*┱ Tashreeh _,* __ Is Hadees mai do baate batayi gayi hai, Avval ye k koi Namaz Taharat ke bager qubool nahi hogi aur haraam maal se koi Sadqa qubool nahi hoga ,

┱ Namaz Sahi hone ke liye Badan ,Kapda aur Jaay- namaz  ka Paak hona aur Wazu hona shart hai ,aur Jis per gusl Farz hai uski bhi namaz na hogi jab tak gusl na kare ,Gusl Farz hote hue wazu karne Se bhi tahararat haasil na hogi jasse Namaz padhna durust ho jaye ,

*┱✿ Wazu aur Gusl Ki Jagah Tayammum ,*

┱ Hazrat Huzefa Raziyallahu Anhu se Rivayat hai k Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya k Hum ko ( doosri ummato ke ) logo per teen Baato mai Fazilat di gayi hai ,

Avval ye k hamari ( namaz ki ) safe Farishto ki safo ki tarah bana di gayi hai ,

Doosra ye k Saari Zameen hamare liye Masjid bana di gayi hai ,( esi koi pabandi nahi k Masjid hi mai Namaz hogi ,balki ghar ,bazaar ,Jungal kisi bhi Paak jagah per Namaz padh lenge to namaz ho jayegi ),

Teesra ye k Zameen ki mitti hamare liye Paak karne wali bana di gayi hai Jabki hum ko Paani na mile _,"

*┱ Tashreeh_,* is hadees se maloom hua k Paani mojood na ho to wazu aur gusl ki jagah tayammum kar liya jaye ,Qur'an e Majeed mai wazu aur gusl ka ( ijmali ) tareeqa bata kar irshad farmaya hai :-

"__ Aur agar tum bimaar ho ( aur Paani ka istemal muzir ho ) ya haalate safar mai ho ( aur Paani na ho ) ya Tumme se koi isjinte se aaya ,ya Tumme Biviyo'n se qurbat ki ho ,Fir Paani na ho to Paak Zameen ke istemal ka qasd kar lo , Pas apne chehreo aur haatho per haath fer liya karo is Zameen per se ( Yani Zameen per haath maarne ke baad Chehre aur Haaho per haath fer lo )_,

┱ Hazrat Abuzar Raziyallahu Anhu se Rivayat hai k Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya k bila Shubha Paak Zameen Musalman ka wazu hai ,agarche das ( 10 ) Saal Paani na paye ,Pas jab Paani mil jaye to apne badan per ( wazu ya gusl ki zarurat ke aitbaar se ) istemal kare _,"

┱ Fuqha ki Kitaabo mai tafseel se Tayammum ke Masail likhe hai'n, Pas Jisko wazu ya gusl karne ki haajat ho aur Paani na mile ya Paani ho lekin uske istemal se bimaar ho Jane ma khatra Galib ho , Ya Rassi Dol Yani Kunwe se Paani nikaalne ka samaan mojood na ho ,Ya Dushman ka khof ho ,Ya Safar mai Paani Ek Meel ke faasle per ho to in soorto mai Vazu aur Gusl ki jagah Tayammum kar le ,

*┱✿ Gusl Kab Farz Hota hai ? -*

┱ Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha farmati hai'n k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se daryaft kiya gaya k agar koi mard so kar uthne ke baad Kapde per tari ( geela pan ) dekhe magar ahatlam hona yaad na ho to kya us per gusl farz hai ?

Iske jawab mai Sarkare Do Aalam Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k ye  Shakhs gusl kare ,

"__ (Fir) ye daryaft kiya gaya k Ek Mard ko ahatlaam ho gaya ( Yani khwab mai usne dekh liya k Mani kharij hui ) magar bedaar hua to koi tari nazar nahi aayi ,Kya us Shakhs per Gusl Farz hai ?

Iske Jawab mai Aap Hazrat Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k us Shakhs per gusl nahi hai ,

┱ Jab Mard Ke bare mai ye sawal jawab ho liya to Hazrat Umme Salma Raziyallahu Anha ne Aurat ke bare mai bhi yahi Masla daryaft kar liya aur ) Arz kiya k agar Aurat Khwab se bedaar ho kar ( Kapde ya bistar per ) tari dekhe to kya us per bhi gusl Farz hai ?

*┱ Tashreeh_* _ Kabhi Kabhi nafsaani ubhaar ki vajah se Mard v Aurat ko ahatlam ho jata hai aur Mani kharij ho jati hai, Agar Mani kharij ho jaye to gusl Farz ho jata hai, us per Junb ke Ahkaam jari ho Jate hai'n, Agar Sirf khwab nazar aaye aur bedaar hone per koi nami maloom na ho to sirf khwab ki vajah se gusl Farz na hoga , is hadees mai yahi masla bayan hua hai ,  
           
┱ Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha bayan farmati hai'n k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya k Jab Mard ki khatna ki jagah ( Yani Supari ) Aurat ke khaas muqaam mai pahunch jaye to ( dono per ) gusl Farz ho gaya ,

*┱ Tashreeh _,* _ Agar Miya'n Bivi Aapas mai WO kaam kare Jisse Sharm ki Sab hade khatm ho jati hai to is Soorat mai gusl Farz hone ke liye Mard ya Aurat ki Mani kharij hona zaroori nahi hai ,balki jab Mard ne apne khaas Jism ka agla hissa ( Yani supari ) dakhil kar di to Mard v Aurat dono per gusl Farz ho gaya ,Mani kharij ho ya na ho ,

*┱ Faayda _* __ Aurat per Gusl Chaar Vajah se hota hai, Khoob yaad rakho :-

1- Haiz Khatm hone se ,
2- Nifaas khatm hone se ,
3- Khwab mai Mani kharij hone se ,
4- Mard ki hambistari se ( Mani kharij ho ya na ho ) ,

*┱ Masla _,* _Agar behuda Mard ne khilafe fitrati Sohbat ki Yani pichhe ki raah se Shehwat poori ki aur Supari andar chali gayi ,tab bhi dono per gusl Farz ho gaya ,Mani kharij ho ya na ho , Aur ye Sakht Gunaah hai aur Haraam hai  ,ESA karne per hadees mai laanat aayi hai ,

*┱Tashreeh _,* _ is hadees se maloom hua k jis per Gusl farz hua uska Jism is tarah napaak nahi ho jata k usse milna julna ,baat karna ,uske Paas bethna na-ja'iz ho ,  Haa'n agar uske badan mai zahiri napaaki lagi ho aur WO napaaki doosre ko lag jaye to doosre ka wo hissa nspaak ho jayega ,Jitne hisse mai napaaki lagi hai ,

┱ Gusl farz ho Jane ke baad miya bivi mai se agar koi shakhs pehle Gusl kar le aur doosre ne abhi Gusl nahi kiya hai to aapas mai mil kar letne mai koi harj nahi hai ,doosra shakhs baad mai Gusl kar sakta hai ,

┱ Najasate Hukmi Ki vajah se lu'aab aur Pasina napaak nahi hota balki agar Gusl karte hue istemal shuda pani ke Kuchh chheente pani mai gir jaye Jo haqeeqi napaaki ke ouper se na guzri ho to unki vajah se paani napaak nahi hoga ,agar ye cheente kapdo per pad jaye to kapde paak rahenge ,

"_  Jis ghar mai Tasveer ya Kutta ho Ya Junub *( Jis Mard Ya Aurat per Gusl farz ho )* ESE ghar mai farishte dakhil nahi hote_ ,"

*┱Tashreeh _,* _Jis per Gusl farz ho uske liye ye jaa'iz to hai k Namaz Padhne kar waqt hone tak Gusl na kare Lekin behtar ye hai k Jald se Jald Gusl kar le aur iski vajah ye hai k Jis ghar mai Junub ho usme Jane se farishto ko takleef mehsoos hoti hai ,

┱Albatta ek Hadees mai ye waarid hai k Junub agar wazu kar le to farishto ko uske qareeb Jane se gurez nahi ( Mishkaat-50 ,Abu Daowd-12) ,Lihaza Gusl farz ho Jane ke baad agar Gusl karne mai nafs susti karne lage to kam se kam wazu kar le ,Khususan Raat ko to wazu kar ke soye ,Fir fajar Ki Azaan ho Jane per Gusl kar ke Fajar Ki Namaz ada kar le ,Gusl farz hone Ki haalat mai Kuchh khana chahe to Wazu kar ke khana behtar hai ,

┱ Isi tarah Kutta Paalne ke bare mai bhi sakht wa'ied waarid hui hai ,Shoq ke liye Kutta paalne Ki sakht muma'anat hai ,Albatta Kheti Ki hifazat aur Shikaar ke liye Kutta paal sakte hai'n ,

"__ Ye cheeze Rehmat ke Farishto ko ghar mai aane se rokne wali hai ,isse ahatyaat kare ,

*┱✿ Gusle Janabat mai Aurto'n Ke Baalo ka Hukm _*

┱ Ummul Momineen Hazrat Umme Salma Raziyallahu Anha farmati hai'n k Maine arz kiya ,

"_ Ya Rasulallah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ! Mai'n ek esi Aurat hu'n Jo Apne Sar Ki mendhiya'n kas kar bandhti hu'n ,To kya Jab Shohar Bivi ke Mel milaap Ki vajah se mujh per Gusl farz hua kare to Gusl karne ke liye apne Sar Ki mendhiya'n  Khol diya kare _,"

( Iske Jawab mai Sarware Do Aalam Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne ) Farmaya :- k nahi , ( Baal kholna zaroori nahi ,Baalo Ki jado mai Paani pahunchana zaroori hai lihaza ) ye kaafi hai k tum Apne Sar per Teen lap paani bhar kar Paani daal lo ,Fir Apne poore badan per paani baha lo ,ESA Karne se tum paak ho jaogi _,"

*┱ Tashreeh _* _Jab Gusl farz ho jaye to Jism per Jo zaahiri napaaki ( Khoon ,Mani, Mazi vagera ) lagi ho usko dho dene aur poore jism per Paani baha dene se Gusl farz ada ho jata hai , Gusl farz Ki adaygi ke liye poore badan per har jagah sirf ek baar paani bahana  farz hai aur teen baar paani bahana sunnat hai ,Agar ek Baal ke barabar Zara si bhi khaal esi reh gayi jis per paani na baha to Gusl nahi hoga ,

┱ Lekin Aurat ke Sar ke Baalo ke baare mai Shari'at mai ye asani kar di gayi hai k agar usne mendhiya'n baandh rakhi ho to Baalo Ki jado mai paani pahuncha dena kaafi ho jata hai ,aur is soorat mai Jado ke alawa baqi Baalo ko dhona maaf hai ,

"_Aur agar Baalo Ki jado mai mendhiya'n baandhne Ki vajah se paani na pahunche to mendhiya'n khol kar Jado mai paani pahunchana aur Poore Baalo kar dhona farz hai aur agar Mendhiya'n na bandhi ho tab bhi Sar ke tamaam Baalo kar dhona aur Jado mai paani pahunchana farz hai,

┱ Jo Aurte'n Gusl farz hone ke baad Sar chhod kar paani daal leti hai ( Sar ko ,Baalo ko nahi dhoti ) WO hamesha Napaak rehti hai'n, Unki Namaz nahi hoti ,

*┱✿ Haiz V istehaza Ke Zaroori Masa'il _,"*

┱ Ummul Momineen Hazrat Umme Salma Raziyallahu Anha ka bayan hai k Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke zamane mai ek Aurat ko khoon aata hi rehta tha ( band hota hi na tha ) us Aurat ke liye Umme Salma Raziyallahu Anha ne Hazrat Rasoole Kareem Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se masla daryaft kiya ( k ye Aurat is haal mai hai ,Kya Namaz bilkul hi chhode rakhe ? )

(Iske jawab mai ) Sarware do Aalam Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya k ye Aurat gor kare k Aadat se zyada khoon jaari hone se pehle har mahina isko kitne din ( Maahwari ka ) khoon aata tha , Har mahine se utne hi dino ko ( Haiz yani Maahwari ka ) khoon samjhe aur utne dino Ki Namaz chhode , Fir jab ye din guzar jaye to Gusl kar le ( Uske baad Jo khoon aata rahega WO Maahwari ka Shumaar na hoga aur us per Maahwari ke ahkaam jaari na honge ) Lihaza Ye Aurat Kapde ka langot baadh le ,fir Namaz padhe _,"

┱ Ye Hazrat Ayesha Raziyallahu Anha Ki baat humne yaha'n isliye likhi k bahut si Jaahil Aurte'n ESE Maslo ko likhne aur batane per aitraaz karti hai'n, Jinke poochhne ye batane mai Sharm aati hai , Ye Jahalat Ki maari barabar galtiya'n karti rehti hai'n ,Shari'at mai esi Sharm Ki tareef nahi Ki gayi balki ye buri sharm hai ,

*┱✿ Haiz Ki Kam se Kam aur Zyada se Zyada Muddat _,*

┱ Sabse Pehle ye samajh lo k Haiz ( Maahwari ka khoon ) Ki muddat Jo Shara'a mai motbar hai ,kam se kam teen Din teen Raat hai ,Zyada se Zyada Das Din aur Das Raat hai ,

┱Agar Teen din se kam aa kar band ho jaye to us per Haiz ke ahkaam jaari na honge ,isi tarah Das din se Zyada aa jaye to Jitne Din sabse Aakhir martaba khoon aaya tha usse Jo Zyada hoga WO bhi Haiz na hoga ,

┱ Haiz Ke zamane mai chunki Namaz Padhna mana hai aur bhi bahut se masa'il isse mutalliq hai , isliye Sahabi Khatoon ( Raziyallahu Anhum ) is silsile mai masa'il Huzoor Sallallahu Alaihivasallam se daryaft karti rehti thi ,

*┱✿ Jo Khoon Miyaad Se Badh Jaye Uska Hukm_,*

┱ Aurto'n ko maloom hai k Jo Maahwari khoon aata hai kabhi kabhi ESA hota hai k band hi nahi hota aur das din das Raat se aage badg jata hai , Baaz Aurto'n ko kai kai maah tak aata rehta hai , Jo Aurte'n masla nahi jaanti hai'n Jab tak khoon aata rehta hai Na Namaz padhti hai'n na roza rakhti hai'n, Ye galat aur Khilafe shar'a hai ,

┱ Masla ye hai k Jis Aurat ko barabar khoon aa raha ho ,band hi nahi hota ho to ye Aurat gor kare k guzishta ( last time ) maah mai ( sabse aakhri martaba ) Kitne din khoon aaya , bas Aakhri baar jitne din khoon aaya tha har maah se sirf utne hi din Haiz hai ,aur isse Zyada Jo khoon hai WO Haiz nahi hai ,

┱ Misaal ke tor per Kisi Aurat ko musalsal khoon jaari hone se pehle Saat din Haiz aata tha aur Aakhri martaba bhi saat din aaya tha aur ab 15 din aa gaya ya band hi nahi hota , To is soorat mai sirf Saat din Haiz maana jayega aur Baqi din uske baad Jo khoon aaya hai Haiz nahi hoga , Aur Shar'an Namaz us per farz ho gayi , Jitne Dino nahi padhi unki qaza kare ,

┱ Aur agar aadat ke khilaf khoon Zyada din tak aaya magar Das din Raat se aage na badha to ye Sab Haiz shumaar hoga ,

┱ Aur agar Kisi Aurat ko pehli martaba Haiz aaya aur barabar jaari raha hattaki Das Din se badh gaya to uska Masla ye hai k Das din Das Raat Haiz ke shumaar honge aur baqi usse Zyada Jo khoon aayega WO Haiz nahi hoga , agar us Aurat ka khoon barabar jaari rahe to har maah das din das Raat ke Haiz mai aur baqi istehaza mai shumaar karti rahe ,

*┱✿ Istihaza Ka Hukm __*

┱ Jo khoon teen din teen Raat se kam aa kar band ho jaye ya Aadat se badh kar Das din se aage nikal jaye , Ya Jo Khoon Hamal ke zamane mai aaye , Ya 9 Saal Ki Umar hone se pehle aa jaye Ulma ne Shari'at ke bol chaal mai usko *istihaza* Kehte hai'n , Aur Jis Aurat ko ye khoon aata hai use *Mustahaza* kehte hai'n. ,

┱ Haiz Ke zamane mai Namaz Padhna aur Roza rakhna mana hai ,balki Haiz ke zamane Ki Namaz to bilkul maaf hai aur Ramzan ke rozo Ki qaza baad mai rakhe , Aur istihaza wali Aurat per Namaz farz hai aur Ramzan ka mahina ho to Roze bhi farz hai ,Aur ye Aurat Wazu kar ke Kaaba Sharif ka tawaaf bhi kar sakti hai aur Qu'ran Sharif bhi chhoo sakti hai, Tilawat bhi kar sakti hai ,Namaz ka waqt aa Jane per wazu kar ke Namaz padhe ,

┱ Agar Khoon band nahi hota tab bhi wazu kar ke Namaz shuru kar de ,Agarche Namaz Padhne mai kapde khoon mai bhar jaye aur Janamaz per khoon lag jaye ,

┱ Qa'ade ke mutabiq Jab Haiz ke din chale jaye to ek baar Gusl kar le ,uske baad agar khoon aata rahe tab bhi Apne ko paak samjhe aur wazu kar ke Namaz padha kare ,

"__ Agar khoon bilkul hi band nahi hota to us per mazoor ke ahkaam jaari honge Jo ba waqte zarurat Ulma kiraam se maloom kiye ja sakte hai'n,  Aur agar istihaza ka khoon har waqt nahi aata kabhi kabhi aata hai hai aur bahut saa waqt ESA bhi guzar jata hai k khoon jaari nahi hai to Namaz ka waqt aane per intezar kare ,Jab khoon band ho jaye to wazu kar ke Namaz padh le ,

*┱✿ Haiz Ke Baqi Masa'il --,*

┱ Haiz Ke Dino mai ye zaruri nahi hai k barabar khoon aata hi rahe , Qa'ade mai jab Haiz ka khoon aaye to Aadat ke dino ke andar ya das din das Raat ke andar andar beech mai Jo esa waqt guzrega jisme khoon na aaya ( kabhi 2 ghante kabhi ek ghanta ,kabhi ek Raat kabhi ek din ) to ye zamana bhi Haiz hi mai shumaar hoga,

"_  Maslan Kisi Aurat ko 5 din Haiz aane Ki Aadat hai , use teen din teen Raat Haiz aaya ,fir ek din saaf rahi ,fir khoon aa gaya, to ye ek din Jo saaf rehne ka tha ye bhi Haiz mai shumaar hoga,

┱ Haiz Ki muddat ke andar Surkh ,zard ,khaaki ,sabz ,Syaah Jo rang bhi ho Sab Haiz maana jayega ,Jab gaddi bilkul safed nikle us waqt samjha jayega k Haiz chala gaya aur khoon band hi na ho aur istihaza Ki soorat ho to uska masla Pehle guzar chuka hai ( Part -49 dekhe ),

┱ Kisi Aurat ko guzishta Haiz ke baad 15 din guzar Jane per khoon aaya ,usne samjha k ye Haiz hai aur Namaze nahi padhi , Fir WO teen din teen Raat poora hone se pehle moqoof ho gaya aur fir 15-20 din Kuchh na aaya to Haiz samajh kar Jo namaze chhodi thi unki qaza Padhna farz hai ,

┱ Do Haiz ke darmiyan Paak rehne Ki muddat kam se kam 15 din hai aur  Zyada Ki koi had nahi ,agar Haiz aana band Jo jaye aur Mahino na aaye to Jitne din bhi khoon na aaye paak samjhi jayegi ,

┱ Agar kisi ne Namaz ka waqt ho jane per farz Namaz padhni shuru kar di aur Namaz ke darmiyan Haiz aa gaya to ye Namaz faasid ho gayi aur Ayyame Haiz guzar Jane ke baad us Namaz Ki qaza laazim nahi hai ,

┱Agar kisi Aurat ne Namaz ka waqt ho Jane per Namaz padhne mai dayr lagayi hattaki waqt khatm hone ke qareeb ho gaya aur Us waqt Haiz aa gaya to us waqt Ki Namaz bhi maaf ho gayi ab uski qaza laazim na hogi ,

┱ Agar Sunnat ya Nifl Namaz padhte hue Haiz aa gaya to Namaz faasid ho gayi aur Uski qaza laazim hogi ,

┱ Agar Farz Ya Nifl Roze ke darmiyan Haiz aa gaya to roza faasid ho gaya aur uski qaza laazim hogi ,

┱ Agar Das din se kam Haiz aaya aur ESE waqt khoon band hua k Namaz ka waqt bilkul tang hai k jaldi aur furti se Gusl ke fara'iz adaa kar sakti hai aur uske baad bilkul Zara Sa waqt bachega jisme sirf ek dafa Allahu Akbar keh sakti hai isse Zyada Kuchh nahi padh sakti tab bhi us waqt Ki Namaz waajib ho jayegi ,Gusl kar ke Allahu Akbar keh kar Namaz farz shuru kar de aur Poori padh le ,

"_ Albatta agar Namaze Fajar padhte hue Sooraj nikal aaya to Namaz faasid ho jayegi , usko sooraj buland hone ke baad fir se Padhna laazim hoga aur qaza padhni padhegi ,aur agar isse bhi kam waqt mila jisme Gusl aur Takbeere Tehrima dono Ki gunzaish na thi to us waqt Ki qaza waajib nahi hogi ,

┱ Agar poore Das din das Raat Haiz aaya aur ese waqt khoon band hua k bilkul Zara sa waqt hai k ek dafa Allahu Akbar keh sakti hai isse Zyada Kuchh nahi padh sakti aur nahane Ki bhi gunzaish nahi , to is soorat mai Namaz waajib ho jati hai ,Uski qaza Padhna laazim hai ,

┱ Haiz Wali Aurat ki tarah Nifaas wali Aurat bhi Qur'an Shareef ke alawa WO koi doosri cheeze padh sakti hai'n, Maslan Darood Sharif ,Istigfaar , Kalme vagera aur agar koi aayate Dua bator Dua ke Padhna chahe to WO bhi padh sakti hai ,

┱ Hadees mai Nifaas ki intehaai muddat ( 40 Din ) batayi gayi hai Jiski Tashreeh ye hai k Bachcha Paida hone ke baad Jo khoon aata rehta hai 40 Din ke andar andar Jab bhi band ho jaye ( Chahe ek Din aa kar band ho jaye ) to Gusl kar ke Namaz shuru kar de , Aur Agar 40 Din poore hone per bhi khoon band na ho tab bhi Nifaas khatm ho gaya ,ab Gusl kare aur Wazu kar ke Namaze padhti rahe kyunki us per Paak Aurat ke Ahkaam shuru ho gaye ,

┱ Khoon band ho jane ke baad bhi Aurte'n Aksar khamkhwah 40 Din tak Namaz se ruki rehti hai'n ye galat hai aur Khilafe Shara'a hai ,

┱ Yaha ye baat yaad rakhna zaroori hai k agar kisi Aurat ke pehli baar Wiladat hui hai aur Khoon 40 din jaari raha to 40 din poore ho Jane per Gusl kar ke Namaz shuru kar de aur agar Kisi Aurat ke Pehle bhi Aulaad ho chuki hai aur ye bhi maloom hai k us wiladat se pehle Jo Wiladat hui thi us waqt itne Din khoon aaya tha to 40 Din ke andar andar Sab Nifaas hi ka khoon maana jayega lekin agar 40 Din se badh gaya to Pehli martaba ke ayyam guzarne ke baad Jis qadar Zyada Din honge WO Sab Paaki mai shumaar honge aur us Zaa'id khoon ko istihaza kahenge ,

┱ Maslan Kisi Aurat ko 30 Din Nifaas aata tha ,ab ek martaba 35 din aa gaya, to ye Nifaas hai ,Lekin agar 45 Din aa gaya to 30 Din ke baad Jo 15 Din hai'n ye Nifaas mai Shumaar na honge ,balki un ayyaam mai Aurat per paaki ke ahkaam jaari honge aur Nifaas samajh kar 30 din ke baad Jo Namaze chhodi hai'n un Sab ki qaza laazim hogi achhi tarah samajh lo ,

*┱✿ Masa'ile Nifaas __,,*

┱ Agar Kisi Aurat ko Wiladat ke baad bilkul hi khoon na aaye to paidaish ke baad hi Gusl kar ke Namaz shuru kar de , Agar Gusl se jaan ka khatra ho ya Shadeed marz mai mubtila hone ka qavi andesha ho to Gusl ki jagah Tayammum kar le aur Namaz ke liye Wazu aur Tayammum kar liya kare , Fir jab andesha e halakat ya shadeed marz ka jata rahe ( Jiski vajah se Gusl ki jagah Tayammum kiya tha ) to Gusl kar le ,Namaz ki taaqat khade ho kar ya beth kar na ho to lete lete padh le ,

┱ Ye koi zaroori nahi hai k Nifaas ka khoon har waqt aata hi rahe balki muddate Nifaas ke andar Jo khoon aayega WO nifaas hoga ,agarche darmiyan mai 2-4 ghante ya ek do din tak na aaye ,

┱ Agar kisi ka Na-Tamaam Bachcha jata raha to dekha jayega k uska koi ek aadh uzv ( ungli ,Nakhoon vagera) ban chuka tha to Jo khoon jaari hoga us per Nifaas ke ahkaam jaari honge , Aur koi uzv na bana tha to Jo khoon aaye WO Nifaas ke Hukm mai na hoga , Albatta baaz Soorto mai ise istihaza aur baaz Soorto mai Haiz keh sakte hai'n, Zarurat ke waqt kisi Aalim se masla daryaft kar Lena chahiye ,

┱ Agar ek Hamal se Kisi Aurat ke Do Bachche paida hue aur dono ki Paidaish ke darmiyan ghanta do ghante ya ek se Zyada waqfa hua ( ba Sharte 6 maah se kam ho ) to pehli Paidaish ke baad se jaari hone wala khoon Nifaas maana jayega,

"__ Haalate Hamal mai Jo khoon aaye WO Haiz ya Nifaas nahi balki istihaza hai aur Paidaish se pehle Jo khoon ya paani vagera jaari hota hai WO bhi Haiz ya Nifaas nahi balki istihaza hai , Bachche ka Aksar hissa baahar aane ke baad Jo khoon jaari hoga WO Nifaas hoga ,

┱ Haiz aur Nifaas ke zamane mai Kaaba Sharif ka tawaaf karna haraam hai, bahut si Aurte'n Hajj ko jaati Hai'n aur masla maloom na hone ki vajah se esi Galti kar beth ti Hai'n , Aur Jahalat ki vajah se iski shara'i talaafi bhi nahi karti ,agar kisi ne ESA kiya ho to Ulma se maloom kar ke talaafi kare ,

┱ Paidaish se Chhate din  Jo Aurat Ko Gusl dena zaroori samjha jata hai, Shari'at mai iski Kuchh bhi Asal nahi hai ,

┱ Hadees mai aakhir mai ye bhi farmaya gaya hai k Nifaas ke zamane mai nahane dhone ka moqa na Milne ki vajah se Jo chehre per Jhaa'iya'n pad jati hai aur Murjhane ka Jo asar aa jata hai use durust karne ke liye hum chehre per dars mala karte they , Ye ek ghaans hoti hai Jisko malne se khaal durust ho jati thi , Jesa k bahut se ilaaqo mai Santre ke chhilko se ye kaam liya jata hai aur ab iski jagah bahut se Powder aur cream chal gayi hai , Maloom hua k Chehre ko saaf suthra rakhna aur achchha banana bhi achchhi baat hai magar Kaafiro ,faasiqo ke dhang aur tarz per na ho ,

┱ Hazrat Lubaba Raziyallahu Anha farmati hai'n k jab Hazrat Husain Raziyallahu Anhu ki Paidaish hui to maine arz kiya-Ya Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam is Bachche ko mujhe de dijiye ,Taki mai'n iski Parwarish karu aur Apna doodh pilau'n ,

┱Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne meri darkhwast qubool farmayi aur Bachcha mujhe inayat farma diya , Mai'n ( Kabhi Kabhi Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki khidmat mai laya karti thi , Ek Din ) Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ke paas layi to Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne unko Apne Seene per rakh liya ( Yani Lita liya ya betha liya ) Hazrat Husain Raziyallahu Anhu ne peshab kar diya Jo Aapke Tehmad Mubarak mai lag gaya ,

┱ Maine Arz kiya -Ya Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Apna Tehmad mujhe inayat farma dijiye taki dho du'n , Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k Ladke ke peshab per Paani daala jata hai aur Ladki ke peshab ko dhoya jata hai,

┱ Doosri Rivayat mai yu'n hai k Ladki ke Peshab ki vajah se kapda dhoya jata hai aur Ladke ke peshab ki vajah se paani chhidak diya jata hai ,

*┱Tashreeh _* _ Jese Bade Aadmiyo ka Peshab napaak hai wese hi Bachche aur Bachchi ka peshab bhi napaak hai ,Aap Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k Ladke ke peshab per paani daala jata hai ( Khoob achchhi tarah mal mal kar dhone ki zarurat nahi hai ) aur Ladki ke peshab ko dhoya jata hai , doosri rivayat mai Paani daalne ke bajaye chhidakne ke alfaz Hai'n yani Ladke ke peshab per paani chhidak diya jata hai , is chhidakne ka matlab chheente maarna nahi hai balki Khoob mal mal kar dhone ko chhidakne ke alfaz se tabeer farmaya hai ,

┱ Ladki ke peshab mai gadha pan hota hai aur badbu Zyada hoti hoti hai isliye achchhi tarah dhone ko farmaya aur Ladke ke peshab mai ye baat nahi hai, isliye paani baha dena hi kaafi hai ,

"__ Mard aur Aurat mai Allah Ta'ala ne fitri taqaze rakhe Hai'n , Miya Bivi ko Jo ek doosre ki taraf Khaas melaan hota hai Use Khwahish aur Shehwat kehte Hai'n , Jab Shehwat hoti hai to Pehle Pehle Kuchh gaadha paani nikalta hai ,usse Shehwat badhti hai ,us Paani ko Mazi kehte Hai'n , Shehwat aur Khwahish badhte badhte fir ek maadah kharij hota hai Jiske nikal Jane per Khwahish khatm ho jati hai is maadah ko Mani kehte Hai'n ,

┱ Mazi aur Mani dono Napaak hai ,Kapde ya badan per ( ek Rupiye ke felaaw se ) Zyada miqdaar mai lagi ho to Namaz na hogi , usko dho kar Namaz padhe ,

┱Mazi nikalne se Wazu toot jata hai aur Jaagte mai ya Sote mai Mani nikalne se Gusl Farz ho jata hai, Albatta Mardo ko Jo Jiryaan ki Bimari ho jati hai jisme Khwahish ke bager Mani ke qatre aa jate hai'n Ya Aurto'n ko Jo Bimari ki vajah se ( Lekuriya ke marz mai ) Jo Safed Paani aata rehta hai , Usse Gusl Farz nahi hota Lekin Wazu toot jata hai,

┱ Mani aur Mazi dono ko agar is tarah dho daale k badan ya Kapde se chhoot jaye to Badan aur Kapda Paak ho jata hai , Albatta Mani agar Khoob gaadha ho Bataashe ki tarah Kapde per Jam kar Khushk ho gayi ho aur usme Peshab ya koi doosri napaaki na mil gayi ho to esi soorat mai khoob ragad dene se bhi Kapda Paak ho jata  hai, Basharte k Ragadne se Mani bilkul chhoot jaye ,Ye Tareeqa Khushk Mani ke liye hai ,
