ho jaye to durust he,
★ Agar in 3 Dino ke andar musafir apne watan pahunch gaya ya usne kahi aqamat ki niyat kar li aur wo sahibe nisaab he to uske zimme qurbani wajib hogi,
★ Jis shakhs ke zimme qurbani wajib he uske liye in Dino me qurbani ka janwar zibah karna hi lazim he, agar itni raqam sadqa kheraat kar de to qurbani Ada nahi hogi aur ye shakhs gunahgar hoga,
★ Jis shakhs per qurbani wajib thi aur in 3 Dino me qurbani nahi ki to uske baad qurbani karna durust nahi, ese shakhs ko tauba astagfar karte hue qurbani ke janwar ki maliyat sadqa kheraat karna chahiye,

☞ Kisi doosre ki taraf se Niyat karna ◈
★Qurbani me niyabat ja’iz he yani jis shakhs ke zimme qurbani wajib he agar uski ijazat se ya hukm se doosre shakhs ne uski taraf se qurbani kar di to ja’iz he, lekin agar kisi shakhs ke hukm ke bager uski taraf se qurbani ki to qurbani nahi hogi, isi tarah agar kisi shakhs ko uske hukm ke bager shareek kiya (hisse me)gaya to kisi ki bhi qurbani ja’iz nahi hogi,
★Aadmi ki zimme apni aulad ki taraf se qurbani karna zaroori nahi, agar aulad balig he aur maaldar ho to khud kare,
★ isi tarah Mard ke zimme Bivi ki taraf se qurbani karna lazim nahi,Agar bivi sahibe nisaab ho to uske liye alag qurbani ka intzam kiya jae,
★ Jis shakhs ko Allah ne tofeeq di ho woh apni wajib qurbani ke alawah apne marhoom Walden aur digar buzurgo ki taraf se bhi qurbani kare, iska bada azro sawab he,lekin pehle apni wajib qurbani ki jaye,
★ Hujoor Akram Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke bhi hum per bade ahsanaat aur huqooq hai, Allah ta’ala ne gunjaish di ho to Aap S A ki taraf se bhi qurbani ki jae, magar apni Wajib qurbani pehle lazim he, usko chhodna ja’iz nahi,
★ Qurbani ka janwar zibah karte waqt zaban se niyat ke alfaz padna zaroori nahi, balki dil me niyay karna kafi he, aur Jo Duae hadees Paak me manqool he agar kisi ko yaad ho to unka padna mustahab he,

☞ Qurbani kin Janwaro’n Ki Jaa’iz he-1 ◈
★ 1- Bakri, Bakra, Bhed, Dumba, Bhens, Bhensa,Gaay( cow), Ount, Ountni, ki qurbani durust he, inke alawa kisi aur janwar ki qurbani durust nahi,
★ 2- Gaay, Bhens, Ount me agar 7 aadmi shareek hokar qurbani kare to bhi durust he, magar zaroori he k kisi ka hissa 7 ve hisse se kam na ho, aur ye bhi shart he k sabki niyat qurbani ya aqeeqa ki ho, sirf gosht khane ke liye hissa rakhna maqsood na ho, agar ek aadmi ki niyat bhi sahi na hui to kisi ki bhi qurbani sahi na hogi,
★ 3- Kisi ne qurbani ke liye Bada janwar ( gaae, bhens, ount vagerah ) kharida aur kharidte waqt ye niyat thi k doosre logo ko bhi shareek kar lenge, aur baad me doosro ka hissa rakh liya to ye durust he,
⇨ lekin agar Bada janwar kharidte waqt doosre logo ko shareek karne ki niyat nahi thi balki poora janwar apni taraf se qurbani karne ki niyat thi, magar ab doosro ko bhi shareek karna chahta he to ye dekha jayega k us shakhs ke zimme qurbani wajib he ya nahi, agar qurbani wajib he to doosro ko bhi shareek to kar sakta he magar behtar nahi, aur agar uske zimme qurbani wajib nahi thi to doosro ko shareek karna durust nahi,
★ 4- Agar qurbani ka janwar gum ho gaya aur usne doosra janwar kharid liya, fir ittefaq se pehla bhi mil gaya to agar us shakhs ke zimme qurbani wajib thi tab to sirf ek janwar ki qurbani uske zimme hogi, aur agar qurbani wajib nahi thi to dono janwaro’n ki qurbani lazim hogi,
★ 5- Bakra, Bakri, agar ek saal se kam umar ki ho chahe ek hi din ki kami ho to uski qurbani karna durust nahi,
★ 6- Gaay, Bhens poore 2 saal ki ho to qurbani durust hogi, isse kam umar ki ho to durust nahi,
★ 7 – Ount ( camel) poore 5 saal ka ho to qurbani durust he,
★ 8- Bhed ya Dumba agar 6 mahine se zyada ka ho aur itna mota tazah ho k agar poore ek saal wale Bhed, Dumbo’n ke darmiyan chhoda jae to fark maloom na ho to uski qurbani karna durust he, aur agar fark maloom ho to qurbani durust nahi,

☞ Qurbani kin Janwaro’n Ki Ja’iz he-2◈
★ 9- Jo janwar andha ya kana ho uski ek aankh ki tihai (1/3)roshni ya tihai se zyada jati rahi ho,
ya ek kaan tihai ya tihai se zyada kat gaya ho to uski qurbani karna durust nahi,
★ 10- Jo janwar itna langda ho ki sirf 3 paanv ( legs) se chalta ho, Chothai paanv zameen per rakhta hi nahi ya rakhta ho magar usse chal nahi sakta to uski qurbani durust nahi,
⇨ aur agar chalne me chothe paanv ka Sahara to leta he magar langdakar chalta he to uski qurbani durust he,
★ 11- Agar janwar itna dubla ho ki uski haddiyo’n me gosht tak na raha ho to uski qurbani durust nahi,
⇨ agar esa dubla na ho to uski qurbani durust he, lekin janwar jitna mota, farba ho usi qadar qurbani achchhi he,
★ 12- Jis Janwar ke daant ( teeth) bilkul na ho’n ya zyada daant ( teeth) jhad gaye ho’n, uski qurbani durust nahi,
★ 13- Jis Janwar ke pedaishi Kaan na ho’n, uski qurbani karna durust nahi,
⇨agar kaan to ho’n magar chhote ho to uski qurbani durust he,
★ 14- Jis Janwar ke pedaishi tor per seeng na ho uski qurbani durust he,
⇨ aur agar seeng the magar toot gae to agar sirf ouper se khol utra he andar ka gooda baaqi he to qurbani durust he, aur agar jad hi se nikal gae ho’n to uski qurbani karna durust nahi,
★ 15- Khassi janwar ki qurbani ja’iz balki afzal he,
★ 16- Jis Janwar ke kharish ho to agar kharish ka asar sirf jild tak mehdood he to uski qurbani karna durust he aur agar kharish ka asar gosht tak pahunch gaya ho aur janwar uski vajah se lachar aur kamjor ho gaya ho to uski qurbani durust nahi,

★ 18- Janwar pehle to sahi salim tha magar zibaha karte waqt Jo usko litaya to uski vajaha se usme kuchh aib paida ho gaya to uska koi harj nahi, uski qurbani durust he,
★ 19- Gabhan ( Haamla)Janwar ki qurbani jaa’iz he, agar pet ka bachcha zinda nikle to usko bhi zibaha kar liya jaye, Murda nikle to uska khana durust nahi, usko fenk diya jaye,
★ 20- Qurbani ke janwar ke agar zibaha karne se pehle bachcha paida ho gaya ya zibaha karte waqt uske pet se zinda bachcha nikal aaya to usko bhi zibaha kar diya jaye,

★ Bada janwar me 7 hissedar ho sakte hai’n, lekin agar hissedar kam ho to bhi qurbani ho jaegi, lekin unme se har ek ka hissa ek se kam na ho yani hisse poore hona chahiye,
⇨ Maslan ek Gaay ( cow) ke 2 hissedar ho to ek hissedar ko 3 hisse aur doosre hissedar ko 4 hisse, Ya ek hissedar ke ek hissa aur doosre hissedar ko 6 hisse, ( Ye nahi k Saade teen- teen hisse kare, hisse poore hona chahiye)
★ Mushtarik kharide hue Bakre, Bhed, Dumbe ki qurbani durust nahi,
⇨ Maslan 3-4 Aadmio’n ne milkar ek Bakra kharid kar qurbani kar de, Qurbani ka ek hissa ek hi Aadmi ki janib se ho sakta he,
⇨ Albatta agar koi ek shakhs poora ek hissa apni jaanib se ya kisi ko sawab pahunchane ke liye kisi doosre ki taraf se qurbani kare to sahi hoga,
★ Janwar zibaha ho Jane ke baad qurbani ke hisse tabdeel karna ja’iz nahi,

☞ Qurbani Ke Adaab ◈
★ Qurbani khud apne haath se ( Aurte’n bhi ) zibaha karna mustahab he, lekin Jo shakhs zibaha karna nahi jaanta ho ya kisi vajah se zibaha na karna chahta ho, use zibaha karne wale ke paas mojood rehna behtar he,
★ Qurbani ka janwar zibaha karte waqt zaban se niyat ke alfaz padna zaroori nahi balki dil me niyat kar lena kaafi he, aur baaz duae’n Jo hadees Paak me manqool he agar kisi ko yaad ho to unka padna mustahab he,
★ Qurbani ke janwar ko chand roz pehle paalna afzal he,
★ Qurbani ke janwar ka doodh nikaalna ya uske Baal kaatna jaa’iz nahi, agar kisi ne esa kar liya to doodh aur Baal ya unki qeemat ka sadqa karna wajib he,
★ Qurbani se pehle chhuri ko khoob tez kare aur ek janwar ko doosre janwar ke saamne zibaha na kare,
★ Zibaha ke baad Khaal utaarne aur Gosht ke tukde karne me jaldi na kare, jab tak poori tarah janwar thanda na ho jaye,
★ Qurbani ke janwar ko qibla rukh hona mustahab he, lekin jis tarah bhi zibaha karne me sahulat ho koi harj nahi,
★ Qurbani Daaye ( right) haath se kare, Baaye haath se qurbani karna khilafe sunnat hoga, albatta koi uzr ho to fir kiya ja sakta he,
★ Masheeni Zibaha ( Jo masheen ke zariye zibaha kiya gaya ho) ko ahle ilm ne sahi qaraar nahi diya he,
★ Zibaha karne ke waqt ” Bismillaah Allaahu Akbar ” kehna zaroori he,
⇨ Agar koi musalman zibaha karte waqt” Bismillaah Allaahu Akbar ” kehna bhool jaye to wo zibaha to halaal he lekin agar koi jaan boojhkar “Bismillah” nahi pade to uska zibaha halaal nahi, aur jis shakhs ko maloom ho k ye halaal nahi us shakhs ka khana bhi halaal nahi,

☞ Qurbani ka Gosht ◈
★ Qurbani ka Gosht agar kai aadmiyo’n ke darmiyan mushtarik ho to usko atkal se taqseem karna jaa’iz nahi balki khoob ahatyaat se tol kar barabar hisse karna durust he, haan! Agar kisi ke hisse me sar aur paanv laga diye jaye to uske wazan ke hisse me kami jaa’iz he,
★ Qurbani ka Gosht khud khaye, dost ahbaab me taqseem kare, gareeb masakeen ko de aur behtar ye he k iske 3 hisse kiye jaye, ek apne liye, ek dost ahbaab, azeezo aqarib ko hadiya dene ke liye aur ek zaroorat mand nadaaro’n me taqseem karne ke liye,
⇨ agar kisi ne tihaai hisse se bhi kam khairat kiya, baki sab kha liya, azeezo aqarib ko de diya tab bhi gunah nahi,
★ Qurbani ki khaal apne istemal ke liye rakh sakte hai’n, kisi ko hadiya kar sakte hai’n, lekin agar usko farokht( sell ) kar diya to uski raqam ko khud istemal na kare balki kisi gareeb per sadqa kar dena wajib he,
★ Qurbani ki khaal ki raqam masjid ki marammat me ya kisi aur nek kaam me lagana jaa’iz nahi, balki kisi gareeb ko uska maalik banana zaroori he,
★ Qurbani ki khaal ya uski raqam kisi esi Jama’at ya anjuman ko dena durust nahi jiske bare me ye andesha ho k mustahqeen ko nahi denge balki khud ke programo me kharch karenge,
★ Qurbani ki khaal ya uski raqam kisi ese idaare, madarse ko dena durust he Jo waqa’i mustahqeen me taqseem karte hai’n,
★ Qurbani ke jaanwar ka doodh nikaal kar istemal karna ya uske Baal utaarna durust nahi, agar iski zaroorat ho to iski raqam sadqa kar dena chahiye,
★ Qurbani ke jaanwar ki jhol, rassi bhi sadqa kar dena chahiye,
★ Qurbani ka Gosht qasaab ( butcher) ko ujrat me dena jaa’iz nahi,
★ isi tarah qurbani ki khaal ki raqam ko Imaam ya Mo’azzin ki ujrat me dena bhi durust nahi,

☞ Chand Galtiyo’n ki islaah ◈
★ Baaz log ye kotahi karte hai’n k taaqat na hone ke bavjood sharm ki vajah se qurbani karte hai’n k log ye kahenge k unhone qurbani nahi ki, mahaz dikhawe ke liye qurbani karna durust nahi, jisse wajib huqooq faut ho jaye,
★ Bahut se log mahaz gosht khane ki niyat se qurbani ki niyat kar lete hai’n, agar ibadat ki niyat na ho to unko sawab nahi milega, aur agar ese logo’n ne kisi aur ke saath hissa rakha ho to kisi ki bhi qurbani nahi hogi,
★ Baaz log ye samajhte hai’n k agar ghar me ek qurbani ho jana kaafi he, isliye log esa karte hai’n k ek saal apni taraf se qurbani kar li, ek saal bivi ki taraf se kar di, ek saal ladke ki taraf se kar di, ek saal ladki ki taraf se kar di, ek saal marhoom walden ki taraf se kar di,
⇨ khoob achchhi tarah yaad rakhna chahiye k ghar ke jitne logo per qurbani wajib he ( jiske paas Sade Bavan Tola chandi ki maliyat he) unme se har ek ki taraf se qurbani karna wajib he,
⇨ Maslan miya’n bivi agar do no saahibe Nisaab ho’n to do no ki taraf se do qurbaniya’n laajim hai’n,
Isi tarah agar baap beta do no saahibe Nisaab hai’n to chahe ek saath ikatthe rehte ho magar har ek ki taraf se alag alag qurbani wajib he,
★ Baaz log ye samajhte hai’n qurbani umar bhar me ek baar kar lena kaafi he, ye khayal bilkul galat he,
⇨ jis tarah zakaat aur sadqa Fitr har saal wajib hota he, usi tarah saahibe Nisaab per bhi qurbani har saal wajib he,
★ Kuchh log bade jaanwar ( Gaay, Bhens, vagerah) me hissa rakh lete hai’n lekin ye nahi dekhte k jin logo ka hissa apne saath rakhe hai’n woh kese log hai’n, ye badi galti he,
⇨ Agar 7 hissedaro’n me se ek bhi be-deen ho ya usne qurbani ki niyat nahi ki balki mahaz gosht khane ki niyat ho to sabki qurbani barbaad ho jaegi, isliye hissa lete waqt hissedaro’n ka intkhab badi ahatyaat se karna chahiye,

⇨ isi tarah aaj bhi doosre mazhabo’n me qurbani mazhabi rasm ke tor per Ada ki jati he,
Mushrikeen aur Iesai buto’n ke naam per ya Maseeh ke naam per qurbani karte hai’n,
★ Surah Kausar me Allah ta’ala ne apne Rasool Sallallahu Alayhivasallam ko hukm diya he k jis tarah namaz Allah ta’ala ke Siva kisi ki nahi ho sakti, isi tarah qurbani bhi Allah ta’ala ke naam per hona chahiye,
★ Doosri ek aur Aayat me isi mafhoom ko doosre unwan se bayaan farmaya he,
” Beshak meri namaz aur meri qurbani aur meri zindgi aur meri maut Allah ke liye he, Jo tamam Jahaano ka paalne wala he,”
★ Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alayhivasallam ne hijrat se 10 saal Madina Tayyaba me qayaam farmaya, har saal barabar qurbani ki,

★ Isse maloom hua k qurbani sirf Makka Muazzamah me Hajj ke moqe per hi wajib nahi balki har shakhs per, har Shahar me wajib hogi basharte k Shari’at ne qurbani ke wajib hone ki Jo shara’it bayaan kiye hai’n woh payi jaye, Nabi Kareem Sallallahu Alayhivasallam Musalmano ko iski takeed farmate the, isiliye Jamhoor Ulema e islam ke najdeek qurbani wajib he,

⇢3- Jaanwar qurbani ki niyat se to kharida he lekin bahar char kar guzar na karta ho balki ghar me hi chara khata ho,
✮ 7- Qurbani ke gosht ka farokht ( sell) karna na-jaa’iz he,
✮ 8- Qurbani ke gosht ki haddiya’n ( bones) gosht pakane se pehle ya baad me farokht( sell) karna jaa’iz nahi,

⇨ Shart ye he k zere naaf aur baglo ki safai aur nakhoon kaate hue 40 roz na guzre ho, agar 40 roz guzar gaye ho to umoor mazkura ki safai wajib he,
