┱ _ Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Raziyallahu Anhu se Rivayat Hai k Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya k - Aurat Chhupa Kar rakhne ki Cheez hai aur bila Shuba jab Woh Apne Ghar se Bahar nikalti hai to use Shaitaan taakne lagta hai , aur ye Baat Yaqeeni Hai k Aurat us Waqt Sabse Zyada Allah se qareeb hoti Hai Jabki Woh Apne Ghar ke andar hoti Hai _,"

┱_ Hadees mai Avval to Aurat Ka muqaam bataya gaya hai k Aurat Chhupane ki Cheez hai , Aurat ko ba haisiyat Aurat ke andar rehna Laazim hai , Jo Aurat Bahar firne lage Wo hudoode naswaniyat se bahar ho gayi ,

┱_ Dushmanane islam ne bas Taraqqi Ka lafz Yaad Kar liya hai aur ye bhi nahi Jaante k Kis Cheez ki Taraqqi Mehmood Hai aur Konsi Taraqqi Mazmoom hai , Agar Qaum ki Bahu Betiya'n be Parda ho Kar Gharo se nikle aur Bazaaro Parko mai Mardo ke Saath mil jul Kar Ghoomti fire to isme Kis Cheez ki Taraqqi hai ? Esi Taraqqi to Shaitaan aur uske Dosto ko pasand hoti Hai, Buraa'i ki Taraqqi Allah aur uske Rasool Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ko Na Pasand hai aur Mukhliseen v Momineen v Mominaat ko Pasand nahi hoti ,

┱ _ Sabse Badi Cheez Jo Ek Mard ko Aurat ki taraf ya Ek Aurat ko Mard ki taraf maa'il karne wali hai Wo Nazar hai , Qur'an Majeed mai dono ko hukm diya hai k Apni nazre past rakhe ,Surah Noor mai Pehle Mardo ko Hukm farmaya :-

"__Aap ( Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ) Musalman Mardo se Keh dijiye k Apni nigaahe nichi rakhe aur Apni Sharmgaaho ki hifazat kare , Ye Unke liye zyada Pakeezgi ki Baat hai Beshak Allah Ta'ala usse khoob ba khabar hai Jo kuchh log Kiya karte hai'n  _",

┱_ Iske Baad Aurto'n ko Hukm farmaya :-

"__ Aur Musalman Aurto'n se farma dijiye k Apni Nigaahe nichi rakhe aur Apni Sharmgaaho ki hifazat kare aur Apni Zeenat ko zaahir na kare ,Magar Jo usme khula rehta Hai _,"

┱_ In aayato mai Mardo'n aur Aurto'n dono Fareeq ko nazre nichi rakhne aur sharmgaah ki hifazat rakhne Ka Hukm farmaya, Parde ke Mukhtalifeen in Aayaat ke mafhoom ko jaanne se gurez karte hai'n , Zaahir hai k nazre nichi rakhne Ka Hukm isliye nahi Diya gaya k darakht aur Patthar aur Diwaaro aur gharo ke samaano ki taraf Dekhna hai balki hukm isliye hai k Nazar ki Galat istemal karne se Sharmgaah ki hifazat Khatre mai pad jati hai , isliye to iske Saath sharmgaah ki hifazat karne Ka hukm farmaya, Nafs aur Nazar ki lazzat ke liye Shohar ko Bivi ke liye aur Bivi ko Shohar ke liye makhsoos Kar diya gaya hai , Mahram Mard aur Aurat go ek doosre ko Hudood ke andar dekh sakte hai'n, Lekin unko bhi ek doosre per shehwat ki Nazar daalna Jaa'iz nahi ,Mahramo ko bhi Badan Ka hissa Dekhna Jaa'iz nahi hai , isme bhi Tafseel Hai ( Jo aage aayegi in Sha Allah )

┱ _ Hazrat Jareer bin Abdullah Raziyallahu Anhu ne arz Kiya :- Ya Rasulallah Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ! Agar Achanak ( na Mahram per ) Nazar pad Jaye to iske bare mai Kya irshad hai ?

Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne irshad farmaya k Pehli Nazar ke Baad Doosri Nazar mat daale rakho , Kyunki Pehli Nazar per tujhe gunaah na hoga ( isliye k Wo bila akhtyar thi ) aur Doosri Nazar Tere Liye Halaal nahi hai ( us per pakad hogi , Kyunki wo akhtyar se hai ) _,"

* Mishkaat Sharif _,"*

┱_ Matlab ye hai k agar bila akhtyar kisi na Mahram per Nazar pad gayi to foran hata lo , agar nazar na hatayi aur dekhte rahe to ye do nazre shumaar hongi aur Doosri Nazar akhtyar wali Nazar hogi Jis per pakad aur mu'akhza hona zaahir hai , Be Pardgi mai Bad nazri ke Bahut se muzahire Hote hai'n, Mard aur Aurat Sab iska irtkaab karte hai'n , Nazre mehfooz hongi to Sharmgaah mehfooz hogi aur khud Buri Nazar ko bhi to Zina qaraar diya Hai ,

┱_ Baaz Zaahil ye kehte hai'n k Aayate Sharifa *َّ إِلَّا مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا _* hai isme chehra aur Haatho Ka istashna hai Yani Aurte'n isko khula rakh sakti hai'n, in logo ko pata nahi Aayat ki Tafseer mai mufassireen ke Kya Kya Aqwaal hai'n , ( in Sha Allah Agle part mai )

*┱✿, illaa ma Zahara Minha Ki Tafseer _*

┱ _ Hazrat ibne Masoud Raziyallahu Anhu ne farmaya k isse ouper ke do Kapde muraad hai'n Jo Parde ke Ahatmaam ke liye jism se lage hue Kapdo ke ouper Hote hai'n ,

"_ Sahibe Tafseer Mazhari Baizaavi se Naqal karte hue likhte hai'n k ye istashna Haalate Namaz ke mutalliq hai Yani Namaz ki haalat mai Chehra aur Dono haath gatto Tak agar Khule rahe to Namaz ho jayegi aur Namaz mai in dono A'aza ke khula rehne mai koi harj nahi hai aur Gair Mahram ke saamne Zeenat ke moqo per koi hissa kholne Ka zikr مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا _mai nahi hai, Fir Sahibe Tafseer Mazhari likhte hai'n k Agar مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا se Zeenat ke moqe muraad hoto zaruratan majboori ke liye izhaare Zeenat ke iraade ke bager Jo hissa zaahir ho Jaye uska istashna kiya gaya Hai , fir likhte hai'n k Azaad Aurat ke chehra aur dono Haatho ke poshida rakhne Ka istashna Sirf Namaz ke liye hai Kyunki famane Khudawandi se Saaf zaahir hai k Aurat Apna Chehra Na Mahram ke saamne nahi khol sakti.

┱_ Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar Raziyallahu Anhu ne  مَا ظَهَرَ مِنْهَا , Ki Tafseer karte hue farmaya k Aurat Apna Chehra aur Dono Haatho ki hatheliya'n khole reh sakti Hai , Agar is Tafseer ko maana Jaye tab bhi Gair Mahram ke saamne kholne Ka koi zikr nahi , Jo log is istashna se Aurto'n ke liye Aam Tor per Chehra khole hue firne Ka javaaz Saabit Karna chahte hai'n Woh nihayat Galti per hai'n , Kyunki in Alfaz mai na Mahram ke saamne kholne Ka koi zikr nahi hai , Aayat mai " illaa ma Zahara Minha " farmaya hai " illaa ma Azharna " nahi farmaya ,Jisse Saaf zaahir hai k Aurat ko qasdan aur iradatan Na Mahram ke saamne Chehra kholne ki ijazat nahi di gayi ,

┱_ Fayl Laazim Ka Seega is Baat ko batla raha hai k agar Koi Aurat Namaz ki mashgooli mai ya Kaam kaaz ki Masrufiyat mai ya kisi aur majboori ki vahah se Chehra khole to Gair Mahram ko Jaa'iz nahi k Woh uske Chehre ko taakta rahe , Kyunki isse pehli hi Aayat mai Mardo'n ko nazre past rakhne ki Takeed ki gayi hai , Baad mai Aurto'n ke mutalliq Ahkaam like kiye , Mardo'n ko nazre past rakhne Ka Jo Hukm diya gaya Hai usse Jaha'n baazaro aur Raasto mai Aurto'n per Nazar daalne ki muma'anat Saabit Hui hai Wahi ye bhi Saabit hua hai k Aurte'n agar Chehra khole hue Kaam kaaz mai mashgool ho ya Parda hi nahi karti ho to Jo Mard unke Mahram nahi hai'n Unko qasdan aur iradatan Nazar daalna Mana hai ,

┱_ Surah Noor ki Aayaat ki humne mazeed tasreeh v tauzy isliye ki hai k Qur'an se Parda aur Ahkaame Parde Ka saboot maangne walo ko  Apni Kam aqli Ka ilm ho Jaye ,Ayaate baala mai Avval Aankh nichi rakhne Ka Hukm diya hai , fir Aurto'n ko farmaya k Zeenat aur Zeenat ke moqo per Poshida rakhne Ka ahatmaam Kare ,Ye Baat ki na Mahram ke saamne Chehra khole rahe aur Na Mahram unko dekha Kare ,Aayat se Saabit Karna Sakht nadaani hai , ( Wallahu A'alam )

*┱✿ Aurto'n Ko Ghar mai Rehne Ka Hukm _*

┱ _ Surah Al- Ahzaab ,Aayat -32-33, Mai Ummahatul Momineen Raziyallahu Anhum se irshad hai :-

*_يَا نِسَاءَ النَّبِيِّ لَسْتُنَّ كَأَحَدٍ مِّنَ النِّسَاءِ إِنِ اتَّقَيْتُنَّ فَلَا تَخْضَعْنَ بِالْقَوْلِ فَيَطْمَعَ الَّذِي فِي قَلْبِهِ مَرَضٌ وَقُلْنَ قَوْلًا مَّعْرُوفًا_,*

*_وَقَرْنَ فِي بُيُوتِكُنَّ وَلَا تَبَرَّجْنَ تَبَرُّجَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ الْأُولَىٰ وَأَقِمْنَ الصَّلَاةَ وَآتِينَ الزَّكَاةَ وَأَطِعْنَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ*

"__Ey Nabi Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki Biviyo'n ! Tum mamooli ki tarah nahi ho agar tum Taqwa akhtyar Karo , Pas Tum ( Na Mahram Mard se ) bolne mai ( Jabki zaruratan bolna pade ) nazakat mat Karo , Kyunki isse ese Shakhs ko Meelane Qalbi ho jayega Jiske Dil mai Rog ho ( balki ) Tum qaa'ida ke Muwafiq Baat Karo ( Jese Paak Baaz Aurte'n akhtyar karti hai'n ) aur Tum Apne gharo mai raho aur Zamana e qadeem Ki Jahalat ke dastoor ke Muwafiq mat firo aur Tum Namaz ki Pabandi rakho aur Zakaat Ada Karo aur Allah aur uske Rasool Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki farmabardari Karo _,"*

┱_ in Aayaat mai Avval to ye hukm diya gaya Hai k kisi Na Mahram se zaruratan Baat Karni pade to Guftgu ke andaz mai nazakat aur lahja mai Jazbiyat ke Tareeqe per Baat na kare , Jis tarah chaal dhaal aur raftaar ke andaz se Dil khichte hai'n , isi tarah guftaar ke nazakat wale Andaz  ki taraf bhi kashish hoti Hai , Aurat ki Awaaz mai Fitri Tor per Narmi aur lahja mai dilkashi hoti Hai , Paak Nafs Aurto'n ki ye Shaan hai k gair Mahram Mardo'n se Baat karne mai ye Esa lahja akhtyar kare Jisme khushunat aur rookhapan ho Taki kisi Bad Baatin Ka Qalbi meelan na hone paye ,

┱_ Doosra Hukm ye irshad farmaya k Tum Apne gharo mai raho , isse maloom hua k Aurto'n ke liye Shab v Roz Guzaarne ki Asal jagah Unke Apne Ghar hi hai'n , Shar'an Jin zarurato ke liye Ghar se nikalna Jaa'iz hai Parde ke khoob ahatmaam ke Saath Ba qadre zarurat nikal sakti hai'n , Bager zarurat Parde ke Saath bhi Bahar nikalna Achchha nahi hai , Jaha'n Tak ho sake Na Mahram ki nazro se Libaas bhi Poshida rakhna chahiye ,

*┱✿ Jahaalat Ke Zamane Ke Dastoor ke Mutabiq Firne Ki muma'anat _*

┱ _Hadees Paak mai ( Jo pichhle Part mai guzri )  Teesra Hukm ye Diya gaya Hai k Zamana qadeem ki Jahaalat Ke Mutabiq fira mat Karo , Zamana e qadeem ki Jahaalat Ka matlab Arab ki wo Jahaalat Hai Jo Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ki ba'asat se pehle Arab ke Rivaaj aur Samaj mai Jagah Pakde hue thi , Us Zamane mai Aurte'n be hayaai aur be sharmi ke Saath bila jhijhak Bazaaro mai aur Melo mai aur gali kooncho mai be Parda ho Kar ban than kar fira karti thi ,Sar per ya Gale mai Faishion ke liye dupatta daal liya ,na usse Seena Dhaka na Kaan ,na Chehra chhupaya , Mardo'n ki bheed mai ghus Jana , na Apne Paraye Ka imtiyaz, na gair Mahramo se bachne ki fikr ,

*"_ Ye Jahaalat Ke Rivaaj Aaj bhi islaam Ka Daava karne wali Aurto'n mai Jagah le chuka hai aur isko Taraqqi Ka naam dena chahte hai'n ,

┱_ Baaz log ye Sawal uthate hai'n k in Aayaat mai Ummahatul Momineen Raziyallahu Anhum ko Khitaab hai fir Aap doosri Musalman Aurto'n per is qanoon ko Kyu laagu karte hai'n ? Ye Sawal Shari'at Ka poora ilm na hone ki vajah se uthaya Jata hai ,Agar Qur'an ke mizaaj se waaqif Hote to maloom hota k Qur'an Ka Khitaab Khaas aur Aam hua karta Hai , Hazraate Sahaba Kiraam,Khulfa e Rashideen , Aa'imma ,Salfe Saleheen Hamesha yahi samajhte aur kehte aaye hai'n k in Aayaat mai go Azwaaje Mutahraat ko Khitaab hai lekin ye Ahkaam Tamaam Aurto'n ke liye Aam hai , Ijmae Ummat aur Ahadees e Nabviya se you Amr Saabit Shuda hai  k in Aayaat Ka hukm Ummat ki Tamaam Maao'n ,Behno aur Betiyo'n ke liye Aam hai ,

┱_ Ek Moti samajh Wala insaan bhi ( Jisko Khuda Ka Khof ho ) in Aayaat se ye sochne per Majboor hoga k Jab Azwaaje Mutahraat Raziyallahu Anhum ko ye hukm hai k Apne gharo mai hi Raha Karo ,aur Jaahiliyat Owla ke dastoor ke Mutabiq Bahar na niklo ,Halanki unko Tamaam Momineen ki Maae'n farmaya gaya Hai , To Ummat ki Doosri Aurto'n ke liye be Parda Bahar nikalna, ghoomna  kese Durust hoga ?

*"__ Sharf aur Ahatraam ke baa'is Ummat ki nazre Jin Muqaddas Khawateen per nahi pad sakti thi jab unko bhi Gharo mai rehne Ka hukm diya gaya Hai to Jin Aurto'n ki taraf qasdab nazre uthayi jati ho aur khud ye Aurte'n bhi Mardo'n ko Apni taraf maa'il karne Ka iraada rakhti ho Unko Jahaalat Ke Zamane ki tarah Baahar nikalne ki kese ijazat hogi ? Aayate Kareema mai Jo Ahkaam Mazkoor hai'n fasaad ke Raasto ko band karne ke liye hai'n aur zaahir hai k Doosri Aurte'n fasaad se rokne ki zyada Mohtaaj hai'n , Fir Aam Aurto'n ko in Ahkaam se mustashna Karna Jahaalat nahi to aur Kya hai ?

*┱✿ Surah Ahzaab Mai Ummat Ki Tamaam Aurto'n Ko Parde Ka Hukm Diya Gaya Hai _*

┱ _  *"Surah Al-Ahzab, Aayat 59_,mai ye bhi irshad Hai:----*

*_يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاءِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ_,*

┱_ Waaze rahe k Ek Din ek Raat ki musafat se 16 meel aur Teen Din aur Teen Raat ki musafat 48 meel muraad Hai , Ahde Nabuwat mai Chunki Ounto se safar hota Tha aur Rozana ek Manzil Tay karte they Jo 16 meel ki hoti thi , isliye Safar ki musafat ko ek din ek Raat ya teen din teen Raat ki musafat Keh Kar bataya karte they , Tez raftaar car se Safar Kare ya Rail se ya Hawaii Jahaaz se 48 meel ( 77 kilometers ) Ka Safar Aurat ke liye bager Mahram Halaal nahi hai ,aur isse Kam Safar ho to gunzaish hai Magar ahatyaat Ka taqaza yahi hai k thode Bahut Safar ke liye bhi Aurat ko bager Mahram ke Jane se rokna chahiye ,

┱ _ Hazrat Abu Usaid Ansari Raziyallahu Anhu farmate hai'n k Ek martaba Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam Masjid se baahar tashreef la rahe they aur Mard v Aurat waha'n se Guzar rahe they , Raaste mai Mard v Aurat ( is tarah se ) mil Gaye ( k Sab ikatthe guzarne lage , aur Aurte'n ek taraf nahi thi , go Aurte'n Parde mai thi ,Magar Raaste ke darmiyan Mardo'n ke majme mai ja rahi thi )

Ye maajra dekh Kar Huzoor Aqdas Sallallahu Alaihivasallam ne farmaya k Ey Aurto'n ! Pichhe hato , Tumko Raaste ke bich mai chalne ki ijazat nahi hai, Tum Raaste ke Kinaaro per ho Kar guzro ,

Raavi kehte hai'n k is irshad ke baad Aurte'n Raaste ke Kinaaro mai Ese Tareeqe per guzarti thi k Raaste ke daaye baaye Jo koi Diwaar hoti thi usse chipki jati thi yaha'n Tak k unka Kapda Diwaar mai atakne lagta tha _,"
