✿ Har Aaqil Baalig ko apne maal me sirf itni Vasiyat karne ka akhtyar he Jo Tajheez v Takfeen aur Adaa e Qarz ke baad Jo Tarka bache uske ek tihaai ( 1/3 ) ke Andar WO Vasiyat poori ho sake ,agar zaa'id ki Vasiyat ki to tihaai se zyada kharch karke usko poora karna Vaariso per laazim nahi ,kyuki baqi do tihaai (2/3) sirf Vaariso ka haq he ,Albatta Jo Vaaris Aaqil Baalig ho Wo Apne apne hisse me se agar us zaa'id Vasiyat ko bhi poora karna chahe to kar sakte he'n,

✿ Agar kisi ka koi Vaaris hi na ho to isko Tajheez v Takfeen aur Ada e Qarz se bache hue saare maal ki Vasiyat kar Jane ka akhtyar he ,aur agar Vaaris Sirf Bivi ho to Teen Chothai ( 3/4 ) tak ki Vasiyat durust he ,isi tarah agar Aurat ka Vaaris Shohar ke alawa koi nahi ho to nisf ( 1/2 ) maal tak ki Vasiyat sahi he ,kyuki in soorto me kisi Vaaris ki haqtalfi nahi hoti ,

✿ Mayyat ne agar apne kisi Vaaris ke liye Maslan-Maa'n ,Baap ,Shohar ,Bete vagera ke liye Vasiyat ki to ye Vasiyat bhi Baatil he ,Kyuki har Vaaris ka hissa miraas me Shariyat ne khud muqarrar kar diya he ,wahi usko milega ,Vasiyat ki Buniyad per kisi ko kuchh nahi diya ja sakta ,taki doosre Vaariso ki haq talfi na ho ,

✿ 1- Har Roz ki Namaze Vitr samet 6 lagayi jayegi aur har Namaz ka Fidya ek Ser 12.5 chhataak Gandum ya iski Qeemat hogi ,ahahtyaat isme he k poore 2 ser gandum ya iski Qeemat ada ki jaye ,isi tarah ek din Ki Namaz ka fidya poore 12 ser gandum ya iski Qeemat hogi,

⇛ 2- Har Roze ka Fidya ek Namaz ke fidya ke barabar he ,( Jo ouper guzra ) Ramzan ke Rozo ke alawa agar koi nazar ( mannat ) ke Roze maane ho to uska bhi fidya dena hoga ,

✿ 3- Zakaat Jitne saal ki ho aur Jine miqdaar maal ki rahi he ,uska hisaab karke ada karna hoga ,

⇛4- Hajj Farz agar Mayyat ada nahi kar saka to Basti se kisi ko Hajje Badal ke liye bheja jayega aur uska poora Kiraya Aane Jaana aur Qayaam v Ta'am ( Rukna v Khana ) ke tamaam zaroori Kharch ada karne honge ,Agar Tarke ke ek tihaai me itni gunjaish na ho to Jis Basti se Kharch kam aata ho waha se bhej diya jaye ,

✿ 5- Jitne Sadqatul fitr rahe ho har ek ke ek ser saade barah ( 12.5 ) chhatak ( ahatyatan poore Do ser gandum) ya iski Qeemat ada ki jaye ,

⇛Qurbani koi reh gayi ho to us saal me ek Bakre ki Qeemat ya ek Gaay ki Qeemat ke saatve hisse ka andaza karke Qeemat ka Sadqa kiya jaye ,

✿ 7- Sajda e Tilawat reh gaye ho to ahatyaat isme he k har sajde ke badle ek Namaz ke Fidya ke barabar Sadqa kiya jaye ,

✿ 8- Agar Faut Shuda Namazo ya Rozo vagera ki sahi tadaad maloom na ho to talhmine se hisaab kiya jaye ,

✿ Baaz log Qabristaan pahunch kar Mayyat ke aas paas jam kar beth  ( ya Khade ho ) Jate he'n, maqsad mayyat ki tadfeen ki kaarvahi dekhna hota he , lekin unke is Jama hone se Ahle mayyat aur Qabr banane walo ko bahut takleef hoti he aur Hujoom ( Bheed ) ki Vajah se aapas me bhi ek doosre ko aziyat hoti he , Kuchh Aksar Aas paas ki Qabro ko bhi apne Payro se buri tarah rondte he'n ,

Dafan ki kaarvahi dekhna koi farz ya Waajib nahi he ,Lekin doosro ko apne is tarze Amal se takleef dena haraam he ,aur Qabro ko rondna bhi Jaa'iz nahi ,lihaza in gunaho se bachiye ,Qabr ke paas sirf kaam karne walo ko rehne dijiye taki Sahulat se Wo apna kaam kar sake aur Jab mitti dene ka waqt aaye mitti de dijiye,

✿ Buzurgo ke mazaro per log Sajda karne aur Charo kono ka Tawaaf karne me bhi mashgool nazar aate he'n ,Jinka mutlaqan haraam hona ek khuli hui baat he ,Balki ye kaam agar ibaadat samajh kar kiya he to Kufr he aur Sirf tazeem ke liye ho tab bhi haraam he aur gunaahe kabeera hone me to koi shak hi nahi ,al ayazAllah ,

☞ Qabr ka Mujawar banna ,

✿ Baaz log ba Zahir tarke Duniya karke mazaraat per ja padte he'n aur Jo  kuchh mazaraat per aata he us per Zindgi basar karte he'n, Aksar unme se Bhang ,Charas aur cigar haraam me mubtila rehte he, So mazaraat per is tarah muqeem hona bilkul mamnoo he aur is galat Rasm me unki madad karna bhi Jaa'iz nahi,
